All 3 of the pictures the boys were smiling, which I was told would likely Not be accepted, and would inevitably delay my application for passports. I spent $20 per photo. I wasted $60 there and had to spend another $45 for new pics at the passport appointment and can't really do anything with a 2x2 size picture. Even though they are nice looking.
