I always use this ups store for my drop off needs and never had any issues as matter of fact last time I left a 5 star review for one of the employees who was very nice and helpful but today as my husband and I walked in to the store when nobody was in there just ELISEO who's supposedly the manager of that location was there alone and no line or anything. First of all my husband walked in smiling and greeting the guy in which case he ignored and with attitude in his face. I then went ahead and started with my returns the entire time he kept on giving me attitude and raising his voice when I continued to be calm and very polite when deep down I wanted to punch him in his face. One of my items was Amazon return and I received the items in their original box and that's how I was returning them and all he needed to do was put Label on the box he FORCED me to buy a box cause he didnot want to lose on sale and put label so I ended up paying him 5$ for packaging when it was unnecessary. He was extremely rude, nasty, rude, unprofessional. Hey Eliseo I am a medical director and guess what I never allow myself or any of my employees who I choose to call colleagues to treat anyone like you do. I hope you find happiness in your life. This is a good location and convenient one. I went today and the associate Yahara was very pleasant and helpful. I usually go to the one on victory in Burbank but am very disappointed having to wait along with others over an hour for it to open and the person never showed. This is my new place now. read more

I love this particular UPS store. Always clean, WITH friendly employees willing to help. I pass by several other closer UPS stores just to frequent this one. I had to get a bunch of legal documents notarized today. They had people on hand to act as witnesses, and Riley was so professional and friendly in helping me with all of the paperwork. It was much cheaper than I expected. Yahara and their 3rd employee were great too. Thank you to all 3 for making my experience as easy and quick and painless as possible. This UPS store really upped their game with great employees, I avoided coming here for the longest time because one of the employees would not stop talking to customers. What used to be a 2 minute trip would take 15 mins each customer because of how much he talked, even brought his girlfriend in too.
