I tried to use the chat online and that's also a robot and there's no option to talk to a real person so today, I don't know where my package is. I don't know if I'll try to deliver it again. I don't know if it's gonna stay at the facility because I can't get in contact with anybody.

The guy was smooth and attentive to keep everything moving effortlessly. He disassembled a lamp to see if it would fit into a certain box he had in mind. He weighed the lamp and told me he would take care of the rest. He sent me on my way. I paid for Tuesday delivery and the lamp arrived in Portland by Friday, very early, which means he finished the packing and it went out the same day. Get customer service! I was informed the post office will only cover up to $15 for each gift card even though they sell them at a predetermined amount. This type of action seems to cultivate thieves. Never will I go to this post office again since they are thieves behind the counter and their customer service seems to be fraudulent.
