I've been here multiple times and I think it's about time to write something about this UPS Store. It has been my go-to spot to ship items, Amazon returns, certain packaging supplies and general questions regarding shipping. The "worst" thing I've had to deal with are long lines and even then, it isn't that bad since the team here handles the lines very well. During the pandemic, customers were also cooperative and spaced apart as needed so I really appreciated that. The employees are some of the friendliest people I've encountered. On the less busy days, I've had a chance to just talk about random things with the employees as they're scanning my items in. Really nice folks. Shout out to Dominic (hope I spelled your name right) for the positive attitude you always have no matter how busy it is. The people who work at this location really do make it a great place. This location is also opened a little longer than other ones so it's great for anyone coming out of work late or if they need to make a last minute drop off. It's close to the US postal office too so it's extremely convenient for me to drop off my packages. read more

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Had a package to return to Amazon. My crazy schedule prevented me from performing the task until the last day. To return the box Free, Amazon emailed me a label, which I'd print out, affix to the package, then delivery to a designated UPS locker. Problem: I don't have a print attachment for my iPhone. Thought UPS staff could help me. On the last day to return the package to ensure a refund, I went to my local UPS store to print the label and drop off the package. Deborah and Dominic, customer service representatives on duty, helped me in every way they could think of to print my label. 1. Connect to my email server to print email. My server was unrecognizable. Didn't work. 2. Called Amazon customer service to receive a new label with return address to the main Amazon facility. 3. Went to Starbucks across the parking lot and tried to forward email to UPS. Starbucks has WiFi. Didn't work. 4. Opened email attachment. Screenshot. Text messaged to UPS. Successfully printed the label. Affixed to box. Sent box on its way. Many customers came and went. Cypress is a busy hub. Even while helping me, Deborah and Dominic swiftly, graciously processed each of those other transactions. I know it's all in a day's work for UPS staff, but my process needed an out-of-the-box solution and they met the challenge. Thank you, Deborah and Dominic, for not giving up on me; for being my UPS angels; for your patience. I could not have done it without your expertise and ingenuity. I come here often and half the time I run into a situation where all three employees are tied up with transactions that take a very long time to complete (such as notary, shipments that aren't prelabeled, etc). Then there's an extremely long line of people just waiting because the employees are all tied up. Most of the people waiting have prelabeled shipments that take a few seconds to scan in. What they should do is dedicate an employee to do prelabeled transactions only. That would help with the lines. read more

My daughter had taken a return to another UPS and they told her she had to tape up the box and go print out a label. I have come to this store for a long time, but today, I see new faces,they are chatting and ignoring customers. I felt very rushed but this girl that was supposed to be helping me with my return item back to amazon was very condescending, didn't try to help me find my return code i was having trouble with. She told me i didn't have enough tape on the box, did i want to buy a roll for next time. She just stood over me as if she wanted me to leave. Asked if i wanted to buy a label.she then asked me if i wanted to go home and come back when i was ready. I can't believe how unhelpful she was,oh, and when she walked away i asked another guy to help, and he said he's not good at amazon returns, i should just call them. He helped me unload a very heavy package, get it fixed up, labeled, and helped me with Amazon customer service when when I had an issue returning this item. Don't use their notary service!!! Went in to get my Escrow title form notarized (very time sensitive) and then drove 40 minutes to personally drop off to a branch escrow office. Now, 5 days later Escrow notifies us that the document wasn't even ever stamped and my name was put incorrectly. Called and spoke to their manager Debra and requested that they please redo the notary and please send the document expedited to the escrow office at their expense to compensate for their office mistake. Manager stated owner will only fix the incorrect notarization but wouldn't consider any discount, credit or even just mail the document for us as compensation. Now my husband and I have to take time off of work again to get re-notarized and pay expedited services for their mistake! Very unprofessional don't recommend this place. UPDATE: The Notary fixed his error and apoligized several times. He even went as far as paying for our documents to be expressed mailed to our escrow office. I understand that mistakes happen to everyone. However, I believe UPS should back up customers matters like this to compensate customers for their wasted time. read more

I needed them to print out a return label for my package since I don't have a printer, can't believe they charge $1.50 plus tax just for that lol.. This is my local UPS store and everyone is usually pretty nice(but some don't know anything about shipping) and can help you with any of your shipping needs, I've personally never had to use their copy/print center but if you have a small project your doing I'm pretty sure their set-up will do. I like to think of myself as a semi-expert in shipping items, and since I have a UPS business account I usually have my bill-of -lading all done and I just drop off my packages...(starting to schedule pick-ups more though based on schedules, and not having time to run out) HOWEVER I have gone to this location on a regular work day and they have been CLOSED!!! With just a little paper sign saying "Back in 15 minutes"....I have waited 20 minutes and still no one showed up so I then had to drive all the way to the Buena Park location on La Palma between Stanton and Dale. Also just another little thing is that the parking can sometimes be a hassle at this location just because of all the little shops around it. Because of this, I believe this is the time when owners/managers (of all shops, not just UPS) should highly educate their own employees that they should park further away from the store to allow the close spots for the customers...because I know I have seen a few of the employees park in front of the stores and then start their shifts, or be getting off shifts and pulling out, from right out front. I just believe that the employees should just leave those spots open for customers, especially when they come to this store to drop off big boxes. read more

I typically schedule UPS pick-ups but on a few occasions, I have had to drop off packages at this store. Each time, I was greeted by friendly and professional employees who really wanted to help. Today, I dropped off a time sensitive package and requested saturday delivery. The associate's name was Delen or Gelen (I only glanced at his name tag) and he made the entire process so easy and even suggested on how I can better secure the contents inside the shipping box.
