Alicia & her co-worker were very efficient, professional, appropriately friendly, able to answer my initial quick question from the door (due to store COVID capacity) while helping other customers. My question was regarding how long it would take to be finger printed (with 3 customers ahead of me). The two co-workers professionally & efficiently checked in with one another to make sure all customers would have appropriate service, timing & care, and then Alicia gave me the solid answer of, "If you can wait until I am finished with this customer, I can take your fingerprints which takes about 5 minutes only." That whole interaction with me from the door only took about 20 seconds. I waited about 3 more minutes and then Alicia was true to her word and during the process of fingerprinting (which did only take about 5 mins, no ink, super easy!) she communicated directions clearly, showed strong leadership and knowledge, mixed with kindness and professionalism when asking me to reposition my fingers. She finished with letting me know that my prints would go directly from there to the DOJ, which was info I didn't think to ask for, and very happy to receive! I came in to have a document notorized. "Bri" helped me out on the phone prior to going into the UPS. She assured me that my document will receive the upmost attention and support needed for a successful transaction. she suggested using the UPS services to deliver my envelope with next day. I had come in 10 days prior for the same notory. The USPS lost it. Long story short, Bri was amazing and she did what she promised. The documents were delivered the next morning. This store is poorly managed! Staff are very rude on returns...I just watched a lady be charged $14 for a tiny box and roll of tape then they refused to put the item in the box and tape it unless she paid another $10. the poor gal was in a rush because her kids called and said the dog got out...so the obnoxious staff kept her money and return items instead of taping the box and sending it off like she had paid for. The poor women was in tears when she left, and the lady working did not care. I will never spend another penny at this store! read more
