This morning I just needed to mail out one envelope and went to the ups store to purchase a couple stamps. He was so rude and said it costs him more money to run my card for a stamp so he would not sell me one. Kid with dread locks refused me service because my mask wasn't being worn right he said - I watched him the whole time with his mask sitting on his upper lip. After he opens the conversation like that - I just told him I needed to leave a package that was all he then states he cannot provide service to me because of my mask situation. I have used other places to send off packages in the past, but no where gives you great service like this location does--Kern exemplifies world class service. He is positive, attentive, professional, fun, quick, and knowledgeable. He cares about the people that come through, and treats everyone with respect and kindness. I'm thankful there is a good spot in Lincoln to handle packages--this location is far better than the nearby USPS. The workers were just ok. Not rude or anything, but seemed to struggle a bit. That's not why I have the low stars. The staff wasn't wearing masks and no distancing was suggested in any way. I went there because my old store in another town was safer than the post office. A few other minor issues we had like very slow staff, watching them drop packages, and having trouble managing my instructions, but mostly the safety was an issue for me. read more

Had a bad experience at this store and will not go back. They post online they open st 8:30 so stopped in about 8:40 to find they were still not open. I decided to go get gas in my car and came back about 15 minutes later and still not open. I decided to go to my gym class and come back at lunch time. When I asked the representative to see if their store hours had changed another employee (manager,franchisee?) chimed in and became very defensive to the point of being rude. I arrived with an amazon return and it was several items and the rude guy behind the counter said 'it's for all of these, what the f*ck' and then told me I could go buy a box somewhere and come back. I took the box I can with to the side, arranged the items and they all fit! No thanks to him! I also observed him being super rude to another lady who asked if that was it and he just turned around and didn't answer her. Another guy came back from lunch and processed my transaction and as I carried the box kept saying put it here (but it was really heavy) so I carried as far as I could as he kept saying that! I went in here with my mother and as we walked in there was one customer being helped at the counter. I went up to the counter for assistance from a UPS worker, who was behind the counter. I explained to him what I needed and he barked at me: "I'm helping this guy right now!" I was startled and my mother quickly moved away from the counter. I watched this rude UPS worker with the other customer and he was very unfriendly towards the other man. The look on the employee's face was horrible, mean-looking and ugly mad. I'm missing important mail for my professional license. When I rented my mailbox the owner said the other tenant hadn't paid in some time, but still has the key. I wish they would have changed the lock for me. I've checked my mail a few times and had mail that wasn't for me. One was labeled as tax information. Two different men have taken the mail from me and thrown it in the trash. Now I'm wondering if the old tenant has the key and is giving them my mail to be thrown out. read more

I recently moved to Suncity in Lincoln. That complex has cluster mailboxes that I did not want to use. I rented a box at the UPS store on Lincoln Blvd. Best decision ever. Parking is right there. My mail is safe and available for pickup at my leisure. The atmosphere is friendly and all your mail order boxes are delivered safe and not left out in the weather in front of your house. The store has several convenient options I have used. Notary, fax machines, copier machines and wrapping an odd shaped item for mailing to name a few. Plus I simply love the selection of all occasions card they have in racks. Finding the perfect card for someone is a real treat. Sometimes an email is not what is called for. Great place and I am pleased with the convenience. read more

UPS Store next to Safeway While mailing a package, the young lady was on the phone, I asked the owner who was standing around, to please take this as I am a high risk, with COPD and old age and wanted to get out as soon as possible. He said, "Just wait". After she was still on the phone after five minutes, I again asked him to take my package. I asked him to please get this done, and he flew off the handle complaining about "Old People" and "Masked customers" and he threw me out of the store. I don't think that "Old People" or "Masked customers" should patronize this arrogant little, minded owner. Let's see if we "Old People" stop coming into his store, how well his business does. read more

