Went here a few weeks ago to return some amazon items. The line was really long. But the older gentleman that work there tried to get people in and out as fast as he can in a nice and orderly way. I've learned my lesson at this location. Dropped off a return package to Amazon, trust the guy so didn't bother to get the receipt.but 2 weeks later to my surprise ,received an email that I was re-charged because amazon said I did not send back the items ,I swear to my conscience and to GOD I did dropped it off to this location (to the guy).But Amazon (seller) never got the return items.Also Can't trust this guy ,so dishonest ,i guess he has no conscience. My mistake that trusted him so didn't bother to get the receipt. I'll be careful next time And never trust him again. This gentleman is extremely unhelpful, rude, disrespectful, and try's to scam you by charging for paper (even if you brought your own) will not let you use the computer unless you pay him in cash a $1.00 plus $1.00 per sheet, he's constantly getting accused of bad service and ripping someone off cause he's in the phone using it on speaker phone yet won't assist you. All COVID protocols were followed. I felt safe at this location. Then owner or manager helped me with the copies and offered advice next time for some of my tasks. Needed to print some documents (2 pages), so I ordered a print job online. The estimate online said it would be ready by 16:30, but I never got a confirmation that it was ready. I called to check and it seemed like they hadn't started the job yet, but they did it for me right away and I was able to go pick it up then. Service wasn't unfriendly or anything, though I felt a bit rushed as they were already calling next in line when I wanted to also buy some stamps on top of my print order pickup. I would probably come back to this store if I needed any printing or shipping done. read more

I came in and was able to get my package sent out pretty well and fast by the guy in all the pictures I see here. He was pretty nice to me and was very accommodating when I had to come in with my crying son to get my errands done. I am not really sure why all these other people are saying they do not get treated well, someone who is kind to a new mom and their child sounds like a solid person in my book..... Also I found the pricing to be fair, although maybe because I already have a realistic expectation of the shipping prices from working in a few of these kind of stores when I was younger. -5 Rating!!! Very rude and demeaning guy!! I was here the other day and I saw him yelling at an old woman as she was walking out the door complaining about his bad service. Today, I came by to drop off some Amazon returns and he basically made me feel stupid and told me that I'm supposed to return it at Kohl's which I overlooked in my return instructions. But the way he talks down to people really surprises me that he still has a business. I wish that UPS and Amazon should not be doing business with places like this who receives so much complaints. I would give this particular store negative stars if I could! I gave this store 3 chances and all three times they were incompetent, lacked customer service and refused to take responsibility for incomplete service that was paid for in full with cash! I went in to fax a document that contained 2 pages for a disabled elderly woman who told me she was afraid to go in there because the male who worked there verbally abused her. When I went in with said documents, he told me only the front part of the documents were faxed because nobody told him to fax the back too. A lady behind me kindly stepped in and said the same thing happened to her and she had to come back at a different time and pay again and have everything refaxed. To be verbally spoken down to because I'm a woman and to have made an elderly, disabled person cry is a shame, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! read more

This store is a ripoff. I wanted to ship a packet to india, the asked huge amount. when asked why, the manager mentioned prices have gone up since Covid. I shipped the same packet with very similar service from FedEx for half the price, later checked online at ups.com, guess what-- the price shows similar to what I paid at FedE. they simple are giving a bad name for ups. I agree with all the negative reviews! The main guy is so rude and does not know how to deal with customers. He tried to tell me it was my fault that their system can not provide a receipt with a tracking number for a certain shipment. Really? I rarely post reviews but I felt the need to do so today since the second I walked into the store, I was spoken to very rudely by a male employee (wish I caught his name). I had a prepaid package ready to go, no need for receipt (recycled nespresso pods) that I was going to drop off at front like I normally do, especially since there was a line out the door and it was like 90 degrees out so you can imagine how hot it was in the store! The gentleman shouts out to me that I needed to wait in line, I was confused since I didn't know where the shouting was coming from and when I see him standing next to copy machine I said oh I'm just dropping off a pre paid package...no need for receipt. He responds "doesn't matter, you need to wait in line!" I turned right back around with my package in hand and said thank you I will go elsewhere. He gave me dirty look as he mumbled something under his breath. I honestly feel that if he would've approached the situation differently, professionally and in a different tone, I wouldn't have been upset but he was extremely rude. I usually go into this UPS store to return my Amazon packages. They are very fast, even when there is a line of 3-4 people you will not wait more than 10 minutes. I try to use the UPs store when I can as opposed to the post office. Mainly because the line at the post office can take forever. The UPS store does a lot of things the post office can. What I didn't know , was that the UPS can mail out your passport renewal and provide you with a tracking number for your renewal application. I will definitely return to the UPS store to mail out my passport renewal. If you are in a hurry and don't want to wait in a long line, give this UPS store a try. read more

I have been coming here several times a week, for the past few years, to mail out and return packages. Himonshu usually helps me and is always courteous and professional. I also had my passport renewal pictures taken here and mailed out my renewal from here. The service is always quick, ( which I appreciate), and I have never experienced any problem with any delivery of or return of any of my packages. The Indian guy that works here is so mean and rude. I went into return a couple of Amazon packages and I accidentally gave him the wrong code for the wrong item and he literally yelled at and scolded me and said "don't ever do that again". I said I'm so sorry we all make mistakes I'm human. I couldn't believe he reacted that way over a simple little mistake I've never been yelled at by anybody like that before. I've been to this UPS store twice now and I will never, ever go back. The man that runs this store is so incredibly rude and unhelpful. My last visit, I had a return Fed Ex package that needed to be sent. I was told they are a UPS store and not Fed Ex. Ok, that's fine - my bad. But when asked if he knew where there was a drop off for Fed Ex, he became rude, then dismissive saying he had no idea. Back in car, I see a Fed Ex drop box - NOT 10 STEPS FROM UPS STORE. Quick in n Out. They have envelope for those who have prepaid packing slip in the front desk so you do not have to ask them every time. I would just go in and check the envelope to put my prepaid packing slip and stick it to the box. Drop it off and I am all set. Nothing special but also nothing bad. My wife goes in frequently to Do business at this location for her medical needs because it is closest to our residence she complains of how rude and condescending he is to her every time this time he was so rude to my wife that a gentleman that was in the store told him that it's not OK to treat her that way and said he will no longer be a customer at that location this gentleman partl should not be treating the women of our community in such a manner. read more

I'm really impressed with Himanshu, he is a very nice and respectful guy. Every time I go there he give me outstanding customer service. He has always been courteous to not just me but other customers as well. I've never had any problems with any of my packages that I was mailing. He's always available when I need documents notarized. If you're looking for kind, courteous and a great personality I would recommend this location to anyone. My husband used Himanshu to ship a really big item to Baltimore. The package arrived with no damage at all. I can say he definitely stood by his word when he said that the package would be delivered without damage, and that he would make sure it was packaged really good.
