    The staff here is super unfriendly and I understand different UPS run differently but $2.5 charge for one piece of tap is unreasonable.

    They charge $3 to put a single strip of tape on ONE side of the box. It's supposed to be a free return it's literally one freaking side

    This UpS location never has enough help, they always have long lines and one employee working. They need to hire more help ASAP

Rachel was off to the side while about 4-5 of us waiting in line. She was busy boxing up what seemed to be orders. When the gentleman was doing back to back notaries, she hoped on the register to finally assist him. She didn't apologize for the wait or show any basic customer service skills at all towards anyone she rang through the register. I don't mind the wait but people were leaving behind me and others showing frustration its customary to at least thank guests for being patient or even acknowledge their presence. I finally get up to the front of the line and she says, "you can come over here" very displeased to be there or working. Then immediately follows that by telling me she will charge me due to the box not being taped. Again I understand policy, and every other UPS I have visted never gave me a hard time over less than 14 inches of tape. But it was the extreme lack of compassion and the rudeness that was so frustrating. I explained to her, okay I'll go back to my workplace I was working nearby and seal it up. Less than 12 minutes I return and she has me standing in line again. She was observing the line and telling customers they didn't have to wait for notary in the line so she could have observed my box not sealed and said something ahead of time as she felt confident to pull notary vists out of the line. She carelessly continued to say, "that's fine, that's fine!" I simply just wanted to share it was a bit frustrating waiting twice in line, and share my side of things, then dealing with someone completely rude, and how no other UPS has given me a hard time. I would have taken care of the customer or Again re-enforced the policy with compassion. The reviews I am reading about this location are exactly what my experience was:( I would recommend another location if you can or hope they can retrain her, or take some type of action. You never know what people are going through and the economy is tough rn, kindness goes a long way. I hope things get better for her if she was having a bad day, but you just can't take it out on people like that. I gave two stars even though she was very rude, truly unkind, and insanely strict, because I own the fact that the policy says to seal the box when you click on instructions, and that was a miss on my part, just never knew prior to visiting this store, and that the gentleman working did a great job with customers. Even returning customers in line were excited to see him, and knew his name, (think it was Nicholas) so shoutout to him for the customer empressions he made, and maintaining the long line. Also, called in to speak to customer service about the interaction and they were so polite and apologetic and I really appreciated that. I followed up with a positive survey for them. Will also buy a spare tape roll to keep in my trunk as now I am educated on the policy.

If you ever need a document printed the Staples Printers allows us to do it ourselves from our Email with a pre authorized Card and the process is so simple and easy. We just email what we need printed to the address provided, wait for a barcode or number as a reply, and then insert our Debit card which just charges us for the paper and ink and not any time used. Compared to printing at UPS, it's a lot more affordable and the Paper Staples uses is much more high quality and there's free Staplers, Hole Punchers, and Paper Clips for us to keep our work organized and efficient too! Love the new Party City Merge to get all the Fun and Animated Fiesta Time Balloons ready to go for high impact Event Planning too! The Sales Associates are also very Professional, welcoming, and visible and enthusiastically ready to help if we have any questions. I definitely recommend you use Staples for all your Communication needs to knock out planning in the most fast and effective way!

    I've used them for a few things, and have had good experiences there. It seems like UPS delivers to…read morethem at about 1pm (?), yet delivers to my house at 4pm about a mile away, and I used to go to work at 2pm, so that gave me a way to not have my deliveries sitting in front of my door for 6-8 hours before I got home. Used them as a notary a few times - all good there. Also wanted to mail a front door mat with picture of her pooch to mom, and they made it easy with a cylinder mailing tube. If you need what they do, they're a good local option.

    My fiancé had opened up this mail box for his Buisness, I just moved in with him, so…read morehe added me and my Buisness to the mail box, I should had know from day one when it was a hassle to just add me to it!! I was also told I could not receive mail under my shortened name since it's not my legal name, even though I have been receiving mail from USP and UPSB all my life ‍‍. I had placed an order for some office supplies, which they declined!! And returned to sender, I assumed It was because I was new and they didn't know my name yet, so I placed the order again ! Now in desperate need of supplies, I was so desperate I had to run to Staples to get a few things to hold me until my new shipment arrived, with my disbelief!! They returned that shipment AGAIN!! When I confronted them, their response was, basically the mail boxes are only for mail not large shipments , and they only receive shipments from certain truck companies ‍‍. They did not even have the courtesy to call us and notify us!! Now I'm needing to change my forwarding address again, paying the post office again because of their incompetence. They have caused me loss of time, money and agitation. Thank goodness our rental is up next month. We will not renew!! Bad service, poor attitude, hours suck. Oh and don't forget your key They won't give you your mail even if you have your ID. That's just pure laziness. I would never recommend this place! I give them 0 stars if I could!! Do yourself a favor and get a UPS BOX I regret not doing so in the first place.
