So Mervin is amazing. Such a rad guy seriously. My husband got his first tattoo and Mervin made him so comfortable and we laughed and had a really good time for both of our sessions. Location is easy to get to and parking was totally easy. We got simple little pieces but his lines are so good. We love our new art. Marvin told us, tattoos are ornaments for kings and queens. I would like to take a moment and share my recent experience at The Tattoo Temple with wonderful Shanti. A few months ago, my wife found Shanti's ig account @seawitchtattoos and she soon decided that if she decided to get a tattoo, she wanted it to be from Shanti. I already had an idea for the next tattoo I would like to get, and if my wife decided to get one, then I would get my next one. After some time we ended up setting up a consultation to discuss and talk about our ideas and see if our vision would work with Shantia's style and expertise. The day of the consultation arrived and I was excited to see what could be created, but I will be honest I was a little worried because I have extremely high expectations in cleanliness and even if I loved the artist if the shop wasn't clean then I would even consider it. I will say this firstly, The Tattoo Temple met all my standards and has even raised the bar for future studios. When we finally had the pleasure of meeting Shanti if was truly a wonderful experience. She made my wife, and I feel right at home, and it quickly felt like we were hanging out with our longtime friend. Shanti was amazing and answered all my wife's questions and helped ease some of the fears she had. I had no issue in explaining the idea and vision of my tattoo, as she understood the magical references I referred to, and I do have to say I am extremely grateful for the book recommendation, and I am looking forward to starting book 2, I did love learning the wizard's first rule. After leaving the consultation my wife and I were both looking forward to our appointments. The day of the appointment arrived and I was eager to see what she had created. When Shanti revealed her creation, it was like I already known what it was going to be, yet somehow forgotten it. I knew that it was my tattoo, when she applied the stencil, she took the time to ensure I was happy with the placement and size. When I wanted to make the quill larger, she happily made the adjustments and again checked to make sure I was happy with it. I was grateful for the time she allowed me to think and she never pressured me to make a decision to hurry and get me in the chair. After deciding it was placed perfectly the work began. I have no complaints in this what so ever, in fact if it wasn't for fear of flinching I probably could have taken a nap, then again I might have. Throughout the entire process Shanti made sure to check in on me and make sure I was doing ok or if I needed any break. It was a delight being able to chat with Shanti and get to know her a little bit, but what really make Shanti a true blessing is the above and beyond care she showed my wife. Shanti truly cares about the people she works for, she encouraged my wife to take all the time she needed to think about getting her first tattoo. Shanti went above and beyond and made herself available a different day to allow my wife the time she needed. The care she showed my wife has helped her to this day and she often looks at the beautiful tattoo you gave her and I see her smile. I am truly blessed to have the honor of meeting you and being able to have a SeaWitch original. I am truly grateful for this tattoo and for the chance to meet you, I wish you and the temple the best and look forward to walking into the doors once more.
