I sent a package yesterday. I bought a box and they bubble wrapped it. I only received the paper with the UPS tracking info. Come to check my account and saw they charged me $12 for a box and bubble wrap. Should have went to my usual UPS store on Balboa. They definitely don't overcharge for sending a package. read more

This is by far the greatest UPS of all existence! I mean the Staff just makes you instantly feel like Family and they are GENUINELY HAPPY to see their customers. This is also hands down the tidiest clean cut Shop and it is a rather large and very openly spaced. Generally speaking I think about UPS stores being cramped with boxes everywhere, but everything here is organized which certainly leaves the result of a highly efficient environment. Which leads me to my next point, with the power couple that's behind the counters if your one of those people that likes to be in and out they have you covered, their work is very fast and very efficient. literally no line at all. The employees are very courteous. And I'm talking about that down south hospitality and courtesy...very eager to help by all means necessary, for instance in my experience the other day it was raining and I pulled in front (which by the way there is tons of open parking spots) proceeded to get out of my car and prepare my packages to carry on in...but in the process...a nice young lady poked her head out of the UPS and asked if I needed help with anything... I declined the offer so she could stay dry but the point is not many people now a days would ever do something like that so this place and these employees are the best and will forever hold a special place in my heart I highly recommend this location to all whom can make it!!!!!!! P.S. This is also only the second store in the Valley that is open until 8pm leaving time for those that work late to have the ability to make it to UPS without hesitation (but keep in mind I'm not trying to promote walking in 1 minute before they are closing because I'm sure as nice and friendly as they are they would like to go home and rest to prepare for the next day full of bright smiles and more hospitality) read more
