Thought I'd have to run back home...but...they have a way to look it up. 3 seconds later, I was finished. Wow. Good processes and great customer service. There was no wait, I was helped immediately. Most recently, I waited in line 15 minutes at USPS to be told that bc package didn't have clear tape it couldn't be sent and no they don't have clear tape. So I headed around the corner to (walking distance!) mail & copy and literally just handed them the package. Done. The people here are kind and friendly and want to be helpful. They also sell cute merchandise among other useful items. They also do FedEx etc.... Just come here. Save time. And you avoid grumpy post office employees!
