I toured this place in the late afternoon after work when things were nice and quiet, so I didn't think the parking was bad at that time. But on weekends at around noon, it gets really crazy. Factor in the weekend crowd and if there are any other events taking place in the area, it is a nightmare. Some of my family members weren't able to attend my event bc they spent 40+ minutes driving around. I would definitely recommend getting there early or ride sharing, or maybe hosting your event later in the afternoon to avoid the crowds. It was also pretty warm. They do have air conditioning, but since it's an indoor/outdoor space, it's hard to keep the cold air in. It's not the venue's fault for the hot and humid weather we have been experiencing though. So here's my two cents.: The good: The Dana is in a great location close to the water, technically overlooking a marina. There are two pools, one where they play movies, which is great for families and second pool located near the restaurant (I will have a separate review on that, so stay tuned). The second pool is really nice and offers a nice view of SeaWorld. At night you can catch the SeaWorld's drone show from the pool. The staff, especially the front desk team, was incredibly kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. The Eh: While my room was clean, it had a motel feel rather than a hotel/resort feel. If staying on the second floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs since there is no elevator. The buildings also feel a bit outdated. It was difficult to truly relax because every time someone walked past my room, I could hear the footsteps and the room would actually rattle a bit. The walls are also quite thin, I could hear kids screaming next door. For one night after taxes, fees and parking, I paid nearly $400. At that price point, I expected a slightly more elevated experience. Because of the motel-like feel and the overall value for what I paid, I give The Dana 3 out of 5 stars.

They brought 1 spoon and no sharing plates, even though there were 3 of us.
