The staff here that manage this store is some of the best customer service I've ever received from a print & mailing store. I went in about 6 minutes before closing to open up a mailbox which generally takes about 30 minutes(so it says on the general appointment area) but literally only took about 15 minutes tops. Was in and out in no time flat, and Harjeet, was such a sweet and humorous lady! Even after hours she was assisting customers while attending primarily to myself, and joked whenever she got the chance! Great way to raise some energy, especially when I was having a stressful day before coming in. She went over everything and explained everything perfectly, and also we are given a key to the main entry door so we can still come in and get mail while feeling safe, since it's always locked and secured. Ms. Kaur was fantastic. My wife and I needed to have new wills, durable power of attorney, and a living will redone. That's about 100 pages of documents for each one of us. Ms. Kaur took the time, smiling the entire time, to go through these documents one at a time and make sure they were completed correctly, that we had signed them where we had to sign them, initialed them where we had to initial them, and then she notarized them. She also provided two witnesses, as we're relatively leading new to the area and pretty much everyone we know is on the will. The store was fairly busy at the time, but she kept a smile on her face and worked through the process, even though it took almost an hour if not more. I send packages all the time through feed ex, ups, and USPS. I went to this location yesterday without the printout I needed. The Oriental last that works there was completely rude as she told me I needed the paperwork printed out. I told her my printer was out of ink and she did not upsell and tell me that they could print there so I went home had to find somebody to print it and took it back to the UPS store. Today,I was super stressed as I was needing to get my expired Fingerprint Clearance card taken care of promptly as it's required for my job. Due to Covid, I can not just walk into DPS to get it done and have had a difficult time completing. When, I walked in I was greeted warmly by the staff and Alexya. I needed to have a document notarized so I headed to the UPS store on Thunderbird and 75th Ave. when I walked in I was greeted by both employees that were on the floor. I let them know I need help with a notary. One of the workers went to the back to get the authorized notary her name is Harjeet (store manager). She came out with a huge smile on her face and welcomed me to the store as well. I was I. the store conducting business for approx. 20-25 mins. because i was on the phone with a family member that was paying for this transaction. Harjeet was very polite and patient and stayed and answered all of my questions. She was very pleasant. I highly recommend any and everyone that needs UPS services to go and visit Harjeet and her staff. This is by far the kindest and most helpful place around. Harjeet and her family own this store and one other. They run the store and are present and hands on to always provide the most amazing service. I use this store, even though there are about 3 others closer to me, because I am guaranteed the items I am shipping are going to be packaged up and shipped with great care! My husband and I went to the UPS store to get passport pictures done at the time the store was very friendly we had to wait an hour so we walk next-door to the Bashas' came back and received our pictures and left. Today we went to the office to apply for our passports and the pictures were not acceptable it took four months for us to get that appointment! I went in tonight to get a refund and they would not do it because I did not have the actual store receipt. I had everything they handed me from their store and could supply with proof on my credit card but unless I had an actual store receipt no refund! Horrible, HORRIBLE experience. Sent a package out of the country for the first time. The girl seemed she knew what she was doing...not the case. My package was held in customs for 3 days before being sent back to me. Called their customer service phone number and was told the store sent it by the wrong service, the girl also didn't properly label my return address and now my package is in limbo. Their toll free # is in India (what a treat!), I was sent to the original store to have corrected. When I get there this morning the owner gave me such horrible attitude and refused to take care of the matter there because 'he has things to do first" !!!! Horrible customer service at this location. Steer clear of this one. my international ship cost was $60.39. This owner that refused to resolve the issue right away would not tell me what he was going to do about the issue only that he would call me later. Three hours passed, the other business owner called to tell me because of the country's import rules for used clothing, they were not able to pass. We use this for a post office location for our business. The afte hours access helps us with our schedules and the employees see us coming so if are there during normal hours, we don't have to fumble with getting our box open. We also use the location to receive packages and appreciate the email notifications when packages arrive. The owner is very involved and is friendly and helpful. Rushed in here to ship something in a hurry. The 2 women working were such a life saver. Weighed my shipment and were quick to offer different rates available and even suggest folding things to fit into a smaller box to safe on shipping. They were both extremely pleasant and professional at the same time. This store is horrible. I went in on a Friday and paid $21.29 ($14.81 in shipping costs) to have a package to California by Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and when I tracked the shipment online it said the shipping label has been created and once the package arrived at the facility, the delivery date will be updated. Umm...what??? Shouldn't all of that have been done? The store is already closed so I called UPS Support. The guy was nice but said the store hasn't shipped the package to them yet but that they did accept payment for it. Great. Now what I shipped won't get to my sister in time who is leaving for France early Thursday morning. Who knows if the store even has my package anymore (I'm going to find out). What a waste of money and time. I have a baby so running shopping and shipping errands in 100+ heat isn't exactly easy. By the way, my dad used this same store and paid for two day shipping (for an expensive electronic)...the package took 5 days to get there. I should've just gone to the post office. It would have been cheaper and I wouldn't be out $100+ dollars on the cost of a gift and shipment. I've never had such poor results from a UPS store. I was doing an amazon return, and as it states In the return email from amazon I can drop op the product and ups will take care of boxing it and returning it. I arrive and give the owner/manager the item and she refuses to process the return because it doesn't have a box and it's in the bag. I proceed to tell her that's how it was delivered to me and the email states that ups takes care of everything else I just have to leave the product. She then proceeds to tell me that she will take it but not provide me with a receipt because she doesn't know if her drivers will take it. Worst service I have ever received. I am a business customer and had a restaurant that needed a part by Saturday. I went into the UPS store to ship the part on Friday for overnight delivery to my customer who needed it. I paid $89 for a 3lb package to get over-night shipping. It seemed like a high price, but the customer was willing to pay it, so I went ahead with it. I provided the tracking information to the receiver. The next day (Saturday) it should have been delivered by noon. When it wasn't, my customer checked the tracking information of the package and found out the scheduled delivery date wasn't until Monday. It turns out that the customer service rep didn't set the package up for overnight delivery at all. I called the store and asked for a manager - The manager, Harjeet, said that when people say over-night delivery, she does it for the "Next Business Day". I told her that over-night delivery and next business day are two very different things. If I wanted the package there Monday, the price would have been approx. $20 to ship and not $90. She said it was completely her fault and she would give me a 5% discount. I said that wasn't acceptable. She then offered a 15% discount. That's still not acceptable - I paid $90. To re-coup that, I would have to spend a lot of money in the store. She said she would call her area manager to see what could be done. I felt at this point like she addressed my concern and that she was going to resolve the issue. Approx 30 minutes later, she called back and stated that she remembered me and that she wasn't going to do anything because it was completely my fault. This simply isn't true. My husband asked to speak to the area manager directly about this issue. The problem is still not resolved, but I will be giving them as many 1 star reviews as possible so other people can avoid the heartache of dealing with this store. What a shame too - she seemed so eager to help until she called back. AVOID THIS STORE!! read more

Do yourself a favor and don't come to this UPS store! They fail to be honest with you about their charges! I used their computer for 2 minutes to access my email and print a document, which their associate recommended, instead of me just forwarding the email to them and having them print it and they charged me an additional $2!!! Associate could've mentioned that there was a charge to use the computer if that's what I wanted to do. Would've been nice to know ahead of time that instead of paying 11 cents for a simple black and white print I'd end up paying $2.30 instead! What a ripoff! read more
