I came here with the family and had a blast. We were here on a week night in late September so they weren't crowded which was nice. I rode go karts three times (one track I rode twice). I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to speed and danger but this was really fun and easy. We had a blast! I thought the rides were a decent value at $10 per ride. My three year old niece loved the car ride and the carousel. Unfortunately the plane ride wasn't working. We also had a blast in the arcade although I wish they had dance dance revolution! I'm a local worst experience to bring our family to we had 10 people we had 2 people to hit us in the back when we were told to stop we got hurt and the manager Tim acted like it was my and my wife's fault that we got hit in the back. They treated us like we were wrong complaining about getting hit at full speed. We filled out a incident report that they didn't let us get a copy of the report. They said it was against their policy. We actually got kicked out for complaining to Tim. If this place has a so called manager like Tim they need some professional help that have people skills. read more

The Karts are very very slow. I've been coming to Myrtle Beach for 22 years and Have been to many go kart places that have since been demolished. The Track is extremely over priced for how slow you go and for how many rules they have. The course is very cool (as it has multiple levels) but they should 100% use one of the two courses for adults. For the price ... if you're an adult looking for a thrill .... skip The Tracks and look for something more exciting. read more

Super cool go-kart spot! I have never seen electric go-karts before The Track and it really enhanced the experience! The attendants. Plus stop all of the karts at the same time and slow them down if needed, as well. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because their bathroom, while very nice, needed a cleaning and my stall was lit of toilet paper. SO much fun for the whole family. We spent an hour in the arcade enjoying games and the prizes. Half of our group rode the go karts and loved it. Very cool track! There was a miscommunication and we thought everything closed later than it did so the water bumpers closed before we could get to them. A manager heard and opened them back up allowing us to ride anyway saying he wanted us to leave on a good note. We ended the night cracking up laughing and soaked.. Such a great new addition to the beach and I love that they are open late. I've been a local for years and I'm always looking for new fun things to do with my toddler. We stopped by here, I admit a little pricey but its tourist season. I spent $100 to get 110 tickets(I think that's right) and we got to do both big tracks twice and then ride other rides as well. We would have needed to buy more tickets to go inside to the arcade but that's not what we were there for. They have bumper boats, rides, and gokarts so that's what we stuck to and my little girl was passed out almost before we left the parking lot...in all great trip and we'll be back read more

This place is fun to enjoy time with the family! The go carts tracks are varied in size and turns and has 3 levels! It is some great fun inside the arcade- as many of the games were fun to play. You are able to win the games- as at some other arcades you play and play and rarely win that isn't the case at The Track! Here it was enjoyable to play and win! read more

The go karts were extremely controlled. Pressing the gas all the way down and still being slowed down by the workers or system. You can't really race it's just following each other for laps. We thought the other track was faster but it was the same thing. When telling management they refused a refund for the poor experience but gave us a refund of the money left over on the card. So do not recommend the karts for adults or older teens looking for a thrill. The bumper boats were a blast though, me and the family enjoyed them. read more

The three story track was cool however the go carts were so slow. I would give them five stars for safety because they were on top of keeping people safe and the go carts pretty much automatically slowed down when you go down hill. I would've liked a little faster go cart and a little more control. I felt like I was in a wind up car. For $9 and some change ride it really wasn't worth it. Great time for the whole family! I would like to point out that on numerous occasions while we were here multiple go karts broke down & instead of placing them off to the side they added them back in for the next go-around. I'm not sure if this is common but I know it was extremely frustrating for the people who were driving them. The go cart track was awesome. There wasn't a wait and it was fun. Not to fast but nobody broke down. The only major drawback of this facility was the arcade area. Several of the games were broken, lack of staff in the floor. The amount of tickets for type of prizes was not fairy 1000 tickets got keychain, mini basketball or baby trinkets. read more

We arrived when the doors open, the lines were getting long due to the computer system being down. We were getting frustrated waiting and right when we were about to leave, the owner (i assume), came walking up and told the line of apprx 50 people to come ride for free. We rode 2× for free. Awesome! Really friendly staff, very clean/well maintained, and reasonably priced! Smaller kids can ride along with an adult on the big tracks for free, but they also have plenty of rides they can go on by themselves. Go karts and other rides are outside and there is an arcade inside. It seems to get busy after everyone has finished with dinner. We went around 5:30 and it wasn't too crowded. Staff left two karts sitting stuck on the track for two laps clogging up the track. When the karts were hit by a child in our group, our entire group was asked to leave and not come back. Their excuse was that they were understaffed. Only go to this facility if you want to exercise your ability to turn slowly left and right. Trying to race your way ahead of another kart will not be tolerated. read more

We will for sure go back! We have an autistic son who was treated so extraordinarily by those who worked there I'd go back every time we're in Myrtle Beach. From Javon who worked the track to Dason who worked the ticket/gift counter every staff member went above and beyond to be kind to him. Our son loves to shake hands and say "hello" and everyone he encountered shook his hand and was happy to speak with him. He just turned 16 and we wanted him to try to drive the kiddie karts and Javon went above and beyond to help him and make sure he enjoyed his experience. Tina, the supervisor told me that if the ride didn't work out to let her know and she would refund me the points. It literally made myself and my husband tear up seeing how complete strangers have gone out of their way to help make our son have a good experience and time. I can't recommend this place more. We will for sure be back. The staff was amazing and they should be applauded for how they treat their guests! read more

I visitied the track last friday and overall had a great experiance , It was nice and entertaining was did take from the fun and reason for 4 start was an employee who was attempting to hit on me and made it uncomfrtable and cocerning since this is a place where families attend with kids he was tall about 6'2,Stocky,beard, nicer eyes, I believe his name sarted with a D and he has an island accent. Not well managed, they allow reckless driving and management doesn't care. Some people apparently think this is a race and not a ride. Cars clearly labeling with No Bumping, but after my son got hit repeatedly from behind and hit his head multiple times on the seat, the people bumping everyone didn't get removed or warned. The manager said that 'rubbing' is allowed, to explain why the people who were repeatedly bumping everyone didn't get taken off ride. And not one single apology from the management or anyone else. A 10 year old got hurt, and they acted like this was normal. So disappointed and shocked. read more

You would think you wouldn't get whiplash from riding the go carts... think again. All signs clearly stated no bumping and the staff did their best to warn patrons by blowing their whistles. My family took my grandson for his birthday. They had no complaints about the go-karts. But,the arcade set up itself. Our grandson was playing games with his dad,uncle,and granddad. They went to turn in their tickets and waited and waited . They were ignored. Finally, they had enough and asked isn't this a line here and was told we dont really have a line. Massive rip off. Looked fun until you get on those slow karts only to have them limit your speed or even cut your kart off 2-3 times like what happened to mine and I wasn't doing anything reckless or stupid, they just did it. Not really fun having everyone pass you until your a lap behind and trying to play catch up only to have them flag you in 1 lap early before everyone else because they thought you were in first place or whatever weird garbage was going on in their heads. We had my daughters birthday party at The Track in Myrtle Beach yesterday and it was the best choice ever. The service we were given was top notch! The managers on duty and the staff were friendly and did everything possible to be sure we had all we needed the entire time we were there. The prices are very reasonable, the tracks are not simple little round and round tracks they are multi-level tracks, it was a great time!!! read more
