The people that work there are nice. Even if there's a long line. It goes pretty quick.

Horrible management and customer service! There were 2 employees working when I walked in and let's just say they were both taking their sweet time as if there weren't at least 5 other people waiting in line. No apologies for the wait or at least acknowledgement of the customers. One employee looked extremely unprofessional in her extra large Harley Davidson sweater. What a convenient time to start organizing and cleaning when there is a line around the block. Are you serious? Horrible customer service. 100 degree forced to stand outside than walk in two women both organizing for 15 min before taking another customer. Not to mention one of the women didn't even take anymore customers once she started organizing at a slow motion speed. read more

Wow, this store used to be great, but not anymore. The two women working today were horribly rude, especially the younger one. The store was a little busy with a short line and the younger women just kept complaining about how "how busy it was" and "she's never seen it like this" and then the older woman was arguing with her and the younger one was rolling her eyes super pissed off and irritated. All of this was right in front of about 6 customers just standing there. Then when I had a simple question, the younger woman was completely rude and defensive and sarcastic. I think this is probably the same woman people are having problems with in the other reviews below. These two employees clearly do not enjoy their job, and this has unfortunately become a miserable place of business. I will no longer visit this store. read more

I have been going to this store for years. I was really happy with my service today. We all know that shipping is not cheap. My jaw was on the grown when I found out that a frame I needed to send to VA would cost me $35-50 to ship. I mean it was a frame!!! I think it was 18x18. Anyway, the SUPER nice lady at the counter spent time with me to find the best shipping option AND honored a coupon. She was very patient and helpful despite the stressful christmas line behind me. Everyone in the store was friendly and took time to discuss my options for shipping. Thomas was the employee I spent the majority of my time with, a very out going youngman who was very helpful and very careful as he packed up my China. Do not go here so long as the guy with the long curly beard and glasses works here. I heard him cuss at another customer then tell me he doesn't give a crap about his job there and treated me like dirt. Nice young man waited on me to ship some Christmas packages. FORTUNATLY I had my own address label affixed to the packages. Four days later I get a call from the recipient of one of the packages. It seems that the UPS nice young man had printed the wrong address on the UPS label. The kind person that received my package delivered it to the correct address that was on my label. WARNING...... Worst UPS Store ever. No customer service whatsoever. Went in to ship multiple packages for work and the tall man was beyond rude. He had attitude and was not helpful whatsoever. I left before I could ship my packages as my encounter with the tall man was less than pleasant. I head to the Montrose store the next day to ship my packages and immediately see this same man. Instead of dealing with this rude man I leave and head to the La Cañada store. The employees there were so nice and helpful. I was able to ship my packages in a matter of minutes. Will never go to the La Crescenta and Montrose location again. I would much rather support the nice people working at the La Cañada store. read more

they took the time to weigh and measure an oversized package for a shipping quote, which sounds laughable until you've been to the la canada fed ex location for one. they were pleasant and helpful and took the time to answer questions and give reasonable advice. they will package your outbound item but you will pay dearly. ups rates are insane. read more

An employee refuse to scan my labels and give me a receipt; told me to "take a picture". I told him I wanted a receipt and would wait till he was finished with the customers in front of me. Then he went on a diatribe about how I didn't need anything scanned and didn't need a receipt. He kept at it as if goading me into a fight. I told him I didn't want to discuss the matter further; I just wanted a receipt. He outright refused and I went to the Montrose store. I have always gone to this location or Montrose and I have never come into contact with an employee who has such utter disregard for company policy or customer service. It was appalling . read more

I went in to print some PDF files this morning. The guy quoted me the price and we agreed to have the pages printed. At the end, he decided that the price he had given was not sufficient so he charged me for an additional paper and another fee! When I asked why he was charging me extra, his respond was that they already have the lowest price in town (which is not true) and the extra page I am being charged for is the right count. I don't think the young lad was the owner of the shop (I hope he wasn't); but if you are the owner and you read this, please realize what is going on in your shop and find good help. Went today to ship two packages the young girl tells me UPS has stopped shipping Internationally due to issues with customs. I was in shock since it didn't make any sense. I shipped the first package to a local address and went straight to USPS. After coming home, said let me call UPS customer service, spoke to them never heard such a thing. I got transferred to there International Department and they confirmed that I should've easily been able to ship. Basically I was lied to. I should've known better she not at all seemed to be in the mood to do anything and messed up twice on the label for the local package I was sending out locally. read more

This place has good and Very bad days and today Feb 25th was a bad one for sure when arriving and saying good morning to the guy working who was sitting on a stool he would not even acknowledge me he was busy looking at a book there was no one in store it was a huge effort for him to lift his head and say nothing still he walked over and I still tried to make human contact with zero response ( what an asshole ) I thought after putting up with simple prepaid drop off waiting for receipt I gave it another shot and said have a good day. Came in for the first time- after living in LC for 4 years and frequenting all the other establishments at this mini mall. Glad we did. We had to print out some essays for our kids- we had printer issues at home- and was on our way to the Fed Ex/Kinko's further down the street when we decided to stop for coffee at Starbucks. We noticed the "We Print" sign in the window and decided to check it out. Thomas, the nice fellow behind the counter, is the reason for the 5 stars. He was polite & very helpful. There were a couple of people ahead of us shipping packages and I noticed how thorough he was with helping them, asking them to verify the label before he printed and rang up the purchase. When our turn came he showed us how to print from our thumb drive to their large printing machine, and when that didn't work (we probably needed to save the doc as a PDF) he took it upon himself to print it from the back himself. I work in lc and one day I needed help with a heavy pre paid package; I couldnt carry the package myself, so there was a polite guy named Danny [I even asked his name] who helped me out. He made sure I got my tracking receipt before I left and I'm completely happy with the service I recieved! Thank you UPS! read more

I'm a box holder there. It's like having office staff and extended family all in one. I'm a private investigator, and they handle sensitive and sometimes crazy transactions/clients with aplomb, They are very adaptable to my sometimes unusual needs. They are very ethical and professional, while being friendly and customer service oriented. When I was looking for a mail drop years ago, before they opened, I checked out nearly a dozen similar stores in the area. Nothing compared with what I've found here. The same owner has the UPS Store in Montrose in the Von's lot, and on Glendale Blvd in Glendale, across from Whole Foods. They're active in the community, too. read more

Corporate efficiency and economizing brought us the old mail boxes etc prices and huge service fee but bigger location footprint. I get that these franchises need to make money but let's call it a spade a spade. The level of sophistication in terms of quality service, printing capability and assurance regarding delivery just ain't the same as that of FedEx. read more

I wanted to drop off a package that was labeled and ready to ship. I was told by a male employee that they're really not supposed to take packages and that they just deliver them to the post office.
