12x24 porcelain tiles from tile outlet

They have a great selection at a fair price. We've ordered tile from them twice over the past year, and both times have been pleasant experiences. The first time I'd gone in, Rae helped confirm the square footage of tile, and quantity of boxes, that I needed to complete the project. I really appreciated that extra effort and attentiveness that she showed. Even though we've since moved away from the Dublin area, I will be returning when the next project calls for some tile!

No frills place for tile located in Dublin. Pretty good deals but my tile is currently on order so hopefully it will arrive on time. Staff was very helpful in helping me decide what I need so it made my purchase easy without any doubts.

    Great display of flooring.

This place definitely offered a lot more selections of flooring/tiles compared to chain stores such as Lowe's or Home Depot. The tiles were nicely displayed in a way that made it easier for the customers to check them out, which I greatly appreciated. However, if price was one of your main concerns, it might be a little hard to browse here as they didn't really display the pricing. The shop owners would be more than happy to check the price for you if you told them which tile you were interested in, but you wouldn't get that convenience of knowing the price right away. The shop owners also would be happy to suggest other tiles of similar texture or color that came at a lower price, but again, you'd have to communicate a lot with them. And that's fine if you're ok with that, but some people like myself prefer to kinda do our own cost estimation in our head - just a preference. Also another thing to keep in mind was that, while they had some tiles ready and available on site, they did inform me that most of the tiles would need to be ordered. Order time of a week was "very doable". Finally, although the store was located on Dublin Blvd, just keep in mind that it might not be necessarily apparent or visible from the boulevard. Just follow your GPS, and enter the parking lot for the building with a smog advertisement on it, and the store in just right next door.

Wonderful experience, up until I was shorted the tile I needed to finish my bathroom, then made to buy this "matching tile" and then made to buy the whole bathroom floor again just to get the tile matching because the owner wouldn't take some responsibility and I was on a time constraint. What a prick by the way, normally I'm against giving business to big corporations, but in this case you're better off going elsewhere. Good luck on your projects.

One of the best service I received from Sam for my stair-casing remodeling needs. I came across to their showroom from yelp recommendations. I purchased large porcelain tile planks that was unique and quite stunning after a long search for what I really wanted. After describing this to Sam, he instantly knows what I was looking for and showed me to the perfect tile--exceptionally beautiful and great quality. Thanks Tile Outlet for making your patience and excellent service!

I had a small backsplash project at home, and found nothing I liked at the home stores. My contractor suggested Tile Outlet. I went there and was quite impressed with the large selection of quality tile. Sam, one of the owners who helped me, showed me around the store and was extremely helpful and nice. And he created a lovely design from my selected tiles which was perfect! I ordered two cases of tile which which was delivered to the store in just a matter of days. Unfortunately there was a snafu from the supplier making one case of the tile unusable. Sam cheerfully corrected the issue 100%! He couldn't have been nicer. Huge selection of beautiful tile, wonderfully helpful people, and they want you to be happy with your purchase!

Fantastic collection of tiles and also excellent service. Both Sam and Jenny are very friendly, take time to understand the needs and manage the order process in an excellent manner. This certainly is go-to place for me when it comes to buying tiles

    Beautiful porcelain tile!

We were planning a fireplace remodel- covering our existing brick fireplace with a modern tile. I never got her name but the woman at Tile Outlet was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She took my measurements and got us exactly the correct amount of tile for the job, explained the process and what we'd need, and coordinated with the installer (Enrique's Tile and Granite- who are AMAZING!!). It was a wonderful, easy experience and I will definitely be back with any future tile needs.

IRG was the first and last stone slab yard I visited in search for my perfect kitchen countertops…read more After visiting seven places in the East Bay, I picked up three quartzite slabs here. My search started with looking for porcelain slabs and not every slab yard carries such. IRG had the largest selection, however I quickly learned that like quartz, porcelain slabs are manufactured in sizes up to about five feet wide which would require me to have a seam between two slabs to cover my kitchen island. So I went to quartzite as my targeted slab for the size, variety of natural stone design, and it is heat tolerant. IRG offered great service both on the phone and in person. You need to make an appointment to visit their slab warehouse, however, this was never a problem for me and they were always accomodating and able to be flexible with day of changes. Their variety of porcelain, quartzite and other natural stone is quite plentiful. They have another location in Brisbane, so there is quite a huge selection in inventory between the two locations. Their retail prices are most competitive. Be sure to work with a fabricator who can most likely be able to get you a discounted price. IRG allows either you to pay for the slabs directly to them or your fabricator can make the payment on your behalf. It won't be until about a month when my countertops are installed. I can't wait to have my beautiful new kitchen! I highly recommend anyone looking to remodel with beautiful countertops to check out IRG. In the end, while the retail price of my swabs were the least expensive, the discounted price of the ones I selected were not released but very competitive. I chose IRG because the particular quartzites I chose was most appealing and design. These are natural stones and so you will not have an exact identical slab between different places.

