I have used this store a couple of times. Today had a return thru amazon. Went and amazon sent me return label instead of QR code. Via my phone. Granted the young man who helped me was pleasant. The $3.16 to print label is insane and gouging. I was shocked and said to the young man wow that's outrageous. He replied they are a franchise and high traffic print use. And when I've used another local UPS store they didn't charge $3.16 for printing one label. Sorry you won't get my business again. read more

Great service! Averie and Mike helped me print off shipping labels, tape up my packages and attach labels. They were both so friendly and efficient. The location was clean and they were both wearing masks. The first location we went to (27560 Jefferson Ave, Temecula, CA 92590) an employee wasn't wearing a mask and they were charging money to use the computer and to print off the label. Making returns during COVID, especially when you don't have a printer, is difficult and averie and mike made my life easier. Thank you! read more

Been there on several occasions. One time I bought 4 bottles of oil and vinegar in old Town Temecula, took it to the UPS store to wrap and send to NY prior to my flight. One of the bottles broke in transit and when I got back from my trip I went back to the UPS store. They were understanding, apologetic, and handled everything in a very forthright manner and their follow up re my reimbursement was spot on. These folks are excellent. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service from both Melissa and Liz! Let's start with the beginning of the events. I walk in early Saturday morning to send out a package over night. Hoping it get there by Sunday. Before i begin let me just say I had a odd feeling that something wasn't going to go right given the fact that Melissa looked like she was half asleep and didn't care much as she didn't help the guy ahead of me. Anyhow I'm next I sa"I want to overnight this," Melissa tell me it's $40+ because it's a weekend and if I have it to send out Monday and it get there Tuesday it's only $20. So I chose that deal. My husband calls me and tells me his package isn't there. I said ok, let me check the tracking online. I check online, tracking number unknown. Ha! Go figure. Then I call UPS customer service they proceed to tell me either this was never mailed or the tracking number is invalid! At this point I'm upset because this is costing someone there JOB! So I call the store and ask for a Manager. Liz gets on the phone. Attitude off the back, huffing and puffing as if it was my fault. She tells me it will get there Wednesday and I have the new tracking number! I said "no!" " What about the one on the receipt I was given? "I ask, she stated that that tracking number was invalid and I said "so all of the information you gave me on the receipt is false? That's not ok, how can I request a refund. " she said she would call me back tomorrow. Now it's Friday! Still, NO call back and or delivery! So I call and say "what is the status?" she said of "we can't refund you because you signed the receipt" and I said "yes I signed the receipt with the information that I was giving which is false because my package is still not there and wasn't delivered on the time that I paid for it to be delivered. Not to mention the tracking number was incorrect! " I don't know how Liz got in the position that she is in because she is rude and doesn't care about her customers. Very very unprofessional ! I was in the UPS store recently to mail some grad announcements. I had 15 of them and asked the clerk if it would be cheaper to buy stamps or get them metered. She quoted me some prices and I asked how many come in a book. She said "10." So, since I had 15 announcements , obviously I'd need 2 books. So I paid for them and she handed them to me. I was putting them on the mail right there I'm the store and when I was done I had 5 left plus another book. Apparently there was 20 in a book. I immediately went to the counter to return the unneeded book. The clerk said she had to ask the manager. The manager came over and said "No, we don't refund postage." I told her what happened and she just said "sorry . " and walked away. I will not go back read more

This review is based on three different negative experiences I have had with this location over the past 3 years. I stopped using them after the second experience and had to visit for the 3rd. 1. I had dropped off a package with my own label to ship something for PayPal. I needed the package taped up, I can't remember if I paid for it to be taped or not. I do remember I had left before it was taped up because they had said they would do it for me. Well a few days later I notice the item never left there store and never went into their system. Magically my box wasn't there either when I called them about it. So I had to refund the PayPal buyer. I take responsibility that I left before they taped up the box, still a little weird my package went missing and never scanned in after I left it at this store. 2. I went to this location to get a quote on freight shipping (something really big item). I had been on the phone with them a few times and was stopping in to see what was going on. While I was in like waiting patiently in line the owner decided to forego my turn and continued to help two other people (they had faster things to do deal with me then mine) although it should have been my turn. As he went to flag the THIRD person BEHIND ME I stepped in and spoke up and expressed my irritation until he helped me. At this point I have decided to stop using the store. I started using the store on Hancock with no issues. HOWEVER a package that needed a signature made its way here. 3. Now it's covid.... it's October... I go in without a mask as I am medically exempt and the employee literally will NOT give me MY package until I put a mask on. So I take the mask he offers me and put it on my CHIN And then he gives me my package LOL! Like what? Anyways, I would encourage you to use a different store. If you have had a positive experience here then that's good. read more

I can't believe I haven't written a review yet! I come here pretty much every other day for Amazon returns, mailing return packages or Poshmark packages. I have never had an issue with packages. Most importantly, I have never had an issue with the staff. Every person I have come across that works there is SO amazing. My little 20 month old, Maverick, comes in and loves this place he walks in like these are his best friends haha! He loves saying hi to them and they all say hi to him back and make him feel just as welcome, he gets so excited when we go it's the cutest thing ever. So thank you for this staff UPS! Tip: They charge 75 cents (!) per page to print files off a USB drive, but their copy machines accept USB drives and can print PDF files. Save your documents in PDF format and print them at the lower copy rate (10 cents per page in black and white). I'll rate them four stars because I am a long-time UPS customer (I had a mailbox for years in another location), and the young staff are cool. They can earn another star by helping their customers avoid unnecessary expenses. read more

As soon as I came in and asked for her she was very kinda and welcoming from the start and made it easy to trust her with handling my paper work. It's now Wednesday and he has not called back. This isn't surprising as the store seems to have a systemic problem when it comes to customer service. Wow, never have I felt more obligated to write a review for anything on yelp as I am writing this review today. First off, 90% of any business has a staff that is professional, but it's truly rare to meet a staff that you truly love as family. These 4 ladies whom run this ups store Liz, Lessly, Lori and of course can't forget Jennie :) are so sweet, spunky and a joy to see their smiling faces daily as I come to get my mail and boxes. As I have moved to another state, I still stop by time to time to see them. That's how amazing they are that even when I'm in town I come by to say hello. Truly an amazing staff and their work is error free. I've used plenty of ups stores in the past, and honestly the staff has always been as plain as a kosher cracker. These ladies are dope.
