    Outstanding customer service! Recently I started listing items on Mercari and have had to ship them with UPS, this location is a little out of the way but way worth the effort, the team here is simply amazing! Polite, professional, prompt and always so very positive! I highly recommend stopping by this store for all your shipping needs!

    This is the second time I've tied this location. They didn't answer their phone and left early so I went to fed ex the were open

    No longer UPS. Just authorized store. Place is a rip off. They want to over charge for everything. 2 dollars to print a shipping label!

I came in to return an item after the manufacturer instructed me to ship it through UPS using their account. Before I could even pull up the return information on my phone, the associate immediately became dismissive and told me, "We don't do that. We aren't UPS." I tried explaining that I was simply following the manufacturer's instructions, but she repeated the same statement in an increasingly rude tone and offered no attempt to understand what I was trying to accomplish. When I asked where an actual UPS hub was located, instead of providing basic customer service, she told me to "Google it on your phone." There is a difference between not being able to help and not wanting to help. I understand if this location couldn't process my return. What I don't understand is the complete lack of professionalism, patience, or courtesy. Customer service isn't just about having the right answer--it's about how you communicate it. A simple explanation and a helpful suggestion would have taken 30 seconds. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience from the moment I walked in. This location is usually friendly and helpful, which is why this interaction stood out so much. The associate I dealt with today could benefit from a refresher on basic customer service. Being knowledgeable is important. Being respectful is mandatory.

    Stopped in to drop off a package that needed to ship out via UPS. The package I was shipping is a…read moremedical package so it comes with a receipt and print out for records. The quality of service here is great. The people working are always friendly and greet you when walking in. The location also has moving items, mailing items, and printing/faxing available. The value is ok if you need something quick and convenient. There are other places that may be cheaper. Definitely check this place out if local. I chose this place for all my Amazon returns because it's convenient.

    I was a mailbox customer at UPS Store #6941 and have spent more than a month trying to get answers…read moreregarding a package that was scanned into the store and then could not be located. According to tracking, my package was scanned into the store on 4/16/26, and I received notification that it had arrived. When I later attempted to retrieve the package, it could not be found. An investigation was opened on 4/28/26. From that point forward, I communicated primarily with the store manager, Ally, and received a series of conflicting explanations regarding the status of my package. On 5/5/26, I was told that the package was still under investigation and that documentation was being reviewed. However, I later learned through UPS that the original investigation had actually been closed on 5/4/26 because UPS had determined the package was delivered correctly to the address on file. Despite that, I continued receiving information suggesting the matter was still being investigated. At one point, after I expressed my intention to escalate the matter to corporate, I was told that the package would be "redelivered" to the store. This immediately raised concerns because the package had already been scanned into the store on 4/16/26. I later contacted UPS International Claims directly and was informed that the statement that the package was going to be redelivered was false information. When I brought this information to Ally's attention and requested clarification, communication from her stopped completely. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was told Ally had spoken with the claims department and that the package remained under investigation, despite UPS records showing the original investigation had already been closed the day before. Since then, I have repeatedly requested updates and clarification regarding: * What happened to my package after it was scanned into the store * Why I was given conflicting information * Why I was told the package would be redelivered * Why the status I was being told did not match information provided directly by UPS I have also repeatedly requested contact from management and ownership. Multiple employees have told me they would notify Ally and have her contact me. I was told again recently that Ally would reach out. She never did. To date: * I have not received a clear explanation regarding the chain of custody of my package. * I have not received answers to several reasonable questions. * I have not been contacted by the store owner. * Ally has stopped responding after I questioned the discrepancies between what I was being told and what UPS Claims told me directly. I understand that packages can be misplaced and that investigations take time. My issue is not simply that a package went missing. My issue is the lack of transparency, the contradictory information, the lack of follow-through, and the complete breakdown in communication once I started asking difficult questions. As someone who receives time-sensitive business and promotional shipments, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and has significantly damaged my confidence in this location's package handling and customer service practices.

    I do not like writing bad reviews, but I am very upset with this company. This is the the second…read moretime the employee Ray gives me date of when an item I ordered was going to be ready for pick up and when I call that date to ask the time I can pick up I am given an excuse as the company they go through did not print it. Even though I spoke with him and he reassured me they had my daughter's yard sign ready by Wednesday 4/10 and than was told on 4/11 it is being printed and would be ready for pickup today 4/12. I am now told to wait until Monday 4/15, they did not get it in. I waited almost a month the first go around ordering an item the first time with them. I wish I went with my gut and did not give order this second time from them. If you need something for a specific date and they confirm you will have the items by that date I would add on a couple more weeks to be safe.

    I'm giving this place a good recommendation for my two graduates signs…read more They were slammed during graduation season and Covid 19 and completed all jobs etc. The secretaries/front desk staff are amazing, professional and call you ASAP when you're signs are ready, etc. I loved the fact they had a graduation combo sign set for local schools, residences and can be used for parties. Reasonable prices too! They have a easy website to place your order, upload your photos and take all major credit cards, etc Any questions, concerns or delays they contact you right away! They made my son's High School Senior year better due to the fact his senior year was taken away due to Covid 19 restrictions! GT Imprints made him proud (and us parents) of his signs all over the schools and our homes!
