This is a neighborhood staple and gem something we need and serves the community so easily. It can get packed, California jam packed but it's okay they move pretty quickly in here. It's pretty much a one stop shop you can get all your ups needs done and more. I would defjnetly recommend. Today I had to do a clothing return but I didn't bring any bags to send the clothes back in and they had them for 2.99 all I had to do was scan a qr code buy a bag and walk out. Lucky because I went to the Belmont Shore location next and was charged $20 less than what the 7th & Redondo location quoted me for the exact same shipping service. I always have a great experience coming to this UPS store. They are very nice and patient with each customer. I noticed that some customers are very impatient! They don't want to stand in line because they feel they don't need to. Today this one customer told the UPS employee that he only needed to drop off a package. There was 3 of us standing in line waiting patiently to drop off our packages. So the customer in seeing there was 3 people in line told the UPS employee that he usually just drops his packages on the counter and leave. The UPS employee to avoid any problems informed the customer that it's fine to leave the package on the counter, he even asked the customer if he needed a receipt which the customer replied NO and left! I could probably have done the same thing but I want to make sure my package is sent out and to get a receipt. Good job to the UPS employee for keeping his calm and patient demeanor with all his customers including the rude inconsiderate ones. I recommend this place for all your shipping needs! read more

Terrible customer service. Just called this store to inquire about an Amazon return I dropped off this morning because when I went on my Amazon app, it showed that one of my refunds of the two packages that I dropped off has been issued, but another one has not so I picked up the phone and decided to call them. A male answered said hello and I started speaking back. I got as far as "hi I have a question I dropped off an order" before in the middle of my talking he says "let me place you on hold" and proceeds to place me on hold without hearing my reply. At that point all I could think is this man really in the middle of me talking cut me off to say let me place you on hold and then just push the button without even hearing what the customer had to say or being considerate to the fact that he just answered my phone call and I was in the middle of speaking. Zero customer service skills as he didn't even let me finish speaking he didn't even hear my concern and then when I had to hang up and call back I can't even dial through it says user busy. That is unprofessional and rude. read more

Paid a huge amount of $ to overnight a package. Dropped it off at *10am* and they guaranteed they would get it out in time. But UPS customer support tells me that the store driver failed to get the package to the warehouse until 7:02 PM and therefore it won't get to me until FOUR days later... at which point I'll be at a different address. I called them to get the destination changed, they redirected me to a different support number and said I should wait until 5:30 because it may still be delivered today. After a lot of conflicting information and redirects, I got to a UPS tech who said it's the store's fault for arriving late, and also only the store that shipped it can change the destination. I called the store again before they closed, but they didn't pick up. Now they're closed until Monday. read more

I ask for the franchise info They refused to give the franchise info customer service # The Lady at the desk refused to give any info and was rude condescending and loud then run to the back of the store and I had two packages with the same packing slip.
