Great business! Always get excellent service! I walk in and am immediately greeted. Service there is fast, even when they are busy. They are always staffed appropriately. Parking there is busy, but if you just wait a minute, someone is coming out of the store and backing out of the front row parking since it's only 30 min parking. Collin is on top of his game. He listens well and makes it happen! Knows what he's doing and will give perfect recommendations. Love it when I walk in and he's there to help me. Usually mailing something means long line, a hassle, confusion, and hidden fees. This place takes all that away! read more

I was sent an important package that was sent using metered mail USPS. Although the package is still missing (apparently the holiday season and USPS are not best friends), one of the store associates Monica volunteered to get some findings of the package,by reviewing the camera footage, when USPS itself had no tracking to offer whatsoever. Not sure what will happen to my package but shout out to Monica for going above and beyond her call of duty to do this when she could have just shrugged her shoulders. My wife came in today to print an Amazon label, and the gentleman behind the counter said yes. Well, he did not say that it was $2.50 by the time he was done. Very misleading, I guess they have to make money in some way, since Amazon returns are FREE! Yes, we should have asked if there was a cost, but the product was around $5, so the label basically was half the cost of the product. Meh, I've experienced better customer service, where the company is looking out for the customer. Use FedEx, waaay in the same center near Vans, way better customer experience! Centrally located, easily accessible. Staff is always helpful and courteous. I've had my box here for many years, even through ownership change, and the service has always excelled. What I really like and appreciate is that I can have packages delivered and the staff will sign and hold them for me. Not only that, but they will send me an email that tells me that I have a parcel waiting for me to pick up. When I'm on the fly, they have fax & copy services, will help you box and send a package out, and even have a good selection of greeting cards to choose from. I thought about using the USPS but i have found that The UPS Store has been a much more convenient choice for me. read more

This review is overdue, but it is so important to me to give them this review, because they went above and beyond to make me happy! I stopped in at this location about a week and half ago, after I called to see how I could pack my item to be shipped. I had a very sensitive, sentimental and fragile package I need to be carefully packed and shipped. I am sure they would have taken great care with it, but they asked me what it was and I shared with them why this gift was so special, they took extra care and actually discussed several options on how best to protect it during shipping. I believe it was a manger Monica and taller, blond man who assisted me. They took such care! My package arrived in one piece and nothing moved or was broken. I cannot thank them enough and I am so appreciative of their act of kindness!!! I will be a repeat customer! read more

Worst experience ever. They are not connected to UPS so have no clue about delays, shipping or arrival dates. I was told by Monica, no problem, two day ground from southern california to northern california. I informed her of the issues I had already, and was going to ship air to make sure that it got there. She assured me that wasn't necessary. What I want to know is how you run a business by not being informed of situations that are effecting the company you represent? And why have a manager like Carly that has no clue or can't solve a problem and just passes it off? Worst run business that I have ever seen!! If you want to get something simple printed here do not waste your time. The only way they can print something is if you email it but there internet is so slow you can't upload anything larger than a 1-page word doc. They have no usb sticks for you to use and refuse to let you touch their computers even though it would have let me print right away. The women who work there were flippant and unhelpful. read more

The notary signature was not recognized by the county clerk as what they had on file so I had to drive back to Costa Mesa to get it re-done by another notary. One should expect to have a notary signature to be valid,not this one. What a waste of my time and money. read more

I recently went to this UPS Store to have a document notarized; didn't think anyone convenient did this anymore. I was treated kindly and professionally, not to mention wittily. While there, I realized that I have relied on this UPS Store many times and appreciate their handling of my needs...they also open earlier than other UPS stores. This store changed management recently...maybe within the last 1-2 years? And apparently the manager told me their have been major changes on the positive side from what the customers tell them. PROS: 1. They try not to nickel and dime you. 2. They provide top notch service. 3. The employees give off a positive vibe which I assume they are happy working their job, greeting customers, happy with management, etc... 4. Installed cameras in store to try to prevent theft. CONS: 1. Their mailbox pricing is so damn high. haha. Probably USPS is the way to go to get a PO Box. CONCLUSION: I really like this place and will continue to shop here and tell anyone else to shop here as well. read more

