Worst service ever. ~~~ My husband I went in there and ask the quote to ship the envelope to Taiwan. And the guy asked "where?" And we said again, "Tawian" next to China. And the guy said " Thailand?" By the time I was like never mind. And my husband spell the name for him "T-a-I-w-a-n" and he asked " Thailand?" Omg then I know it s now our problem. Finally he found on the name in the computer and he asked " what s the postal code?" And I said we dnr know. And he said then I cannt help u. Always a good experience here! Mike came through in a pinch for me when my time sensitive package was not delivered on time because of driver error in Colorado. Mike stepped in and had the package retrieved from the truck and brought to a nearby facility where it could be easily picked up by the recipient in a timely manner. $19 to print a piece of paper..... Went in to print, scan, and email back to myself a single piece of paper. Simple right? Shouldn't be more than 5$ on a bad day? Unemployment my friends is too low and the price of "labor" is too high. Basically, according to the rude owner of the establishment, because I had used his employees time to push print and then email back to myself this incurs the 10,000%+ premium. Let me explain: I came in around 1pm due to a non-functioning printer/scanner on a dead Tuesday where the entire store was like a ghost town with 3 employees and the owner standing around watching the clock tick to 5pm. I politely told them I had emailed a single piece of paper needed to sign and scan back to myself. "No problem" the grizzled man behind the counter painfully muttered, it was clear he had long passed his two drink maximum under normal Tuesday working conditions. About 1 minute later with the paper signed scanned and emailed back to myself I took out spare cash to pay. The grizzled man rang me up "19$, please!". The sound of my lower jaw hitting the floor must have awoken the entire native employee population, those standing around and those in the rear of the store, as I said loudly in disbelief "wow, 19$ to print a piece of paper? That hurts!". The other natives, now restless as I assume poor schmucks like myself are the direct line of sight to the happy hour fund, took strong notice. Kimbo Slice, I mean the store owner, hurriedly sprinted the 3 feet from where he was standing and said "NO! You know what hurts, payroll and all the taxes I pay. That hurts!". I could palpably feel the heat brewing with Kimbo and the natives preparing for battle as I had clearly stepped on hallowed ground, the schmuck funded happy hour pot. Being a peaceful man and seeing that I would not win any argument with Kimbo and the Natives, I pulled out the Olive Branch (Amex) and the temperature subsided and the natives dropped their rolled feces side arms. Saying a quick prayer as I had made it out with my head on my neck and not the UPS Wall, I vowed that from here on out I will only use this store for Amazon returns. Btw Kimbo good luck fighting Amex on that fraudulent charge. Thanks Amex! read more

I have to say, the staff at this particular store are the absolute best. I have had many dealings with them. Including shipping a very precious art glass, to a loved one, after my mom died. They were sensational and professional, the art glass, arrived, safely and on time. I have had nothing but good experiences at this particular store. I atritute it to Mike, the owner. Went to drop off a package to send something back to Amazon, showed up with the label and my own box, just needed a small piece of tape (no more than 10 inches) to close the box up and the owner charged me $1.00! Seriously, a whole dollar for a 10inch piece of tape... How much did that roll cost you? Disappointed... I will not be returning or opening my mailbox here... So here I am, a resident of the SF Bay Area, and I bought a boat in Dana Point. We had to leave the dock steps when we brought the boat north because they were too big and heavy to get them on board. We were really bummed because they are VERY expensive. Fast forward a couple of weeks, I called the UPS store on a whim to see if they might be able to help. Mike Locket is my new hero. His attitude was "no problem" from beginning to end. His crew went and picked them up, got them crated, shipped north, and delivered. The world of large (I mean LARGE) parcel shipping is a mystery to me, and he took care of it beautifully. He kept me apprised of the status, got delivery scheduled, and intervened when there was a glitch on the delivery end (totally the fault of the marina where the boat is now kept). This sore sucks. I brought in 2 packages that would cost $100 to ship and they wanted to charge me to put some tape on my boxes. Every other UPS store or other mail stores have never asked to charge for tape. Poor customer service. I'd recommend going to any other store but this one. read more

The service here was fine and the people were friendly. My complaint is that the parking is terrible. There are only 4 spaces near the store and it is very cramped. I hit my bumper on the guardrail they have behind the parking spaces and damaged my car. I will go out of my way to go to a different location that has better parking in the future. read more

Terrible service. Snarky and sarcastic girl would not give me even an estimate of my shipping charges. Said she has no way of knowing ?!?! WTF!! When I logged in to get the price it was $150 and I could of done ground for 1/3 of that. She was also snarky to other customers, someone came in and asked who's van was blocking the driveway, and she just yells"not my problem". I'm stuck using this proximal place but hopefully, some Mgr or someone who cares can fix this problem. The store in Mission Viejo had better service and respect. read more
