stopped by at 4:50PM on 9/2/23, I was second person inside while other person was at the counter explaining to UPS employee what she was requesting/needing (something about moving into her new address coming up).The UPS worker replied "if you let me get a word in I could respond, but you haven't let me get a word in to explain we cannot forward your mail". The customer seemed to understand the point of not forwarding the mail and she was still trying to explain what she was requesting from UPS. The UPS employee told the customer she needs to calm down because clearly she upset because he could see it in her face, she said your embarrassing me in front of your customer (me) and he was not listening. The UPS employee continued to insult the older female as he stood behind the counter two young daughters that were standing along him on the right side and the left side. I witnessed another UPS employee walking by looking but not coming out to deescalate the unnecessary insults from the UPS employee. Then a female came out looked like possibly the mother of the two young girls and she went to the UPS employee who then explained that this customer is completely out of control, he's trying to explain to her that her mail cannot be forwarded and this elderly women stood there and said loudly "excuse me, I'm the customer here, your speaking about me, I'm right here". The UPS female did not try to help the customer either , just listened the the "story from the UPS employee that basically continued to insult this elderly women. The customer left and said she's done with them. I'm sharing what I witnessed as this was completely unfair on the customers behalf, unnecessary insults towards this older lady. As far as my own transaction, the young girl possibly 10yrs or 12 yrs old used the scanner and the register and completed my transaction at 04:53PM. Did not look of age to be legally working, did not look the age of having a work permit. There are many laws in the state of California. This UPS store needs to be evaluated immediately. read more

I went to return Amazon package and I got charged $2 dollars for one tiny piece of tape as "customer packaged box". it was the original Amazon box that I opened to see what was inside. wow. inflation is real or customer service really sucks. never coming back again read more

I've been coming her forever. Employees are super nice and knowledgeable however the last few times I've been there children of the owner are working the registers. They are under ten years old. They know a decent amount however one package I had never made the service a child "rang up for me" and today they're holding up the line. It's cute for a minute but it's unprofessional and people are sending valuable items that are being handled by a child. The first time it happened the owner was polite when she talked to me but said her kids are bored with covid situation. I get it but this is too much..... I don't mean they're helping they are actually doing transactions. I don't want my work documents I'm sending internationally done by an 8 year old. read more

I really can't say enough good about this store. The staff is friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. While everyone there is really great the many times I have shipped out anything, the two who have really stood out are Ben and Tiana. They have packed and shipped everything from custom built desktop computers and laptops to routine college supplies. Once when I had to get a laptop to New York City by the next morning and it wasn't received on time. (the doorman in NY inadvertently refused it), Ben was helpful enough to track the package and have it redelivered the same day! It was a crucial delivery for my daughter in college and Ben's help really saved the day. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my package service! read more

I rarely ever leave reviews but the customer service I received at this store was beyond deplorable. Making several Amazon returns, most of them needing just a QR code to scan, I didn't realize that 1 of them needed to be taped up by me. She told me that they would charge $2 to tape up a package for me and when I told her I'd tape it up and bring it back later on bc I thought it was insane to pay $2 for a piece of tape, she responded with a nasty snarky remark back saying that they didn't come into our house eating the food in our fridge for free. Seriously?! Not only is responding necessary but why comment with so much rudeness to customers when all i said was that I didn't want to have to pay for tape. Most UPS stores even just offer up a single piece of tape and let me tape it up if it's just a small envelope (which it was)! The manager here also did nothing about her attitude when I brought it up to him since he was just standing there looking on watching his employees be rude to customers. Simply unacceptable! Someone needs to train up these employees better on customer service. read more

Poor Customer Service. Tried to tell me my box was not acceptable and I needed to purchase a $6.00 envelope and if I needed something taped there was a charge. These are extra charges for services other UPS locations don't charge . I also found out they have hidden surcharges for stamps and other items. I went to Blackhawk store instead. My box was fine. Taping was free. I don't know why anyone would use this UPS store in this Lucky's shopping center on San Ramon Valley Blvd read more

Service here is fast and friendly... have shipped items here multiple times and never had a problem. Prices are comparable to USPS, and they provide all sorts of options depending on what you need. Parking lot is huge and usually empty Only minus one star because I did try to ship an item overseas... after multiple attempts they could not figure it out and I had to go to USPS. We went to the UPS Store late in the day and needed to have several papers notarized and sent out in the 5:00 UPS pick up. Sonia helped us and she was really great! Turns out she didn't miss a single signature on a many page document that needed to be notarized.
