    Charging $6 dollars to print a shipping label that's already been paid for is criminal. I understand maybe a .20 cent fee or something but SIX DOLLARS???? Six dollars to open an email and print it is insanity. There's absolutely no way to justify that but pure greed.

    My sister left her computer at the airport--which is close to this store. I picked it up at lost and found and needed to get it to her ASAP. I can't remember the name of the person who helped me but he did an excellent job (I'm including his photo). I called to make sure that they were open And he started getting the packing materials ready before I even showed up. He gave me a AAA discount and made sure I had all the information to get the computer back to my sister. It was a stressful time and he was friendly, responsive and made sure we had the computer ready when the pick up truck showed up. I don't live close to the store but if I did, it would be the only place I did my mailing.

    Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. Nate was unfriendly, rude, and patronizing. I was returning two amazon orders. Supposedly one needed a box and one didn't. When I explained to him that this was not clear he said "It's like a two word difference" He told me I needed to purchase a box and when I asked if he could waive the fee he informed me that his business "needed to be profitable" I guess the store reputation isn't worth $5... will not be coming back here to be treated with such disrespect. This store is a DISGRACE to UPS

    Ask for free UPS Express boxes they act as if you've shot their dog. No money to them personally so zero willingness to help.

    The employees at the store are the best. Even when it's crazy busy always very polite and helpful. Never had a bad experience

    My company has an account with Biltmore Pro Print and today they came through above and beyond my…read moreexpectations. Every year I have certificates that I need printed on heavy card stock. Typically, I do this on my office copier. However, it is not working right now. So I contacted another local printer, but they were not able to complete my job on the same day. So I called Biltmore Pro Print and spoke to John. I needed about 75 color copies on my provided heavyweight card stock. I asked if this would be possible to print while I waited. He confirmed that it could be done within minutes and so I headed over with my flash drive and paper. When I arrived, I was greeted by John, who was so friendly and welcoming. He took a look at my project and even though their main copier had just went down, luckily their backup copier was working. He quickly pulled up by my documents and asked a few clarifying questions about how they were to be printed. He sent a test to the copier to make sure it looked correct. The first copy looked great so he sent the remaining documents to the copier. Unfortunately, the way they were sent to the copier combined the documents, as if they were one form instead of each individual PDF being printed. I remember this happened one other time at another printer, and I forgot to mention it today. We caught the error, but not until after there were multiple duplicate certificates printed. We were able to quickly identify which ones had not printed and he re-printed them at no additional charge. This is something I did not expect and him so grateful for this level of customer service. The cost for all of my copies was less than half of what the other printer wanted to charge. John was very helpful and I am grateful for his kindness. I cannot express how content I am with the level of customer service and this experience has solidified my commitment to using this company for all of my future printing needs. Thank you so much! I will absolutely recommend you to anyone who needs printing services.

We were scrambling to print…read moremenus and place cards for an event the very next day (because the original online vendor delayed our order), and they were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They were kind, fast, and professional, and the quality turned out beautifully - exactly what we wanted. The quick turnaround was so appreciated, and they kept great communication throughout the whole process. I highly (highly, highly) recommend them for both their quality and their exceptional customer care!!
