I never write reviews but this one I had to write one about. All the workers at this UPS store were exceptionally helpful to me last week: the store manager John, Reilly and Yahara. They made my day! I came in last week with 2 huge fireplace boxes with the improper paperwork for mailing: And so, John & Reilly came to my rescue by putting their minds together in helping me solve the problem of mailing my 2 packages. At first, I was so happy that I was able to eliminate one huge box at no cost to me. The 2nd task was to figure out what to do with the 2nd fireplace package. Well, to my surprise the store manager John was so kind in helping me find the Amazon customer service number from my cellphone account and then helping me contact the 3rd party seller. It would have cost me an arm and a leg to return the 2nd package. So in the process of calling both Amazon and the 3rd party seller, the following event expired: -the 3rd party seller neither wanted himself to pay that returned package shipping cost, so he simply freely relinquished the item to me and told me to keep it in spite of also having refunded me. I was sooooo excited on that day. If John had not been caring and encouraging to help me to solve these 2 packages deliveries, I would have paid, spent a whole lot of (mula) money for no reason. In sum I left the UPS store that day with huge glow on my face for having shipped one of my packages for feee and for having returned home with a refunded free fireplace. LOL read more

This location seems to have recently gone through a major staff turnover. In the past, returns here were always quick and easy, and the employees were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after my recent experience about a week ago, I will not be returning to this UPS location. I walked in with several Amazon return packages and attempted to briefly place them in the sitting area on the left side of the store near where the notary usually sits. I was the only customer in the store at the time, but the employee assisting me immediately told me I could not place them there, even temporarily while she scanned my returns. Throughout the transaction, she repeatedly and passively aggressively commented that my packages were not taped, even though they were no-box/no-label Amazon returns and I have never had an issue with this process before at this location. The overall interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. I unfortunately did not get her name, but she had long dark hair and facial piercings. Customer service has definitely changed here, and not for the better. read more

What I truly appreciate about this UPS Store is the wide array of services they offer. From faxing and notary services to printing, shipping, and even passport photos--they've got you covered for just about anything you might need. I've had a fantastic experience at The UPS Store! On my first visit, Eva greeted me with such warmth and friendliness; she made me feel right at home. It's not every day you encounter someone so genuinely helpful! On my second trip, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ericc, the manager. He provided quick service and took the time to share valuable tips about shipping that I never knew before. It was clear that he is knowledgeable and passionate about helping customers Overall, I highly recommend this location for its excellent customer service and comprehensive offerings and affordable prices and options! First off big shout outs to Michelle and Maggy For helping me out with my shipment today! Thank you management for hiring this super team duo!!! It was really crowded today but they were managing customers and kept a very professional positive attitude. I will note there was some other customer lady who was hella impatient about the self service return, I was concerned thinking they would stop my shipment process but Maggy redirected her to the machine at the end the lady had a hissy fit and left. I had gone to other ups stores that would drop everything to help a person for self service return. Thankfully this store prioritizes people in middle of a shipment processing and not disregarding my time as well. Value of their work ethic is fantastic would come again and Michelle kept me reassured everything was good and kept a positive attitude through it all ! Thank you girls! read more

This is my go-to UPS Store and even when there is a line, the service is quick and friendly. I also love that I can process Amazon returns via self-service, which often saves time too. Today, after self-returning 4 Amazon packages, and doing a Happy Return for another shop, I had one more package that I needed to print the label and packing slip for (I don't have a printer at home). I wasn't sure if you still offered that service (I'd been told recently that you no longer did), but Jason said he would, no problem, and I was prepared to pay. In the end, he wound up doing it for me free of charge. How nice!! And it really saved me a lot of time in having to otherwise go to FedEx and print out the documents there, just to return to UPS once more, to ship. Thanks UPS Store! read more

I had a fantastic experience at the UPS Store! The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through shipping options and packing tips. The service was fast, and my packages always ship on time. Highly recommend! To top it off I came in the morning but I came back once more to ship out a Amazon return and I appreciate how much the employee Eva values her customers, she asked how my day has been and talked about how busy it's been today but she loves the rush! , such friendly staff! one thing that concerned me today 12/9 is I got there at 8:00am and I didn't get service until 8:06am because the lady said to give her one moment to open but it's okay I understand, overall great store ! Maggie and the team at UPS was absolutely outstanding today. She helped me with my shipment from start to finish and made the whole process smooth, quick, and stress-free. She was professional, patient, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. What stood out most was how helpful and attentive she was. This is a wonderful store with an awesome team! Ivan at store #7120, is terrific to work with and really cares about each and every customer that comes in to ship a package or just to ask a question about their services. I know this personally because I have been in this store many times to ship packages with all types of time crunches. Went into this UPS thinking I was doing an Amazon return, only to find out it was actually supposed to go to Whole Foods Zoe helped me out right away and was super nice about it. She showed me how to cancel and redo the return so l wouldn't have to make another trip, which I really appreciated. She was really patient/friendly, and just made the whole thing way easier than it could've been. A must visit UPS store. I used to go unused FedEx and other UPS location till I stumbled on this place after visiting AAA. Basically this place is so good I shut down my shipping and receiving... I worked out a good deal with Nancy... she is amazing... I got a P.O box and they handle all my packing and shipping... if I get packages they call me to pick up.... That being said, Yahara at this UPS Store was beyond amazing, she helped me navigate the app and helped me understand the difference between something I needed to package or just bring in.