BECAUSE I THOUGHT YOU DID YOUR JOB! Even tried to blame our fabricator when he thought it was delivered and finds out they never did. Then JOGREET FINALLY WANTS TO APOLOGIZE & SAY YOU HAVE TWO CHOICES EITHER WE GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK OR WE CAN DELIVER IT ON MONDAY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS OWNER! ESPECIALLY when people are spending thousands they want someone they can trust. Thank goodness we found out how you conduct business. We know where we will not be buying our stone from now after this 4th interaction. LET ME FIRST SAY AS WELL, OUR VERY FIRST VISIT OF THIS PLACE THEY WEARNT OPEN ON THE TIME THAT SHOWS ON THE DOOR WE WERE WAITING OUTSIDE FOR SOMEONE TO OPEN AND NO ONE WAS THERE WE WAITED ALMOST 20 min after and someone finally came to open the store. That should have been our clue and red flag right there how they conduct their business unprofessionally. 2nd time we come here they say they dont have a stone there we're looking for. Have us drive ALL the way to there Brisbane store only to find out they DID have the stone @Dublin location. So, we had to drive all the way back in commuter traffic to make it before they closed & using gas for these people poor professionalism and unorganized business practices. 3rd interaction we purchased the stone, PIF, tell them where we want it delivered AND told will be delivered. Only to find out they never delivered it!! I even told the owner you think you would have had a paper on the stone of the delivery date where it's going and she said it's in there systems. Well ma'am your system isn't working for you. How did you not see a SOLD stone SITTING THERE that was suppose to be delivered months ago? Is this someone you want to do business with? AGAIN, WONT BE BACK AFTER THE MULTIPLE TIMES OF UNPROFESSIONALISM AND UNORGANIZED BUSINESS WHEN SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I WANT A BUSINESS THAT HAS THERE STUFF TOGETHER AND I CAN TRUST! Update to Jogreet--I'm disappointed in the way you handled things. I def think a discount should have been provided for the poor customer service and something that was paid in full and should have been delivered months ago that wasn't. Also trying to initially place blame on us the customers and then our fabricator for the reason why it wasn't delivered yet. And how it was our fault for some reason. Then you decided to finally apologize after the fact. (Which I see there is another review about you guys doing that same thing placing blame on others for your mistakes then apologizing.) I wrote a review and told you I was writing a review so people are aware of how you conducted business with me bc when people are spending thousands it's important finding someone who is professional and organized in something I regard as important and I know others do as well. You didn't care and informed me I had two choices to choose from. Either refund after months of our slab being paid for or delivery Monday. Those were the choices you gave me and said I had to choose from after everything. I will include receipts just to show you and others timeline that my review is as presented. Went in 4/20/26 picked out our slab after driving back and forth to both of your warehouses that day. Thought we needed two slabs, contractor told us 5/5/26 only needed one. Called LRG and paid in full for the one slab 5/6/26. Even tho we were told we only needed to pay a percentage we paid in full bc we were ready for delivery. Spoke to fabricator and LRG stone and scheduled a delivery date on 5/7/27. (The day we decided who our fabricator was invoice from fabricator was sent and we called and confirmed the delivery date on 5/14/26 a day prior to when it was suppose to be delivered 5/15/26 and it was confirmed.) Assumed your company did their job and it was delivered and ready to go. Did not think we needed to check again and call months later like you had the audacity to say to me to see if your company did their job as we already confirmed a day prior to the set delivery date. Our fabricator went on vacation and was booked up thinking he had the slab in his possession bc he informed us he confirmed with you guys as well. Had appts with him on the slab that was suppose to have been delivered that then got rescheduled again still thinking he had it in his possession bc why would we have an appt if slab wasn't in his possession. To have a meeting with him today 7/31/26 on how we want it cut to find out by surprise from him and us it wasn't even delivered 5/15/26. The fabricator was surprised as us bc they informed us they confirmed in May the delivery as well. That is pretty accurate you and your team ignored a SOLD/PAID for slab that was sitting there that should have been delivered in May when we paid invoices and confirmed delivery dates. We're highly disappointed Jogreet.

