I have come to this UPS store, since it opened yrs ago. One of the employees has taken my daughters cell phone numbers , from the paper work. To think he has our address! One daughter mailed a package in Dec 2012, received a phone text, on how he thought she was beautiful, ask is this you ____. I wanted to talk to you, I mailed your package for you.... then this June 2013 my youngest mailed a package , got a text , saying the same creepy stuff! They told me what he looked like, we have the texts saved. It took 3 day to get hold of the owner, He has not called me back! I know who this man is by the description! Bryan & Natalie are top notch! They take their time to ensure labeling is correct and packages are secure. Of course there's going to be a wait at times, because of what I just said. Instead of complaining about the time it takes, go to UPS.com & set up your information so all you have to give is your phone number when you get in the store so you can speed through. I went to deliver some mail and the cashier Tara was rude, lack of customer service. I asked some questions about delivery times and prices and is obvious she was annoying about me. If she works with customers she shouldn't have a bad attitude and being disrespectful. She needs to learn to answer and explain the customers about their products. I hope Jay is in the store the next time. If there is a next time. This lady needs to change her attitude and I will find a new store the next time. read more

Great store! Sometimes the notary isn't there but they are always super friendly and helpfull and they will do their best to get you in and out quick. It was super busy and the took my drop off ahead of other people because it only took a second. Other times they have helped with copies and faxing, and always did so with a smile.
