I like this UPS, super friendly and happy people. They always acknowledge you when you walk in, and that's outstanding customer service.

I was there this morning to return a package- the guy who works there was so nice, friendly , funny and really helpful.

This UPS store is in a great location, very convenient, nice shopping center. I like that they open early, BUT do not come here for Amazon returns. The man who runs the store (not sure if it's the owner) but he seems to get very irritated and makes negative comments each time I have come to do Amazon returns here. read more

Okay I have done lots of shipping over my lifetime and it's usually a hum drum experience. Just one more chore to mark off the list. Until you come to the UPS Store here in Claremont on Baseline. They are the nicest and caring people ever. Makes you want to back home and find something else to ship! But seriously wouldn't go anywhere else. Ok, have been to many UPS stores but I have to say, this is the first UPS store that has the best customer service!! Right of the bat, they greeted me with a smile and was helpful. Been to the one on foothill and mountain and one girl there acted as if it's a burden to help you. This place is exact opposite. Love nice people! Come to this UPS instead of the others close by. I like this UPS store. It's always the same people working, they're friendly and get everything you need done efficiently. It's like a one stop shop for packaging services, livescan fingerprints, passport photos, notary services, etc. It also doesn't hurt that they are right off the freeway, have good hours and are near my house. read more

Just got royally screwed going to this place. Had 20 pages simply scanned to my email and they charged me $30.00. Yep, not kidding. Usually go to Office Depot and have the same thing done for $4.00. This could be the biggest rip off I have experienced in the last 10 years. Shame on them charging $30 for a simple scan job. STAY AWAY from this place if you enjoy your money. read more

I went into the UPS Store when it first opened. I was greeted warmly and knew then that this would be my store as long as I was in this area. Monday I had 4 boxes going out. When I walked in I was told of the computer crash across the country. But without any trouble Tiffany and Jim made my day. And took care of me. This store is an exceptional store. The employees at the UPS store are amazing. They saved me $1600. I had just dropped off 20 lbs of materials to be shredded that belonged to my mother. She was unaware that $1600 in savings bonds was among the things to be shredded. I received a call from the owner alerting me to the mistake. Wow!! Thank you! I have gone to this UPS Store multiple times. The Owners Barbara and Jim are very nice and attentive to the Clients needs. I live in Orange County and was out here visiting my parents. I had items I needed to be shipped so I stopped her on my way to their house. I now plan shipping needs around being able to visit this location. The prices are very reasonable and competitive. Jim is a super star! Service above and beyond... we needed to send a birthday present to a five year old grandson in the midst of Covid19 self quarantine. We called ahead about not wanting to go into his store (we're 0ver 70 yrs old and not going anywhere). He said he would get our package outside. We called when we arrived, he took the package from the back of our SUV, did the paperwork and had our gift on its way without us even having to open the car door.