Needed passport photos for myself and my 1 year old son. Walked in and was not greeted for a few minutes, when asked who the passport photos were for, his response was "well, it'd be really hard for the baby. You should go to walgreens, we only have a poloroid." Not cool. Won't be back. I had THE WORST experience at the UPS store in Lincoln. Kern was the associate and he was terrible. He made me feel very rushed and very unwelcome. I left there feeling very pissed off at how I was treated and all I had were Amazon returns!! Does it get simpler!? Plus, I was on crutches and he was still rushing me. I WILL NEVER use this store for my mailing needs as I do have them and have gone to the Rocklin UPS stores for those in the past. Lincoln was closer but I will go the distance just to never give this store and Kern business again!!! read more

I came here today to send a fax side and while I was leading a lady ahead of me has an Amazon stuff and I guess they no longer want you putting the sticker for Amazon on the items in the guy working there really said his employee I just told you that in a really rude tone and I thought it was totally uncalled for the fact that the employee is older and he probably just forgot it happens with all of us and he said loudly for like a lady and myself to hear that yeah Amazon said they're not going to credit us back anymore or in the star and the guy was like oh he's like yeah and I'm a start taking it out of your checks and the guy working kind of laughed and the managers I know you guys think I'm joking and I'm not I just thought it was completely inappropriate how he talked down to his employee when customers are around anybody that works retail or with the public land knows there's a time and a place to approach people not when customers are in line you don't sit there and make them feel the little witch exactly is with this manager or owner I don't know who he was did he was a real jerk to his employee I could not believe how unprofessional he was and it was just to me it was more fine I wasn't even the employee and I felt mortified for the employee I do not Wish to continue to give my business to a company that talks so rudely to their employees there's a time and there's a place that was definitely not the time or the place read more

They didn't have a Notary working the day I went in. They were pretty abrupt and didn't seem to care that I took my business elsewhere. If you need Notary, UPS or FedEx, or cute little gifts try PJ's up the street. They were friendly, quick and polite. read more

I had purchased a product online and needed to return the item. I shipped the return through the UPS Store at 69 Lincoln Blvd. next to Safeway. I hadn't received my credit from the company for my return and unfortunately I had misplaced my receipt and tracking information to my return. My return item was quite expensive and decided as a last ditch effort to go down to the same UPS Store to see if they could provide to me my tracking information. I was hesitant due to it being during the holiday shipping season. Frieze quickly had another employee help the customers while he helped me with my difficult request. I was really impressed that he quickly pivoted and still was able to help me along with all the other people needing shipping without skipping a beat! I have used this particular UPS Store in Lincoln since I moved here 9 years ago because of their friendliness and customer service! read more

I had nothing but problems with this store. I had a package that was not delivered on time as promised. The owner blamed UPS (and not his franchise) for the delay. It took me over 3 months to get the refund, and only after contacting the better business bureau, who forwarded my complaint to UPS headquarters. I have been in the store 2 times, and during the first visit they charged me $50 to ship a bag of dog treats and a bag of coffee grounds in a small box to Idaho. The second time, they charged me $10 to send a single pair of flip flops in a Manila envelope to Idaho, and upon the envelope arriving in Idaho, the sticker on the package said the price was $3. Their customer service is not the friendliest to begin with, and now they're scamming their customers. Will not be returning again. read more

What a collection of disinterested staff. I went to use their printers after speaking to a clerk about another shipping service and tried for a few minutes to get their computer to work. This is about 15 feet from the front desk in full view of the registers and after trying to get the credit card scanner to work without success I waited in line 5-7 minutes only to be told the machine wasn't working. Great. Could have said that when I was sitting at the computer or put a sign up saying out of order instead of wasting my time. read more

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PACKAGES AT THIS LOCATION !!!! Kern and Mike are the (managers) at this location they will occasionally ask for you to drop off prepaid items and won't give receipts hens (packages end up lost). It hasn't happen one or twice it's been in multiple occasions and UPS can't do anything because if it's not scanned it, package is lost. Big mistake ON MY part, I would recommend driving to another location and dropping items off. If you don't believe me read other reviews or ask them for corporates phone number, for some magical reason The Managers don't know it. read more
