Bad service. I felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. When I requested the store employee to print a label the guy rolled his eyes. They simply didn't want to assist. I will be contacting UPS head quarters. This kind of behavior specially in Calabasas will not be tolerated. read more

I went there to drop off a package and the older gentleman behind the counter was very nice.

i just left the store and i was so upset on how i was treated.no one there 8:45am no line no stress for the taller of the two girls there.she had dark hair and glasses.i didn't get her name.she was so rude and un welcoming and i have used that store for years.that nice treatment changed with new take over and i am sure that this is not how i would have felt before..i did not have the correct slip for mailing back this girl who i also said to her your rude to me and she says i am not was not doing a thing.gave no information while the smaller girl hid in the back office. in this time of all our lives as humans serving a business or going to use business there should not be this kind of human representing UPS even if this is a private franchise. shame on her.I will make my label and go elsewhere..lots of places with nicer ways of doing business. read more

Don't feel confident you will get your Overnight Package delivered the next day. And certainly don't expect any kind of customer service to compensate for the incompetence. Was told the 4:30pm UPS driver was injured and didn't show up; and the 6:00pm UPS driver was only allowed to take ground packages. According to UPS tracking it was picked up from this Calabasas location a day later at 6:00pm. Went into their office this morning to grieve my loss and was given gibberish for their defense. I didn't get a call from them informing me it sat in their office overnight, nor a courtesy follow up regarding solution/refund. Solidly bad business. I await a response. read more

I live in Florida and won an auction of an item in California from an online auction, Profiles in History. Only after winning did I see the fine print that I'm responsible for pickup/delivery....my bad. It was recommended I contact this store for assistance. I dropped off a package at this location yesterday that needed to be in Washington DC this morning by 10:30a. I sent it Next Day Air as this was for an urgent project. UPS didn't pick up my package until 6pm TODAY. I called UPS and they blamed the franchise for not passing the package onto the UPS driver. I don't know who's fault it was but I know I won't be using UPS again. I've never had an issue with Fedex and only used UPS because it was close. If you have an urgent package that has to be there at a certain time, you should prob use Fedex. read more

I visited this store today, and all I can is waow. There was someone being attended to, and this nice gentlemen in the back came out and took me next. There was no wait. He saw that I was returning something, and offered to help me print a premade shipping label. While I worked on that he packaged the item very speedily, and secured it. I walked out the door spending less than 4$. My experience was nothing short of stellar. I would recommend others to come to this location if you want to have a pleasant and exceptional experience! read more

I contracted this store to ship an item that I had purchased from a nearby auction house. Naturally I was anxious about someone else packing and shipping my precious artwork. They shipped my item in a timely manner and let me say that this was the BEST and most professional packing job I've ever encountered. It was handled SUPERBLY. On a scale of 1-100, I'd give them 200. I should have read the reviews before coming to this location. The owner and worker gave attitude to any customers who wanted to get receipts for their drop offs. I also had "Handle With Care" stickers on my boxes and the owner carelessly spun around one of my boxes, knocking the other box off the counter and onto the floor. When I expressed, "I hope that didn't just break what's inside!" he was very rude. Basically said that if a package can't be handled that way, it is not packaged correctly. I will never come to this location again. read more

I would give negative stars if I could. I sent my son in to purchase a book of stamps, and he was upcharged over $2 for them. I went back in to the store to question the charge. The clerk, Perry, told me that they charge more for everything than the post office there. I asked for a receipt, which he promptly gave me. I'm ok with the upcharge, as everyone needs to make a profit; I just wanted to know what I was being charged for. However, as I left the store and the door closed, I heard a very loud "F*** You!!" being yelled at me from inside the store. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

This was about the worse service we have ever received. We were there to return some receivers to ATT. The clerk tore the bag when looking at what we had, spread them across the counter and then said we don't have the shipping container to return these and walked away leaving everything on the counter. When my wife asked if there was another UPS Store near here that would have the container he told her that each were independent franchises and he had no idea. This left my wife with a torn bag trying to return the receivers to our car. By the way, my wife is 69 years old, 4' 11" and all of 112 pounds. No offer of assistance in returning the stuff to the car. If you need a UPS store use the one on Pratt or Angora road. Who need attitude. read more
