I absolutely love this UPS location! There is 4 locations near me and I drive the extra mile to be serviced by Chris and Kristina! Was looking for notary services on a Saturday and discovered there aren't a lot of places that you can walk into (especially on a Saturday) and get documents notarized. Found out on Yelp that this UPS store has notary services so went over there to get it done. Kaden was available right when we got there at 12:30 PM, and did an excellent job. He explained everything to us very clearly, took his time, and it was a pleasant experience. Took about 15 minutes from start to finish and seemed reasonable for two notarized signatures. read more

Best customer experience I've ever had and why I took the time out for this well deserved review. Initially I needed to ship 4 wheels to MD and didn't know how to start, cost or even if it can fit in any boxes that big. We made multiple trips to USPS, but after speaking with Dominic who was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave us good pointers how to do it, I felt comfortable in using them and got that process taken care of and shipped as little under $500 which is not bad yesterday. He was very patient, helpful and didn't have that sighhH (rolling eyes attitude) lol like most of the folks that works in the commercial shipping business honestly. I think we selected UPS cuz of the customer service and patience Dom had provided us. I hope the store manager reads this and give this young man some sort of recognition or raise, because in 2021 we're losing the human touch in today's world and always a breathe of fresh air to have a positive experience like this. I had to make a very complex Amazon return of multiple rugs in different sizes and brands. I thought I prepared enough before dropping off returns by packing all the items that's needed to be boxed vs not needing boxes at home. However, when I got to the store...I mixed up the wrong items to be boxed because I noticed 1 item missing from the returns on the Amazon app compared to all that I turned in. Chris, employee assisting me on returns, was super patient and kind waiting on me to confirm all my returns were properly processed. I was there for a good 30mins trying to make sure each return scan code went to the correct bathroom rug since they all seemed to be the same with the exception of texture & size. I kept apologizing for the confusion and all the mixup but Chris was just to empathetic and helpful until I sorted it all out. Kudos to Chris for such great customer service!! I will be returning back there for future Amazon returns. read more

I've been coming here for years but recently had an experience that didn't sit right. I had a label (to be sent to Carson, CA which is about 8 miles away) that the associate had trouble scanning which may have been due to my thermal label printer needing a cleaning. Long story short, the associate said the barcode was blurry so the package might get delayed a few days, and shortly after, said I can pay for him to reprint the label for a couple bucks. I didn't want to pay that. Come to find out, my package is now in Pennsylvania and in fact took about a week to deliver completely. Discounting the lackadaisical demeanor from the associate throughout this exchange, I had no idea that duration of delay would actually happen and the associate couldn't seem to care less. read more

This UPS has the best service ever! Everyone who works here has great patience and assist you from A-Z! Dominic was very helpful and friendly. He takes his job seriously and makes sure that the client is having the best experience possible. The store manager was also great. Attentive and helpful. One lady brought a desk chair to return from Amazon but did not fully disassemble it and he had the patience to help her unscrew four different screws.. better service than Ikea! lol! That lady was so lucky because I can tell you, no other fedex or UPS would do that. They also work in such great teamwork making sure that the line never has a wait time of more than 5 mins.. They are great multitaskers. Awesome all around. If the owner is wondering, the guys working here on 2/20 between 10am and 5pm, all 3 just awesome employees! My hats off to them! read more

I came in today to do an Amazon return and right when I got in one of the guys asked if I was doing an amazon return and he then told me that I can do it myself. Mind you there only two people in line and one of them were already finishing up. I clearly had a brace on my arm and he still had me do it myself. My husband & I have been renting a mailbox from the Buena Park store for years, and discovered that Debra who managed the store for years was transferred to another store. It was because of Debra that we've been renting & doing business at the Buena Park UPS store for over 8 years. Under her management, the staff was always personable and extremely efficient. We never had to worry about our mail or packages. It is unsettling to us that Debra was transferred because it was efficiency, and attention to customer service that had us renew our rental each year. read more
