This store always has new employees and they are unusually unfriendly. I tried to send certificated mail at this location and the young man working there wrongly told me that certified mail costs exactly what regular mail costs--I just have to attach the green tag. The Employees here are Very Nice and Helpful. The location is very convenient to me but the parking lot can get full at times you have Starbucks and Wingstop and Two Other Stores, and it's a small tight parking area. But I'll definitely be back. read more

I understand they don't get paid enough to care but I think if you are told by staff they close at 6 but then are already closing up at 545 then why didn't you just say 530 and save me the time from driving there read more

Please please please beware! I sent a watch valued over $1000 with this exact location. Package has been lost for multiple weeks stuck on "label created awaiting delivery date" and the employees are bullshitting with me and telling me they'll call me back and they're not. I have a bad feeling that they might be doing something with the high value packages. I even recorded myself packaging the watch up in the store.... Before you ask.. I f***'d up and cheaped out on $40 worth of my profits and skipped the insurance. Lesson learned. Keep an eye on these employees! read more

Some trash person who has the worst attitude shouldn't be working there I actually prefer the AA girl with the piercings to help me because at least she's decent and friendly the other chick who isn't AA (trying. to be nice) always has a nasty look on her face and does nothing to actually help the customer. Said stuffing was 1.00 when I shipped things here before and was never charged for it then asked if my mirror was made of glass. What else would it be made of? Use your brain. Sold me an oversized art box and did a crappy job taping it (probably purposefully) then wanted to charge to stuff it because I said it was too big. Something told me to go to the other UPS I always go to but silly me didn't. Won't make that mistake again. If i cussed her out or insulted her I'd be the problem but it's ok for you to be rude to someone you don't even know just because you're stuck working there. Fix your face it's only partly your fault you look that way no one did anything to you. Thank goodness for other options I don't have patience for jerks. I really like this Ups store. There is some parking and there is usually a line BUT the staff are awesome and move quickly. They also make eye contact and communicate they will be with you soon. There prices are good also. I have been coming a little more then 2 years. Recently i was downtown and tried a different ups. Hated it. Parking was available but poor signage. The service was ok but the sytstem was complicated. In tge end they charged me $3 to email them.my shipping label. Tgey said $3 was there minimum transaction fee? Whatever i will stick to the ups on 7th and Redondo. Its farther but its less hassle in tge end. And i like the staff on 7th read more

This store has the worst service I've ever encountered, I dropped off a package over two months ago, got a receipt and now the recipient claims the package was never delivered, I checked the tracking number, the information is incomplete, I called the 800 number they told me to go to the store, I went to the store and an awful person with a horrible attitude basically said she didn't know anything and to call the 800 number back, I asked for the managers information so I can talk to whomever that is and the woman says to me that she cannot provide any type of information other than the 800 number. A driver that happened to be in the store saw how useless and rude she was being and tried to say a word and right away in a very condescending manner she told him to not get involved or engage with me. This woman needs to be fired, she does not know what customer service means at all, she's just there to make her sad minimum wage. As I walked out of the store I could hear her laughing at me and commenting with other customers. People like her completely damage any type of reputation UPS may have, she's a shame. read more

Feeling like being scammed. Return Shipping a parcel to Texas costs $75 at this UPS store??? The seller on Amazon charged me $28 to ship it to me. Then the UPS upsold me for another $26 just in case the package got lost?? And they said it's not even covering in case the package is damaged. It needs to be another $30 packed by them. I didn't have time to deal with it cause of work so I paid. Would not use their service again if I have to ship anything else myself. By the way they also refuse to give me the paper I signed for declaring the value of the parcel. I insisted then they made a copy. I mean I paid for the insurance and no paper to give me at all to prove that I declared the value and how much I declared? Come on. Now, this was unexpected! I knew I was going to receive a package this week. I also knew I was not going to be home, since I work during the day. So, I was expecting the usual drill: I wait 3 days for 3 failed delivery attempts, then I wait another day just to be sure, then I drive 45 minutes to the UPS Customer Center in Cerritos (http://www.yelp.com/biz/ups-customer-center-cerritos), then I wait another 15-30 minutes or so to get my package, then I take another 45 min. to get home. So, 3-4 days of waiting, plus 2 hours out of my day to go pick up the package. Imagine my surprise today when I came home to find the UPS InfoNotice on my door, but on it was my driver's cell phone number and a personal note that said that he is at the UPS Store at 7th and Redondo every day at 5:30! I looked at my watch, and sure enough it was 5:30. I got back in my car, drove over, asked inside the UPS Store, found the driver in the parking lot, he found my package in his truck and carried it over to my car for me, and I was back home, all within about 10 minutes! What a fantastic service. I was absolutely thrilled; if not for this I'm sure I would not have seen my package until sometime next week. I don't know if it's some kind of relationship between the drivers and this particular store, but whatever it is, it's brilliant and I hope it continues. I've never used this UPS Store for any other services, but based on what happened today I will definitely come here next time I have any shipping needs. read more
