Instead, they suggested we do it ourselves using their scissors. We then addressed the issue with the manager and hoped for better customer service in the future. Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. I went to the UPS store the following day on Sunday, March 15th and the young man at the counter scanned my QR code and said you're good to go. I thought wow, that was quick and fast service and left the store a happy customer. That was short lived! Not thinking to check my phone soon as I left the store to see if I had received a confirmation stating my return to Amazon was initiated, later that evening I noticed I never received any message regarding my return of the ink cartridge. I contacted Amazon and they have no record of any return for me from UPS. I called UPS and the gentleman that answered the phone said I should've received a confirmation that my return was initiated. So my questions are...what did he scan and what happened to my ink cartridge? This leaves me wondering is this some kind of scam? I'll know next time if I return something to ask for a paper receipt and check my phone immediately. I'll chalk this up as a loss, but if you're reading this, make sure you get a confirmation before you leave the store.

My mailbox bracket snapped when the post was hit by a truck during the snow storm. I researched and…read morefound a comparable bracket from Midatlantic Mailbox Inc. I ordered Premiere 3" St John Scroll Mailbox Bracket for $101.22 including shipping to my place. Once I replaced the broken bracket and attached the mailbox to the post, I went to place it into the hole that was prepared in the ground. When I placed the entire post/mailbox assembly into the ground, the stress of the placing the post into the ground snapped the bracket the same way the old one broke when the truck hit it. When I reached out to the company for a replacement, I was told that it was the installation error by not using the mailbox support/bracket and it wasn't designed to hold my mailbox that is heavier. Nothing in the descriptions of the product showed any limitations on weight and when you actually look at the design, you can see how flimsy the design is. Look at the photo and make your own conclusions. If this bracket doesn't even hold up to the installation of the post into the hole, this will not last. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product as well as this company. They don't stand behind their product and blames the customers if anything happens. Do not support this company. Avoid as they will not help you.
