Go to Bob!! We truly can't recommend this shop enough. My husband was having trouble finding a tux for our wedding and found The Tuxedo Club online. He came home from his first meeting with Bob RAVING. I went with him for the last fitting and I can see why. Bob was funny, helpful, passionate, and so knowledgeable. He made sure my husband looked sharp on our wedding day, in the exact tux he had been dreaming of. Prices were great and included everything he needed. We will never forget Bob's kindness and excitement for our wedding. You can just tell some people love every second of what they do and he's one of them.

I was beyond impressed with the work Bob did for us for our California wedding. We had 3 groomsmen drop out 3 weeks before our wedding including one just a few days before. Bob was able to get suits for 3 new guys and the fit was nothing shy of perfect. My husband and his boys agreed the suits were some of the best quality they've ever worn. Great material and comfortability for a long day. I would go back to Bob in a heartbeat for another special occasion.

Rented Tuxedos for our September Wedding and Bob delivered on making the Groom & Groomsmen looking classic & sharp. Bob provided recommendations and helped guide us in deciding which styles & accessories we should select to achieve our formal / classic style. The process of selecting, measuring all the men, pick-up and drop-off was seamless and everyone looked and felt great day of! We will continue to have The Tuxedo Club be our preferred choice for any Tuxedo / Suiting needs. Thank you Bob! Lindey

As one of the rare non-chain tux rental places in the seattle area, Bob (the owner) runs a very friendly and affordable shop. Main positives: 1. Bob's shop lets you try on and see how you will look, with all the vests, ties, cufflinks, shoes provided; the chain stores don't let you even touch them. This was a main deciding factor for my very anal tailoring eye. 2. Measurements here are taken and you can also see how it fits you in addition to how it looks, not like the chain stores. If sleeves are just slightly too long, Bob can do same day on-site tailoring (more on this later); the chains cannot. 3. The prices are comparable, although just slightly more at Bob's (~$120 at the big stores vs ~$120 and up depending on quality desired at Tux Club). 4. You can pick up your rental about a week prior to your event, making it vastly easier on your schedule; the chains here like Men's Wearhouse or Tux Shop give you 2 days prior pickup. 5. Bob addresses everyone very politely, as "sirs" and "ma'ams." Main negatives: 1. I came in with my brother for his suit, and it looked fantastic, except that the sleeves ran too long (past the first joint on his thumb, about 0.5" above the indent between his thumb/forefinger. Bob was able to fold back ~0.5" of fabric and sewed it inside the sleeve, however I didn't check that he did not press it and didn't sew enough stitches, resulting in a very bulbous sleeve end which looked a bit awkward; no shortcuts next time Bob! 2. Bob hires some high school kids for the shop. I was told that the above sleeve alteration could not be done due to the faux buttons being "in the way." I've had work experience in the textile industry as well as suit tailoring, and knew that the kid didn't know what he was talking about (faux button can be moved, fake buttonhole stitching would look awkward at the sleeve end but not very visible). Talked to Bob instead and straightened that out. 3. For some of the good quality stuff at Bob's shop it can run $150-$200 (100% wool, lower end RL lines) which is a lot considering the price of a cheap tux at a slightly lower quality can be had for about double that amount. 4. The shoe selection is not classy. Bicycle and square toed shoes are fashion trend items and belong at night clubs. The only semi-classic was a patent leather round toe American styled short toe (looked like an Alden last), I would have loved some classier AE PA styled or an elongated Italian styled toe. 5. Bob can be slow replying to emails in the busy season. Overall my experience with Bob was great, and I realize I have just as many negatives as positives in this review but the negs are trivial compared to the positives I listed, and relative to the other chain stores Bob definitely has a leg up. Would definitely recommend the Tux Club.

Bought some items online…read more Disappointed with my first online purchase from likelihood. Ordered adidas samba's and a stussy tee. Somehow domestic standard shipping came out to $35? I hope everything goes well! Package came in, and realized that the tee wasn't in there. It was later noted that my tee would be coming in later on the physical receipt, with no tracking number... Ok that's fine. Open the shoe box, and samba's are a tried on pair with dirty insoles, retied laces, no paper and creasing. That's not cool, I'm paying full retail price for a new pair. Receipt says final sale on full retail priced items. Was not notified during check out online. Customer care replied saying that the reason why domestic shipping is so expensive is because they have to ship from another likelihood store. So I'm paying double shipping? Why was I not told about this? Final sale was because I used a 10% code. Again, was NOT notified online. They did not want to at LEAST give me a partial refund for the samba's, and said they would waive the final sale so that I could return them. After all that terrible service, I would even have to pay for shipping to return a dirty pair of shoes. Disappointing. The worst customer service I've had to deal with. Sad. Will never come back here again. EDIT: the owner, Daniel, reached out and gave me a full refund as well as a gift card. He was very polite and understanding. Thank you Daniel!
