I'm a senior with mobility issues and Yesenia and Ana always go out of their way to assist me if I need it - from running to open the door, carrying in cumbersome returns, to teaching me how to use that funny squiggly box for an Amazon return. Hands down THE BEST UPS STORE. Every time I visit they top the last experience in terms of customer service & care. The staff truly cares about keeping the customer happy. They show it by conveying their knowledge on the companies capabilities and helping accomplish what you came in for. Whether I am there for a casual amazon return or if I'm there on a weekend trying to figure out my best option for a last minute rush delivery, they always come through!!! I recently came in on a weekend to rush ship a birthday present for a client and I was so impressed by the service provided by Josue & Chris. These guys are problem solvers and are very nice. They helped me figure out my best options and all was beyond perfect. I'm looking at Josue's business card and he's also a Public Notary! Anyway, great consistent experience every time I go in. I had the unfortunate experience of having a package rerouted here after 1 unsuccessful delivery attempt. I called for 2 days straight just to get to the bottom of if my package was there or not. First time it was, it might be here it might not despite what the tracking said and we are too busy to look for your stuff so call back tomorrow. Despite the rude attitude I did just that. Than I call the next day, the next person says I don't have time to talk to you, call back in 2 hours. I ask if I should show up instead...."like I said, we are really busy so don't do that either". I frequent this UPS location ALOT. I've never had bad customer service. However, I walked in today and received OUTSTANDING customer service, and realized it's under new management. Josue is great Energy, very welcoming and patient. Yessi is a pleasure to work with as well and my go to person as she also has great customer service as well. They get very busy but the customer service is always great. The manager took his time to help me with making sure the copies I need are coming out correctly. I had a lot of copies to make that they ran out of toner. The place isn't that big but they do have sanitizer available and require a mask while you are there. read more

They do not provide wifi and you cannot verify Google 2-step authentication without wifi access (hotspot want working). My sesión times out and i was charged $2 for nothing. Too worried about closing time to help me out. Toluca Lake location is more professional. read more

Came here today to drop off a package which only needed to have the QR code scanned that was emailed to me and I'd be on my way out. I was next in line and the guy with the blonde hair said I would have to email the label, which had me confused because I've been there before and they were able to scan the QR code and print out the receipt. When I asked him if he can scan the QR code he acted like he didn't hear me and proceeded to ask people in the back of the line if they have packages ready to drop off. Very unprofessional customer service from him. After continuing to wait he had asked if I had emailed the label and I asked again about scanning the QR code and he says yes. Unbelievable. read more

So a few weeks ago I had an important document notarized by Rosillo just before going on vacation. My title company called me three days later to let me know that they had given me the wrong notary acknowledgment form by mistake and I would need to redo the notarization for this half million dollar transaction.
