This place is a total rip off. My husband took a small package there to send to my sister in Alabama. He paid $80! The packet was a normal size and weighed less than 5 pounds. My sister sent me similar package that cost her $22 to ship. Did I mention that this was just regular ground shipping, not extras? I will never do business with UPS again. read more

The staff at this store is not very friendly. It's also located in an awful spot! There is never anywhere to park. You have to park a considerable distance away when carrying heavy packages. Can't understand why they put these places in the middle of a strip mall, they should put then on corners so they are conveniently located for customers. I had to drop off a return back to Amazon. Good thing I found an UPS drop off pretty close by. They had a few people in there (1 at the counter, 2 roaming the store, and another person at the counter). The employee at the other counter greeted me and told me to come over so she can help me. Turns out that the other person is waiting for tape. The employee took my package and scanned it in. She was not too friendly but at least she didn't make me wait. The transaction itself was fine, but the employee "helping" me thought it was within her business and right to ask me personal questions regarding the nature of the paperwork she was handling. What kind of employee - let alone one who works at a business that handles people's mail - would be so clueless when it comes to customers' privacy? I made an appointment for a Notary and received an email confirmation of the appointment. After waiting in line I was told there is no Notary on the weekend. I will never again go out of my way to use this store. I was told by the clerk that the store is not connected to the website which makes no sense considering the confirmation gVe all the particulars. read more

I opened a Yelp account for the sole purpose of noting how incredibly inefficient, slower-than-watching-paint-dry slow, and incompetent the staff are at this location. There are four, count 'em, *four* customers in this store right now, and two staff members. How long do you think it might take to get a document notarized? Ten minutes? Fifteen? Try an hour. No, really. An hour. Marsha (sp? No name tag) hasn't a clue, started working on a customer's mailbox, couldn't figure out the automated process, and left the customer to wait for Victoria, Employee #2 (and, of course, the notary). Victoria had to start the process from scratch, as Marsha walked off to perform another task, saying brusquely, "I know what I'm doing, Vicky!" As I write this, Vicky is alone at the counter, taking care of customers Marsha abandoned, and there are five other customers waiting here--all waiting for notary services. A new customer walks through the door with a package. Marsha reappears. "How can I help you?" New customer gestures towards the five of us, waiting. "They're in line", Marsha says, waving him forward. "Heh-heh!" New Customer is out the door in two minutes. We've reached the eighty-two minute mark. I've called every bank in my zip code area (while waiting here, mind you); no one has a notary available. I could order a pizza and share it with the folks in line, and we'd finish eating before Victoria serves us. read more

If you put sticky stuff on someones fingers to do a finger print test. Provide wet wipes or hand sanitizer To clean ones hands off afterwards. So difficult to get in car and drive off with sticking to steering wheel. Staff. Sweet friendly and nice. Any UPS owner that is not providing the courteous alcohol wipes lacks Customer service. read more

If I could give this store a negative star, I would. Worst place of business I have ever dealt with. Staff is nosy, intrusive, and just plain rude. The pricing for faxing was highway robbery, I mean really $25 for a fax to a 800 number? Go down the road to the Avondale Library if you need to fax anything. they are polite, helpful, and the charge reasonable prices to fax papers. If you need to print anything, be sure and visit the FEDEX store at 99th ave and McDowell. read more

I just went in the other day to send some packages and the staff were very helpful. I think that one guy was from another store or something because he kept asking the girl where they kept stuff at this location. He was the one that was helping me and I think they did a great job. There was no wait, but there were only 2 customers. I went early in the day, late morning. They seemed like they are good at multitasking because the girl kept going back and forth to help people an then go back to a project she was working on. I t looked like someone had ordered a bunch of fliers or something because she was custom cutting a big stack of papers. read more

They packed my item that I shipped to someone and I put a hefty insurance on te item and it was damaged during shipping and they will not honor the insurance because the item was packed incorrectly. Also service was poor I had to wait for 10 minutes and there was no one in line just kinda scattered around the store. read more

If I can give it a 0 start I would. This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with. I sent a package on 6/2/18 that was delivered damaged. The day I mailed the package I asked if I could purchase insurance for it, the clerk said "no we don't offer that, only theft insurance", so I did not purchase insurance. Box was not stolen. I told the clerk I wanted to write fragile on the box so it could be handled with care, she stated that she would do it for me, I naively trusted the UPS employee, she did not write fragile on the box, so when delivered the box looked like it had been kicked and completely mishandled. I asked to have the damage to the equipment that was in the box paid, the office decided to send me on a complete run around between them and corporate UPS. NO ONE ACTUALLY HELPED ME, and nothing was paid. Filed complain with BBB, still no answer. read more

Don't come often, but as I recall it's been at least 8 months since I've been. I've had a few good experiences, mostly quick and easy with little interaction toward the customer service aspect of things. One bad that I can recall that really sticks out in my mind, the employee was so unhelpful I left. Obviously what my task was wasn't so important I needed it done that day but I haven't been back since so I'm sure the employees are different. read more

If I could rate with zero stars, I would. Employees are not trained to know the difference between priority mail, certified mail, registered mail, and first class mail. Management is rude, unprofessional, and a general lack of attention to customer service. Look at those receipts carefully if you dare use this place. Likely you will be charged wrong. read more

I have been a customer there for years. Charlene the manager, has been getting more and more belligerent with customers, and frequently rude and obnoxious. About 3 months ago, they supposedly got a new owner. Now, prices have doubled or tripled on everything, even though they have the signs in the window that they take AAA and AARP discounts, they do not. They flat out refuse, and scream that THE NEW OWNER SAID NO MORE DISCOUNTS. .They are no longer open on Sundays. The rent for a box for a year is $245. I couldn't afford it so asked if I could pay only a few months, and Charlene (manager) starts screaming NO THE NEW OWNER WON'T LET YOU, IT HAS TO BE A YEAR. Every time I go in there, it's all about the new owner and why everything is more expensive. I wouldn't go there. They are short staffed and only one person is behind the counter. You can't get any service, unless you have 30+ minutes to wait.Even then, it's not service with a smile, it service with a surly attitude. Find somewhere else!! Since the new owner took over, the place has really gone downhill. I don't recommend this place at all, for anything! read more
