JINYA has a really nice aesthetic and the restaurant itself is beautiful, which made me excited to try the food. Our waitress was attentive, so service was great! Unfortunately, the spicy chicken ramen didn't meet my expectations the broth was pretty bland and lacked depth of flavor. However, our cousin ordered the spicy tuna tacos and said they were really good, so it seems like other menu items might be stronger. I'd consider coming back to give something else a try.

Walking in the atmosphere was moody and perfect for a date night! Service was great in explaining everything on the menu and servicing us quick without feeling rushed. We got the tan tan men ramen, tonkotsu red ramen and crispy chicken. Crispy chicken was delicious and large for a 10 piece so great to split with a group or have as your meal. The tan tan ramen was delicious and perfectly flavored. The tonkotsu ramen I got a level 4 spice which is perfect for anyone who wants a bit of heat but not extremely spicy, however the broth is a bit more on the oiler side to my liking but everything else from seasoning to noodles were perfect! Would come back to try their other dishes.

If you're craving delicious ramen in the Oviedo area, JINYA Ramen Bar is an absolute must try! The modern, relaxed interior makes it perfect for a casual dinner, a date night, or grabbing drinks during their happy hour. The food here is consistently outstanding. Every bowl of ramen I've had, has had perfectly cooked noodles and delicious broth. Some of my favorites have to the Tonkotsu Black ramen and the Takoyaki. What really sets this place apart is the service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Our server gave great recommendations and checked in at all the right moments without being intrusive.

Great place with incredible atmosphere and delicious ramen. We always receive a great service at this place. Really love their Spicy Chicken Ramen. You can choose the level of spiciness. The broth is very reach and delicious. I love adding a side of chicken wonton, that gets it to the next level of deliciousness. Definitely try their Matcha Tiramisu -- it's so good that even hard to describe how good it is. Highly recommending this place.

Jinya. Doesn't. Miss. Came for happy hour (3-6 DAILY) and ramen. I got my usual Vegan Spicy Creamy Ramen and today I tried the Shoga Tiger cocktail. The ramen is consistent and delicious. I usually get full before I finish so I order an extra side of broth to take home so I can relive the experience at home lol. I am also obsessed with their seasoning sauce and am not-so-patiently waiting for them to bottle it. Hannah waited on me for this visit and she was awesome. The restaurant is clean and inviting and perfect for date night or to hang out with friends. Or show up solo and get some work done as I did.

Very pretty inside, casual but classy. The food was really good and great service. We got the Sapporo beer for happy hour, very tasty. My partner got the spicy chicken ramen in mild and it wasn't super spicy, good if you're not really into spice, get medium or higher if you want a kick. I got the chicken Yuzu Shio delight and it had a really good ramen egg and some tasty seaweed, the broth was sweet and a little zesty. Overall great time !

We went to JINYA ramen bar at Oviedo. Parking can be packed during dinner, no wait for table on a Friday night. Food was really good, definitely one of my favorite ramen spot in Orlando! The lighting was dark, hard to see the menu, but its the vibes. Would love to come here again!

I was on the hunt for a good ramen spot after visiting Japan a couple of months ago and came across JINYA. I've already tried the popular ramen place in Audubon Park, so I was excited to check out something new. The restaurant is divided into two areas. When you first walk in, there's a bar area with high tables and a few booths. In the back, there's an open kitchen and more seating, giving the space a cozy and lively vibe. We started with the gyozas and the JINYA bun.. For our main entrees, we went with ramen (of course!): the JINYA Tonkotsu Black and the Premium Tonkotsu Red. We accompanied them with a couple of cold Kirin Ichiban beers. Overall, the food was good, but I was hoping for a more authentic flavor like what I experienced in Japan. The service was excellent, and overall the restaurant had a great vibe. If you are craving ramen this place is a good spot to go.

Jinya has some of my favorite ramen in the Oviedo area! I got the Tonkotsu Black and was blown away by the large portion sizes, tasty broth and pork, and the fast service. I went for lunch and was quickly seated and waited upon. A heads up, they do get very busy during their dinner rush on weekends, but I think it's well worth the wait. I loved that they have fresh garlic to mince yourself and add to your ramen. My boyfriend ordered the birria ramen (no picture of that unfortunately) and it was so tasty that I will be getting the birria for my next visit.

