Really a great UPS location with courteous employees and full set of services. Jeanne did my sons live scan and she really worked with him so great. She kept it fun and upbeat since he seemed really nervous and stiff. We had to make a second trip since he doesn't have a drivers license and needed to go back home to get needed documentation and she carved time out for us even though she was supposed to be leaving. I came in here on a Sunday, about 5 mins before closing, apparently. I was completely unaware they closed at 2. But I realized it when 5 mins into my Amazon return they locked the door after someone else left. I asked if they were closed or something and he said yes they close at 2 on Sunday. Myles was so kind and tho and told me he had to close out his drawers and get his closing stuff done so to go ahead and finish up. I even needed help at one point and he helped me. Most stores try to close 5 mins early and get an attitude. I think he could tell I sincerely didn't know bc of the confused look on my face. I normally go to the other location in Folsom, but I will be going to this one from now on bc of the great customer service. How kind to let me finish when he really didn't need to. Hopefully his manager appreciates what a great employee they have. He will keep people coming! read more

I would give this store ZERO stars, but not an option. Every time I have gone into this store, I remind myself of how rude they are. And I made the mistake of going in today, with the reminder in my head, that they are rude!! I had my package with the label on it and normally I'd use the kiosk, but I wanted some human interaction. As soon as I got to the counter, the clerk (female, dark hair, glasses, chubby), immediately grabbed my package and told me I HAD to use the kiosk. I told her I didn't want to use the kiosk, that I wanted her to scan it and provide me a receipt. She was incredibly rude and said no, I had to use the kiosk, that's what it's there for and insisted I use it - and at that point I told her she needed to step away from me. Apparently this particular employee is extremely lazy and provides very poor customer service. I'd be ashamed if I were the owner of this location and had people like this working for me. I do have a regular UPS store I use - the one in Broadstone Plaza and they will kindly scan your packages for you at the counter and not force you to use a kiosk. The kiosk is there for convenience for those that want to use it, however the clerks should still provide the level of service of assisting their customers in whatever manner they choose. What the heck did they do prior to the kiosks? Oh yeah, they scanned your packages!! I will NEVER use the UPS store again - not worth it!!! read more

I dropped on in within six minutes to closing time. I knew I was cutting it close. To tell you the truth, I was anticipating the door to be locked. If they were locked, I totally understand. But they weren't. After I walked in though, they did lock the door. My package was already labeled and just needed to be scanned and mailed. If I had a lengthier transaction, I wouldn't have cut it this close. The two people working were pleasant and provided top notch service. I'm sure they wanted to end their day but they didn't express that to me. They were super efficient and didn't rush me. I was done and on my way in less than six minutes. That included waiting a few minutes since they had a customer ahead of me. read more