This JERK that works at this location outright LIED to me on 4/20/2018! My payment on my box is due & the manager informed me I can come get some of my mail out of the box only some of it until I pay for the box; well the manager wasn't there & this Jerk was helping me; I told the Jerk that I had package I was expecting from Amazon; he said here is your Amazon package it just arrived. He re wrap it in a UPS envelope & I said this don't look like a package I'm expecting; so I signed for it. I opened the package & it's a summons that belong to someone else that is not even on my box; the Jerk tells me I authorized mail for someone to come to my box that has the same last name as me; I told the Jerk he's lying; I alway get mail for other people that's not authorized to receive mail. The fact that he lied & told me it was from Amazon & then when I told him to return to sender he said he couldn't because it was two men with a badge that asked him was that name authorized to get mail at my box & he told them yes. We were visiting on a short vacation and stopped at Tokyo Central. We bought waay too much to carry on the plane. What to do? We saw The UPS Store next door. Yes, a solution. So we pushed our cart full of stuff into The UPS Store and we purchased a medium size box. Yesenia helped us properly pack and bubble wrap ALL of the things we bought. We offered to buy the tape and bubble wrap too. She insisted she had some extra pieces laying around. Yesenia was very patient, sweet, helpful and professional. As I entered this ups store, I was greeted by a "regional manager" named Sean. He was very friendly while assisting me ship out a package. He asked me if I needed any additional insurance and I told him I needed $500 total. He then asked me what was inside and replied "a handgun." he then informed me that he was unable to ship guns. I've been told by friends and businesses that ups does ship guns so I got upset immediately. I told him that he didn't know what he was talking about. He then explained to me (calmly and politely) that I could ship a gun ups but not through a "third party store." Still frustrated, I told him to show me this policy he was referring to. Within a minute he pulled up ups gun policy and showed me that he was in fact right. He then said, "believe me, I hate to turn people away but if something happens to this package, I couldn't do anything to reimburse you." By now I felt kind of bad. Picked up my package and was on my way out. Then, Sean offered to look up the nearest ups "hub" and even printed me out directions so I wouldn't get lost. I must say, I was being rude to this kid an he still kept his cool and helped me the whole way through. I went to the hub and shipped out my box and then returned to the ups store to apologize to Sean and thank him for all the help he had offered. I asked what I could do for him and he said "give us a good review on yelp!". So here I am. Thanks Again to Sean and all the staff at this store. I'll Never go anywhere else! read more

I used them this week to ship a fragile, expensive package, which Monica packed perfectly. What's more, I was later confused about tracking information UPS was reporting to me, and reflexively contacted the UPS Store (and not UPS itself, as I probably should have) to get clarification. Nevertheless, Monica graciously insisted on getting to the bottom of it herself, which she did without hesitation. Talk about above and beyond! read more

I go here all the time for copies, printing, faxes, and notary services. They have always been super professional and friendly. I haven't shipped from here much though: I tend to use USPS if I'm not in a hurry and Fedex if I am. read more

I come here pretty much every day to pick up business mail and packages. I can't tell you enough how impressed I am with the way this UPS store is run. The quality of service given is outstanding - every day. The staff is friendly, and on their toes, ready to serve whatever needs you have with mail and shipping. They are all awesome, there's not a bad one in the bunch. They go above and beyond in giving the best service. I would hire them all away if I could (I am an HR Manager) because they are so customer service oriented. The fact that there are 3 or 4 designated reserved parking spaces right in front of the store means I drive to the door every day and it's so easy to get in and out. i use to think the people who worked at this store were very friendly and helpful until today. I sent my daughter a pkg overnight to SB but accidently left the apt# off. I spent 3 days calling the UPS 800 # and was finally told i had to go through the store i shipped it at since they were the only ones who could fix the address. I called in hopes they could just add the apt number that i accidently left off and they told me it would cost me another $11. UPS is the worst company ever. Each person i spoke to over 3 days told me something different and no one cared at all. I really expected the store to try and help me a little or act like they cared at least. I will never use this store or UPS again. read more
