Do not have any amazon packages delivered to your mail box at this location. The workers blame the amazon driver And just say sorry we have no idea what happened to your packages. Even tho it says on my amazon account that it was received by the employee of this service. It's known that this is happening with management and nothing changes If you are returning to Amazon you will not have any issues If you need anything from the ups service no issues But receiving packages is a huge problem My camping trip was ruined due to my missing gear.. and nothing changes at this point After multiple phone calls no gear was found. Went here today for notary public with my 92 year old parents. The employees are so helpful and so patient with them. We also had to speed mail the documents internationally and it is so great that this is a one stop shop. Did not have to stop anywhere else just to mail the documents internationally. Best ups location in the valley, a little late review but when on this rainy days of LA where we all are cold and a little cray there was a long line but wait time was minimum because of management Eric I think he is the manager got on and moved the line took care of everyone with a professional friendly manner. I've been to a lot of UPS stores in my life and this one has the kindest employees so I come to this one all the time. I have to ship packages for my work so oftentimes I come with a few items to ship and they are alway very fast at shipping everything. Last time I packed my own packages and brought them in, but I didn't package them very well. The kind employee who helped me offered to tape them better and did it at no cost. I've been to other locations where they charge for a piece of tape so this was much appreciated. Definitely recommend if you need to do any shipping!! read more

Terrible store, major hike up on mailbox price after 12-month agreement. Canceled and accidentally had a UPS package shipped to old PO box (expired 3 weeks ago), but the store clerk (short man w/ mustache) refused to release the UPS package unless I paid the store's "ransom" fee. Any case, the retailer/ sender of the package filed a claim with their UPS carrier, and offered to send me a new UPS package to my residence, so I don't have to pay a ransom fee to this store (crooks). This UPS store will nickel & dime you and their employees simply don't care if they lose customers. Go to Postal Annex or somewhere else. I will NEVER use this UPS store again. read more

Ok everyone, so, I'm inclined to leave this review for several reasons. For starters, I walked into the UPS Store (#7120) and was overwhelmed by the crowd waiting to be seen. The line was literally to the entrance door. There were two employee's handling the front desk and thought I'd be there forever. One would think, right? Nope!! That line moved faster than the 5 freeway on the morning of New Year's Day (smooth). I was professionally greeted by "Ana" who assisted me in getting my Amazon package returned without any, if and's or buts. Although Ana and her Co-worker were getting slammed with back to back customers, She and her Co-worker still composed themselves in a professional manner. Ana even pointed out to me that the shipment was free of charge (which I completely missed). I was literally walking out the door within 10 minutes (Yes, I was keeping track of the time. I'm, "that guy", hahaha). Don't waste your time at some of these other spots for your shipping needs. This location is conveniently located next to Pavilions and in front of Blink Fitness. Always plenty of parking! I had an extremely disappointing customer service experience today around 12 PM with a Hispanic woman who had straight hair, glasses, and a heavier build. She was very rude and dismissive when I asked about my return receipt. After scanning my items, only one receipt printed out. I politely asked if the receipt included all tracking numbers for the other Amazon and non-Amazon returns. Instead of clarifying, she snapped, "It's your receipt!"--which I found unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. I left the location feeling frustrated and disrespected. Aug. 2025 - I stopped into the UPS store in Burbank to get a mailbox. Mikey helped me out, and although there were many forms to fill out and hoops to jump through, he was efficient, fast, thorough. He even checked the newly made key for my new box 5 times, remaking it after the first time because it was a little sticky. The store ebbed and flowed with customers, but they were efficient and well staffed to handle it. Great experience here, and believe me they are not all as friendly and smooth sailing. This store has gone down in quality significantly this past year. This is my go to UPS store for amazon returns and I usually have a really nice & easy time. There has only been one time where a package returned here did not make it back to Amazon and I did that one myself on the self service area so that could be why. For that reason I like to do all of my returns directly with the workers to ensure nothing happens. Upon coming here I was greeted by two workers. They were just chit chatting and moving some thing's around - this is normal when I come in but usually someone stops & helps the customer out. Instead I just stood there waiting for a couple minutes before the two workers went back & forth on whose turn it was to help the customer. In which they decided neither of them would help & directed me to the self service. After explaining my hesitation to use it due to my previous experience the manager on shift, Cam, very rudely said it's the same thing and that I could do it myself. There wasn't any one else there to be helped but they still couldn't bother. I just got out off a long shift I did not want to go in to someone else's job & have to do it for them. These people are literally being paid to just sit & talk with each other. & the fact that it was the manager, Cam, who was the one with such unprofessionalism. I don't get the point of having workers if they're just going to direct you to do the work yourself ! Joke of a place. read more
