Casper is no longer at the UPS Store in Lakeside! Today, 11-15-19 I took a routine Amazon pre-paid return order to the store. The new "manager" wanted to charge me to handle the package and put it in a box. The package was a small rug that was shipped from UPS rolled up in plastic and never was in a box. The manager also said that Casper had specifically told him to charge for Amazon prepaid shippers for 'reboxing.' I call BS! I went to the other UPS store on Woodside, (Allie's Gifts & DMV) and they placed a tie-wrap and some shipping tape on the plastic sleeve on the rug and away it went. They even apologized for the shitshow job of their competitor. I'll just warn others to stay away and tell everyone that Casper is already missed. He was a good guy. The new guy, not so much. read more

This is hands down the BEST UPS location I've been to. Casper is always incredibly helpful and gives the absolute best cost service. I will hold on to packages sometimes until I am able to come to this specific location because the service is that good. read more

I've been doing business here for a number of years now. The first lady who ran the place was amazing. And then she turned it over to these folks that run it now. And they never missed a beat. Matter of fact many improvements came after the change. Casper has been here since the beginning of the new ownership. He's always been absolutely great. All the other workers that have come and gone have also been very good. It's like having your own office without having an office. Anyway five stars all the way. Way more affordable then Fed Ex for international shipping. Love how close it is to home, and close to the grocery store. The staff is nice. They keep a file for customers by your phone number, along with precious address you've sent your packages to for your convenience. Gotta love that! read more

Just walked out and had to leave a review! I arrived at the post office just after they closed with about 150 Save-the-Dates that needed postage. I then headed over to The UPS Store, where I was promptly greeted by Casper. When I requested to have my envelopes run through the postage scanner, he informed me that it would be less expensive to purchase books of stamps. I agreed, though I was not looking forward to placing them all on the envelopes. Suddenly, as I paid for the stamps, Casper opened one of the books and began placing them on my envelopes! We had a pleasant chat during our postage party and he assured me that my Save-the-Dates would still be going out today. I never imagined I would be happy to get to the post office after they closed, and I'll definitely be skipping them and heading straight to The UPS Store in Lakeside from now on. I had a terrible experience with USPS online service, and after wasting 2 hours online I decide to go to the UPS store. I had a large order, 20 packages to send out. Casper and the other guy (with beard, don't know his name) help me out. They were so nice and helpful! They print all the addresses for each package, basically they did it all, I was just staying there and wating. Next week I was back with 25 more packages. I was kinda feeling uncomfortable to give them so much work (I didn't print any addresses again!) But Richard and Casper were so nice about! They helped me with everything with exceptional costumer service! Couple of words abour Casper. Give him a raise, he deserve it! This guy has the best costumer service skills ever! I honestly thought that he is the owner or something. I just never saw somebody care so much in my entire life. Exceptional service all the time. I came in here because I was going to allies gift shop lakeside but after there last mistake of a legal document not getting fax properly I will never be using them again. So I needed to find a new place. This place is amazing not only the best Customer service , the young lady working was so nice as well as a fast worker.I needed to fax about thirty pages at a dollar a page that's a lot of money she then told me she could scan and email the documents to me at $0.25 a page and then I could email them where they needed to go how cool is that. Not only did she save me money but now I have a copy saved on my file so it will be there as a back up. This is my new place for faxing scanning etc I'm not sure what else they do but if I ever need anything this is where I'm coming. read more

This past Sunday I found myself in need of fast efficient shipping for a package. Being it was Sunday and I had a football draft in 30 minutes I was skeptical I would find someone open and good at there job to get me out in time. Diane and Hannah were both available and prepared to help. They were both chipper and informative answering all my questions. I was in and out in 10 minutes. When I'm in Lakeside I will only be using ups on Wintergardens. Their attitudes left me happy and confident I went to the right place! Great job ladies and thank u so much once again! 5 stars!!! This is literally the only UPS store I will go to from now on. Today, the man working there helped me get a box I was shipping out of my car, package it for me, and saved me so much money. For many years Donna and her team have served me well. Great location located right next to everything. I love the fact that they are open till 7 PM. They are very accommodating and understand the pressure and importance of what you are doing. Another great benefit is that you can receive your mail there, great secure mailbox facility.
