This store is so convenient to my house. I drop off so many packages for returns and the clerks are so friendly and nice. They remember me from time to time and always want to help. I know if it hard for my mother and they will come out to her car and grab the boxes for her too. The store is clean and tidy. Sometimes it will smell like the restaurant next door and the parking isn't always the greatest because of the bar next door. All in all it is my go to place for returns. read more

Service quality has improved dramatically lately, even though this location is busier than I've ever seen it. The employees with poor attitudes are no longer there, and the current employees are friendly and helpful. They may be new, and take a little more time to get things done, but the positive attitude is worth the extra time. Please be patient with them! read more

I have used this store for years for shipping. Their work has always been outstanding. I had a new issue this time with UPS deliveries while I was out of town. I used to ask for a different delivery date and that worked just fine. The UPS main delivery store has closed so that was no longer an option for me. Instead I chose to have the packages dropped at this store for me to get when I got back to town. There were a number packages dropped off in the 10 days I was gone. Some were overdue on pickup and were going to be sent back. All I had to do was send an email to the store asking them to hold them until today and I would get them. The staff did that and even helped me load the boxes in my car. In these days when good customer service is not always available it was so refreshing to find it at this UPS location. This store assured me a 220 year old family heirloom would be wrapped sufficeiently- showed me how he was going to do it, fragile stickers, insurance, everything to protect this item. I received it damgaged, no fragile stickers, box damaged, and only one half popped bubble wrap protecting my item. It was NOTHING how the employee said he was going to wrap it. . My heart is broken because this was a priceless family heirloom. UPDATE: Val- the owner of this location has really gone above and beyond to assist me with getting my insurance claim approved. Initially, they denied the claim because they claimed it was a firearm (its not- its wall art). Val has esclated this appeal through internal channels and stated it got approved, so I can get my piece repaired, thank goodness! Because of Val and her willingness to assist a customer in need, and go above and beyond, I am updating this review and increasing my rating from poor to good. I am so grateful to her for helping me get my insurance claim approved to repair this item. Thank you Val! If anything wrong does happen, which I am sure my case is few and far between, Val stands by her customer service and will do everything in her power to right that wrong. The young man behind counter is rude and dumb. He actually argued with me over the spelling of my dad's name. I ended up sending a package to my Dad with his name spelled "Jean" instead of correctly "Gene". And recently when going there the store wasn't open at their posted hours. read more

I went to return something to a clothing store, and there was a line behind me. It was so difficult on my phone to get what was needed, that I just told the nice woman I would pay to return them. Her name was Sarah, and she asked if we could just take a moment on her computer to walk through it, so I didn't have to spend any money. Someone else was there to help the other customers, so I felt it was ok. After 10 minutes, we completed the return at no cost. Sarah was kind, patient, helpful, and had a sweet personality. The young man working there is very rude. I have been there multiple times. He never says Hello or greets the customers. Also - they charge you .50 cents to tape up your box. He says it is store policy and he doesn't say it nicely. This is a terrible store policy and appalling - I pay enough to return the items and to get charged.50 cents for a strip of packing tape..... Beyond Ridiculous!!!! I refuse to go back to that store.. He is not the person I would want representing my business. read more

While I found the service at this location to be polite I and friendly, I was surprised when the person assisting me did not seem to know how to print a double-sided color flyer. Together we tried to figure out the system, and although it took a few tries, we were able to figure it out. My bigger frustration with this store was the fact that I was not contacted in a timely fashion about the status of my "site-to-store" orders. I placed an order for documents needed for a job interview, and I was contacted several weeks after the interview to be informed that the order had arrived and was ready to be picked up. Apparently the email that was supposed to be sent to me to alert me to the status of my order. read more

I was sending a package back to my son and he provided me with his UPS shipping account number. The very rude man behind the counter said they could not ship on a UPS account so, my son tried to provide a credit card number and he also refused to use that. Worst customer service ever. I guess FedEx would have been a better option. read more
