    On a Sunday afternoon in mid December 2019 I ordered some postcards from this company through their…read morewebsite. There was an option to check stating that some design work might need to be done to finalize the order. I checked this button, hoping they could look over my design to confirm it would fit their template before printing. Although, I uploaded my design alright I was concerned that it might not fit on their template, since there was some white space left around the template after I uploaded. I thought by checking this box that they would check to make sure the design looked good before sending it to the printer. On Monday morning while I was at work, I received a voicemail on my phone requesting a call back. The person who left the message said he just wanted to check with me since I had checked the box that some proofing/design work might need to be done so he wanted to get my input before sending it to the printer. By the time I called back the gentleman I spoke with, (the same one who left the voicemail) told me that he had already submitted it to be printed. I told him I was unsure if my design would fit and he recommended to just see how they turn out then. I told him ok, and just hoped for the best then. He said the work would be done in a few days and on that date I called back to confirm. I got no answer I continued to call about 3-4 times during the time they were supposed to be open. Then, after I got off of work I called again and the gentleman picked and said they were ready. When I showed up he helped me immediately, but just handed me a sealed box with my order in it. I could tell he was busy and he didn't offer to show me the prints so I just went home with the order sealed. When I got home I realized that all of the postcards had a slight white border around them that I did not want and that looked terrible. Some were also slightly lop-sided and a handful of them were glued together with some greasy sticky film that was so sticky I was unable to wipe off. Please see the photos I added for reference. I was so disappointed with the quality of the work that I decided not to go back. I wasn't going to leave this review because the company is small. However, it is March 3, 2020 and this company has sent me emails for the last 3 months requesting a review or offering to help if I have a problem with my order. I deleted the emails each time and decided if they were going to email me one more time that I would post this review. Well, although I have a problem with my order I already dealt with it by hand trimming all 250 postcards on a paper cutter and throwing away the sticky ones into the trash. I did not have time to have them reprinted because I was giving them out in Christmas cards that same week. I do not need a discount or some other accommodation, but I am writing this review today to let others know that I do not recommend this company for postcard printing or even general reliability. If they had just waited for me to call back to explain that I was concerned that the picture might not have fit then I could've fixed the size of the image and then sent it to them that night. It certainly would've prevented me from having to hand cut all of the postcards just to make them look nice enough to give out. I have also unsubscribed from Venum Graphics, Inc. marketing emails even though I never actually signed up for them to begin with...I am annoyed that this company would keep my email in their system for marketing purposes. I have since ordered postcards from Club Flyers ( an online shop based in Florida) and find the quality of the images appear to be better, in addition to the quality of the paper I got at this place. Although the postcards I ordered from both companies are the same thickness, the ones at Club Flyers are more stiff. So, unfortunately I do not recommend this company and I will not be using them again.

    Everybody this is what the Burbank shipping center sent to me as a response when I asked him for my…read morerefund for my mailbox service that I paid in advance for a year and because I asked them what was going on with packages I've been trying to get since January they said if I didn't stop asking that they were going to cancel my mailbox service and when they did right then and there knowing I had important mail coming and knowing I had packages that were coming as well they canceled my account right then and there and then they called the police on me because I was trying to talk to them about the fact that they've been ripping me off with my packages and here's what they're response was about giving me my refund. This woman Mary is lying I never had any warnings I was never racist and I was never rude I was always very friendly with everybody I would always show them everything that I would get from the that I would buy and I even gave some of the stuff to one of the staff there because I'm a nice person and I got too much I was never racist I was never rude I was always polite I would always open my packages there to be safe to know exactly what I received in the mail I also saved all my packages this woman Mary is lying I gave her all the correct information okay and I was never warned about anything I was never racist I was never rude I was always very polite and very professional with everybody even when I knew my packages were not being given to me