Jinya Ramen Bar has been an excellent addition to the Oviedo area! They have a great happy hour with some appetizers and drinks on special. I recommend the pork baos. Super tender and flavorful. The menu has a variety of items from ramen to rice bowls. This works out well because I gravitate towards the rice and my husband and son love the ramen! The kids ramen is a little pricey but includes a lot of food. Service has been good on our visits. Atmosphere is inviting and appreciate that the music is at a reasonable level to have conversations. We will be back again!

It is hard for me to find a place for me since I had many years of owning, operating apanese restaurant experience. This place surprised me, the food were all on point, the staffs were all very friendly and attentive. The Ramen bowls we ordered and took home were still good after a couple of hours. The tempura was phenomenal, the miso eggplant which wss so hard to find, awesome!! The manager Carol took great care of us, made us feel super special, which means everything. If you are in the area, come give them a try.

The restaurant is on the smaller side (about 6-7 tables) with additional bar seating, which adds to the cozy, authentic feel. The Vibe: Small, intimate, and focused--this is the kind of place where you know the food is the star. One small note: I didn't see any beer options--just soft drinks and teas. Not a dealbreaker, but I do usually enjoy a beer with ramen, so it was a bit of a miss for me. What We Ordered: * Cucumber Salad * Chicken Karaage * Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen * Spicy Miso Ramen Standout Bites: The cucumber salad was incredibly fresh with the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and salty. The chicken karaage was exactly what you want--crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. Perfect crunch, perfect bite. Then came the ramen... Both the spicy tonkotsu and spicy miso broths were rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. The noodles had that ideal chewy texture, and the pork was thinly sliced, tender, and full of flavor. Rich broth, chewy noodles, melt-in-your-mouth pork. Overall: This is hands down the best ramen I've had since visiting Japan, which says a lot. We left already planning our next visit. Pro tip: Arrive early for lunch--seating is limited and fills up quickly.

My favorites are the shoyu ramen, the kids ramen (honestly the perfect portion), and the tuna mayo onigiri. The pork chashu is super soft and tender, the broth has so much flavor, and the noodles are always cooked just right. And definitely don't skip the egg--it's so good. The ambiance is really peaceful, and the space itself is cute and cozy. The staff is always very friendly and eager to please, which makes the whole experience even better. It is one of my go to spots, I seriously cannot recommend enough.

It was nothing special, but it wasn't bad either. I think the radish in the naengmyeon tasted too sugary and the mustard had too much of a horse radish flavor. The beef and cabbage stew was probably the highlight for me. It was hearty and comforting, and it felt like the most satisfying dish out of the three. Service here is a little iffy. When we were ordering, my husband asked if the bulgogi came with rice and the waitress started at him coldly and said "sure..." in a pretty dry tone. It wasn't outright rude, but it wasn't warm either. On another occasion that we came, it was a busy night and we sat at our tables for 20 minutes before anyone even gave us water or menus. However, the waitress was very noticeably attentive and friendly to a family sitting next to us. The restaurant is near UCF, so maybe the staff has had bad experiences with younger people, but it's no reason to be differential in treating your customers. The inside of the restaurant is pretty simple and casual. It does not have great circulation, so expect your clothes to smell like food when you leave. Overall, the restaurant is decent, but not great. That said, there aren't a lot of other Korean restaurant options around the area, so if you're craving Korean food, this may be your best bet.

The past two times it fell short of expectations, especially compared to how enjoyable it has been in the past. The edamame was another letdown. It came out ice cold and was overly seasoned to the point where it was hard to enjoy. My first time trying it. For my main, I ordered spicy ramen. The noodles were clumped together and tasted undercooked. There was very little broth, and what remained had mostly been absorbed by the noodles. On top of that, both the noodles and broth were extremely salty-honestly one of the saltiest bowls of ramen I've ever had. Some ingredients also seemed to be missing. The last two times this one was disappointing. It's usually well balanced and delicious. Especially at what they charge for a bowl. The veggie dumplings were underwhelming and lacked flavor. I only tried them once so don't know if that is how they normally are. Service was just as frustrating. No one was at the counter for long stretches of time, and when I tried calling to see if I could bring the food back for a remake, there was no answer or callback. I even reached out online a few weeks ago before posting this review and still haven't received any response. I kept my receipt as well. This is now the second visit in a row where both the food and service have been disappointing.
