Do not ever come here. Please. Unless you enjoy wasting your money and being verbally abused by staff. I came here to have 2 documents notarized. Both were done incorrectly, even after I insisted the notary, a woman named S. Valencia, please correct them. I had to visit a second notary to have them re-done. Waste of money and a highly irritating, insulting "customer service" experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. But -5 stars would be a lot more accurate. read more

The person who was working today had a very dismissive attitude towards customers who were not of her ethnicity. Myself and the woman in front of me were greeted with "What do you need?" I observed her being very polite to a man of her race, but displayed a very aloof demeanor towards the POC who were there for services, myself included. They wanted to charge $1.75 for 2 inches of tape! As a shipping store, I'm certain you can write off a roll of packing tape as a business expense. Why nickle and dime your customers? That's how you discourage customers from coming back. So changed my return to Kohls, will avoid UPS for my amazon returns from now on and any other shipping needs. read more

I've worked for ups for 33years so I came in here to support our company even though the post office would be way cheaper.... Right away the girl behind the counter gave off a very sour vibe , totally looked like she hates her job ..... (and probably her life ) .... I walked right back out not sure where I'm gonna go probably just to another UPS store but I can't stand people with sorry asss attitudes. read more

This store is very under staffed. Every time I come to this store the employees seem unhappy and there is never a smile on anyone's faces. Please hire more employees to serve the community properly. Also, several times I have came in close to closing time and there is a long line one person working the counter and I've been turned away because she won't be able to get through the line by the time they close. read more

I don't think I've ever had a worse experience at a UPS store, or even anywhere for that matter, and I've never in my life been more inclined to leave a 1 star review. I went in to drop off a package last week and had to wait almost 40 minutes in line because there was one person working and they were assisting someone with notary services. When I first walked in, a woman who I'm assuming was the manager was yelling at the employee at the counter in front of everyone in the store, and then she left without acknowledging the line that was forming. There was a line of maybe 7 people forming behind me and not once did they acknowledge anyone for the wait. When it was finally my turn, the employee rang me up for the box I purchased and then he taped the label I had already printed to the box inside of plastic packaging. He then tried to scan it, but it wouldn't scan due to the plastic over the label. He then told me I needed to get out of line and re-print the label. I asked him why he couldn't just take it out of the plastic and he had no clear answer for me and almost wanted to charge me for printing it, which makes no sense because I was sure to print it before coming to avoid this exact situation. I stepped back out of line to do so, and then had to wait even longer for him to finish assisting me. In the end, he refused to give me any type of receipt and suggested I take a picture of the box as "it's probably going to get lost." I beg your finest pardon sir, why would you tell someone as they are dropping their package off that it's probably going to get lost? This whole ordeal, which could have easily taken under 5 minutes, ended up taking an entire hour. I won't ever be returning to this location and will stick to my usual UPS store in Rancho. read more

Made an appointment for notary services, but was told by the UPS person there that they would not be offering notary services due to "family emergency". I would have believed it if my husband hadn't told me that he went on a different Saturday and they were also closed unexpectedly. I think the owner needs to be more responsible and update the customers either on Yelp or put up a sign. In my case, at least an email or text to cancel the appointment so people don't go there for nothing. read more

Just stopped by to drop off a package as it was nearby a location I just finished having lunch at. Walk in, and no customers in line which was great, who doesn't love a no line drop off. Well it would be great besides the fact a blonde Asian employee who is extremely rude, no customer service skills on the phone talking to another employee on the phone discussing a customers mailbox and why he has gotten away with 2 years of service and only paying for 1 year. (Who cares to know other customers business) Doesn't acknowledge or care that a line has formed or bothered to greet anyone. Finally after about 2-3 min she decides to hang up and still doesn't greet anyone just asks what I need. Let her know just dropping off and show her a QR code, scans one and proceeds to the next one and then states the second box needs to be taped or they charge $3 to tape. Just out of curiosity I ask if that's universal for UPD or if every UPS rules are different (as I've gone to many others that don't charge to tape up your box) just a sincere question to next time avoid this ups or come prepared with taped boxes. She rudely responds "nope all UPS are different " Ok no problem I respond. Rudely hands me my receipt and can't even bother to say have a good day or anything. Gosh dang, if you hate your job that much, go find one you love, don't take it out on customers. As she should be aware her damn job is a customer service job. People like her don't deserve to work in an area that requires customer service skills, or may need more training. Having a simple smile makes a difference. read more

Every single time we have gone to this place, for example today we told her have a good thanksgiving, she just didn't even say anything, the other day we tried to say hello how are you, she didn't say anything, another time we asked how she is doing and nothing again. she literately had zero customer service and zero humanity for some reason she seems very miserable and unhappy! don't bring your misery into your work place and send negative vibes to other people! i rather drive and go to the other UPS almost same distance. this one this lady is extremely unwelcoming! yuck! read more

Person working at the time (3:30PM Dec 18th) was extremely rude and refused to provide service. I walked in with a box not sealed and needed to print a shipping label. They wanted to charge me $7.50 just to print and for a strip of tape. After demanding to speak to the manager and/or see the discretion that states the price, they refused and kicked me out of the store. Extremely rude. read more

Their posted store front hours are incorrect. I stopped by today (Sunday) at around 11:15am, and they were closed. It's very frustrating when I'm not the only commentator disclosing their inaccurate Sunday hours. Update them for your customers to avoid unnecessary trips to your location. read more

They charge $3 to put a single strip of tape on ONE side of the box. It's supposed to be a free return it's literally one freaking side

I arrived at the UPS Store at 2:54 PM on a Friday with a car full of shipments, only to find a handwritten sign saying the store was closed until 3:30 PM for lunch. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since Yelp shows the store is open until 7 PM with no mention of a lunch break. I wasted my time coming here, and now I have to go elsewhere to get my packages sent out. If you're going to close in the middle of the day, at least update your hours online or provide some kind of notice. Very disappointing service! read more

I don't write reviews typically but this was horrible service. The dark hair lady was RUDE and CARELESS. I dropped off my computer equipment that needed to be shipped back to my previous employer. UPS was supposed to package it up. I placed all the equipment in a couple boxes (because it'll be heavy for me to carry all in one box). I just made sure I wrapped the delicate equipment like the 2 monitors and the head/ear pieces for the phone were a few of them. This lady just dumped out all out of the equipment from the other box and added them in the other box so that all the equipment will be in one box. She dumps the equipment for the head piece/ear phones in there too so carelessly and all the little items were just scattered in the big box; the ear pieces, the head set, and the USB cords, with the rest of the equipments. And she said that she will put that customer packed it, which will look like I packaged the equipment recklessly. I really hope none of the small desktop accessories are damaged when they arrive to their destination. Or else, I am the one that will be blamed because this lady documented that I packaged it. She needs to treat people's packages with respect. Oh and on top of that she made me carry this now heavy box on top of two other boxes, which were not mine. Her reason was because she is busy. So I had to carry the box and placed it on top of these two boxes almost my height! I literally though I was gonna drop it! LOUSY service. Never returning here. read more
