They get very busy but the customer service is always great. The manager took his time to help me with making sure the copies I need are coming out correctly. I had a lot of copies to make that they ran out of toner. The place isn't that big but they do have sanitizer available and require a mask while you are there. read more

There are 3 UPS stores in Burbank and I have to say this location and the San Fernando location are exceptional. The staff here are one of the friendliest and knowledgeable people. Even when the store is busy, they are very efficient. They even remember me by name and always greet me when I go pick up my mail. There was an issue with a package delivery when I first opened up my mailbox, but they were attentive to correct the problem quickly. I was notified of all updates and even received a call personally to assure my package was received. The location has great parking and A+ employees. Highly recommend! read more

Came here today to drop off a package which only needed to have the QR code scanned that was emailed to me and I'd be on my way out. I was next in line and the guy with the blonde hair said I would have to email the label, which had me confused because I've been there before and they were able to scan the QR code and print out the receipt. When I asked him if he can scan the QR code he acted like he didn't hear me and proceeded to ask people in the back of the line if they have packages ready to drop off. Very unprofessional customer service from him. After continuing to wait he had asked if I had emailed the label and I asked again about scanning the QR code and he says yes. Unbelievable. read more

So a few weeks ago I had an important document notarized by Rosillo just before going on vacation. My title company called me three days later to let me know that they had given me the wrong notary acknowledgment form by mistake and I would need to redo the notarization for this half million dollar transaction. I always use this ups store for my drop off needs and never had any issues as matter of fact last time I left a 5 star review for one of the employees who was very nice and helpful but today as my husband and I walked in to the store when nobody was in there just ELISEO who's supposedly the manager of that location was there alone and no line or anything. First of all my husband walked in smiling and greeting the guy in which case he ignored and with attitude in his face. I then went ahead and started with my returns the entire time he kept on giving me attitude and raising his voice when I continued to be calm and very polite when deep down I wanted to punch him in his face. One of my items was Amazon return and I received the items in their original box and that's how I was returning them and all he needed to do was put Label on the box he FORCED me to buy a box cause he didnot want to lose on sale and put label so I ended up paying him 5$ for packaging when it was unnecessary. He was extremely rude, nasty, rude, unprofessional. Hey Eliseo I am a medical director and guess what I never allow myself or any of my employees who I choose to call colleagues to treat anyone like you do. I hope you find happiness in your life.
