Great service and awesome local venue to hear the best musicians come through. Nice outside patio and inside has a pool table and good seating options.

It's a dive bar. Set expectations. But the Guthrie Trapp trio plays there, which gets this place an automatic 5-stars. The best $10 you will spend in Nashville is for a ticket to see them. Staff is friendly. Enjoy the Underdog!

Small bar with fair prices and free parking. Quality music at a fair price with no minimum spend on concerts

All the small town bar vibes. There's not many places left in Nashville where you can get a beer for $3. I will definitely be back!

The atmosphere is exceedingly diverting, and the service unfailingly attentive. Their selection of drinks and cocktails proves most agreeable, and the live music, I must say, is of exceptional quality lending the evening an air of spirited delight. The company one finds there is likewise pleasing; a convivial crowd, ever inclined to dancing and merriment. It is, in every respect, a most entertaining place to pass an evening. I would also note, with satisfaction, that the burgers are by no means lacking in merit.

We placed an order for two cocktails and we opened up a tab. We then proceeded to place an order of food. We finished our cocktails and finished our food. After waiting for about 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us, we waved one of the bartenders down as she approached the cash register and requested to close out. The bartender seemed bothered that we flagged her down and quickly turned back using a micro aggressive tone and responded that she needed to complete helping a customer before she can help us. I have worked in customer service/food and cocktail industry and her tone/response was completely unnecessary. We have been to a few "dive" bars in the past In CA, NY, AZ, TX, AL and other parts of Tennessee and we have never encountered a response like that before. Maybe it was a busy Saturday afternoon or maybe they do not cater to diversity. Regardless we will not be returning.

Fun Atmosphere Red…read moreDoor Saloon is a laid back, no-frills bar that seems to draw an eclectic mix of locals and visitors alike. We got sick of fighting the huge crowds on Broadway, and our Lyft driver recommended this place. I'm glad he did because we had a fun, chill night and didn't have to wait 30 minutes for a drink! Tip: Great clientele Thanks

Red Door - Nashville…read more I had one of the most uncomfortable door experiences I've had in Nashville, and I found it both disgusting and shameful. Our group arrived at Red Door dressed well and prepared to enjoy the evening after attending an industry holiday party. At the entrance, the way our group was handled felt inconsistent and unfair. One person was allowed in without being asked for ID, while another member of our group was stopped and told to remain outside because of a fake fur jacket. There was no clear explanation, no consistent application of rules, and no attempt to handle the situation respectfully. Watching different standards applied to people in the same group was confusing and upsetting. The way this was handled felt arbitrary and, from my perspective, discriminatory in nature. Being excluded while others were allowed to enter freely was humiliating and unnecessary, and it completely ruined what was meant to be a celebratory night. The overall experience at the door was, in my opinion, disgusting and shameful. This reflects very poorly on how Red Door manages its entrance and the individuals representing the venue. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment.