I walked through Bay Area Cab's Dublin showroom a few times to confirm they have cabinet styles and colors I liked, and the employees were very accommodating in letting me check out cabinet door samples to see in my actual kitchen. I'm so glad I did that, because the color we originally wanted ended up looking dingy in our northern facing kitchen. We went with their Icy Avalanche color, which is a cool toned grey, and have never loved anything more! The design and estimate process was simple and likely less time consuming than even wading through the IKEA kitchen designer yourself. Chrissy was patient, professional and very knowledgeable and made sure every detail was handled to perfection. She even hopped on the phone with our contractor a couple times to make sure every measurement was exactly correct. But her excellent customer service really came into play after our cabinets were delivered and we discovered an issue--due to a slant in our kitchen floors that weren't accounted for in our original measurements, our crown molding wouldn't fit! She and her sister, who heads their other branch, redesigned and supplied a new molding quickly so that our remodel wouldn't be too behind schedule. And if that wasn't enough, when my contractor mis-installed a drawer, Chrissy replaced the broken pieces for me immediately. For just the customer service level alone, I'm so glad I went with Bay Area Cabs. There are already so many small things that can go wrong in a kitchen remodel, and I was so glad to have the cabinets be headache-free! Finally, the quality of the cabinets is amazing. We've been in our new kitchen for about 6 months now and are happy to report that all our cabinets, drawers, shelves and doors are working perfectly. We're so happy we chose Bay Area Cab Supply for our kitchen and hope this review helps more people find out about this awesome family-owned company!

Being said and before you decide to do kitchen remodelling, make sure you have the time to work closely with your contractor! I worked closely with KF from the design to execution throughout the completion of the project. Let me share my experience with KF in details. Working with their sales rep was a smooth process. We worked with Dean through the selection of cabinets, floors, countertops, sink and faucet. Then here comes the selection of appliances. We shopped around and selected the appliances we will put in our kitchen and then gave the details to KF to incorporate it into the layout of the kitchen. A layout and a 3D model was made for review to visually see how the new layout of the kitchen will look like. This is where the critical part of the work needing your attention. Make sure to check the clearances provided for the appliances are all correct. The designer did not check the size of stove we will use. Mistake was made to our layout. We didn't catch the mistake as well and drawings got released for final approval. Then the execution, demolition to our kitchen took place as scheduled. 2 guys came in to remove all the old cabinets, countertops and appliances. It was a 3 day process to demolish and clear the debris. Prepare the walls for new construction. The electrical work. One electrician started to put new outlets and upgrade our electrical sub panel. This is where it got tricky because the new location of our panel is still part of the walk-in closet. The city inspector pointed out it is against the building code to relocate an electrical panel from a closet to a walk-in closet. The good thing was I was able to divide the walk-in closet into two rooms. I contructed a wall to divide this room into a storage where the new electrical panel is located and a separate walk-in closet. I did this work myself because it was not part of the contract. It will be an additional cost if I have KF do this work! The intallation of the cabinets! This is where we discovered the layout was incorrect. The clearance made for the stove is 36 inches, we ordered 30 inches stove. The location of the cabinet for the garbage was wrong too. KF ended up replacing 5 cabinets at their own expense to correct the layout. Make sure that during this process you check every position and clearances for your appliances are correct. This your final check before countertop measurement! The measurement of countertops and backsplash. A guy came in to make a template for the countertop and backsplash for fabrication. The process is to measure and install countertop first and then measure and install the backsplash. Make sure to check the level and squareness of the backsplash and countertop. I checked the backsplash and it was out of square. I have them corrected it on the spot! This is a very critical process and very expensive to correct if installed incorrectly. The installation of new flooring. I picked LVF to replace our carpet and hardwood. There is only one type of floor we use for the entire house. This went very smoothly and efficient. The worker even show up on Saturday to do the work. He knows how inconvenient for the owner is to move things around to clear the areas to install new flooring. Kudos to this worker who did our floor. The installation of appliances. It went smoothly except the anti tipping bracket of the stove was not properly place to capture one foot of the range. I went back and forth with the installer to correct it but I ended up correcting it myself to get approval from the city. The final touches. Ensure you are there and inspect every square inch of the cabinets and walls. You have to point out to the workers to put caulking on every holes you see. KF workers were not very thorough on their final touches. The final inspection. This is where the city will come in to inspect the electrical work, the wall I constructed, the undersink cabinets and do some testing on new circuits of the kitchen. Check and check their work. If you are not satisfied with their work. Make them correct it. This is your only time to tell them to correct things you are not satisfied. For example I have them replaced the valve of the faucet where one of the hoses has tight bend. Check fittings for leaks. This is very important! As I elaborated above, KF has the means to do the work. The coordination with their project manager was not very proactive. You need to make many follow ups to get the work done. Some days have no work activities. A couple of days they worked upto 8 in the evening! Overall I am happy with the result of their work but I also spent many hours to work with them. At the end of the day, it is you who will live in the house and it's your kitchen! When it comes to cost and the hours I spent working with them, the overall cost of this project was expensive.
