Today, two staff members, Christine and the manager, Dianne, went above and beyond and not only solved a mailing issue that we had experienced, but called us personally to let us know that our package was back on its way, following their "personal touch" fix! I paid over $100 for next day delivery for a 6lb package sent to Las Vegas, NV. It was 2:30p when I dropped it off and I was told that it would be delivered by noon the next day. I'm very very upset with this store! My wife sent a package through this "so called private service" that cost us almost 100$ to send. And just today she got a call that the package got returned and had to come back to the store to pick it up. The STORE DIDN'T WANT TO RETURN TO US OUR REFUND and the store associates began to avoid her. Very unprofessional! Not only did we not get out refund back but once we returned home with the box, we saw that it was tampered with and an item was stolen from us. I HIGHLY ADVICE EVERYONE TO THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING TO THIS PLACE. Before sending our package, the store associate guaranteed a smooth transition and answered some of my wife's question but when the box came back we wanted answered of "what happened?" Update: Left a good rating after my first visit. Went back yesterday to do another Amazon return. It was an Apple pen in a very small box. Chris is the person who did the exchange. I pulled up the return mailing label on my hone that Amazon emailed me. Chris said he couldn't use it until I emailed it to him. I mentioned to him that I had returned a large pet gate a few weeks ago and Diana was able to use the return mailing label. He said he doesn't know she did it, but if I want to return my item I needed to email it. I emailed and he printed a return label and processed my return. Then he told me that I had to pay 3.20 to complete my return. I ask him "Don't you guys do free returns for Amazon? He said yes, but the 3.20 was for computer charge because he had to print my label!!! I asked him why he didn't tell me this before. He said this is how they do returns. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!! BEYOND SHADY BUSINESS. Beware people ask questions before do any transactions with this place. I visited this store on Tuesday to return an item from Amazon and I was very satisfied with the service that I received. When I first arrived the line was outside of the door and I was going to leave, but after waiting about 2 minuted and then walking back to my car the line suddenly got shorter so I decided to go back in. When I actually went inside, Ismael was working at the front desk and he greeted me right away. I really appreciated this. This is the worse UPS store ever. I went in on several occasions and the price they quote me to ship and package a box was 200% higher than the Post office and it was double the price of FedEx. Example is a package with boxing shipping to arrive in 5 days was $75 dollars. The post office with packing was $22.25 and it would arrive 1 day sooner. Need to ship use another store. read more

I have used this UPS Store for about a year as an Access Point to receive shipments and return Amazon packages. I have not had any issues with returns or picking up packages...until now. For my expected shipments I use the UPS app for following shipment statuses and delivery updates to this UPS Store. I ordered 3 items in an order from 1 retailer, each item was shipped in a separate package. Nov 17th tracking shows 2/3 packages have arrived at this UPS Store. I go to the store on 11/23, provide my ID and inform them I'm picking up packages. I receive 2/3 packages as I expected from the tracking information. Saturday 11/27 I follow up on status, go to the store, show my ID, and I'm told the package exceed the hold time and was returned to sender that morning and they received it on 11/17. Shocked and upset. If the package was in the store when I picked up my other packages, why was I not provided my complete order? Diana, was only able to tell me sorry, it exceeded the limit before I picked it up. I show her the UPS TRACKING app which did not indicate it was delivered to Menifee, only that it was at a Romoland store possession, not where I pick up. Diana attempts to have the package rerouted to store. UPS tells her it will be redelivered to the store on Monday. She will call me when the package arrives. I get no phone call. App again states the package was delivered to Romoland on Monday, then the next day returned to sender. Today I go to store and again speak with Diana. She explained she did not go to work and Monday so she wasn't there to call me when it arrived. She states that the employees there saw the "return to sender" tag on package, and returned it to the truck driver. She did not advise the staff of the situation, but rather left a note on the back desk which they did not see. Diana apologizes for the mix up but has no means of resolution other than to give me the customer service number for UPS because she has no control over the tracking statuses. I call UPS Customer Service and they confirm the package is in transit to the retailer "return to sender" and nothing they can do. I explain the issues with the tracking information in the app and the failure of the store to provide me all the packages delivered and causing this return to sender. Two CS agents tell me sorry for your experience, you should call the retailer since the package is in transit back to them. I call the retailer and they confirm UPS is sending the package back to them and issue me a refund. Three weeks waiting for a package, only for it to be unknowingly held up at store undelivered when I was picking up packages, and ultimately returned to sender. Good job UPS. You wasted my time visiting store 2 times and an hour on phone with customer service, and now having to repurchase the item I was expecting a week ago. My confidence in your services is now lacking, and customer service in problem solving in store and 1-800-# was apology filled and actionless. read more

He didn't walk through the process with me he just basically gave me things to do without explaining how it works. Not so good people skills.
