I used to LOVE this particular UPS store! Two of the nicest guys ever worked there, one with longer hair and glasses and a thin kid with light brown hair. I would visit several times per week dropping things. Lately a guy named, Arun, has been there and the entire store is off. I usually have my packages in hand ready to go, or Bring my tape in to finish, if I forgot tape it wasn't a big deal they would do it for me. Now this Arun guy is there - charging people $2 for a piece of tape? Arun isn't friendly like the other employees. He is short and rather rude at times to customers. He isn't as fast and efficient with the systems, he can NOT multi task. I have found myself starting to go to other stores just to avoid my old favorite. Someone needs to get this guy OUT of the neighborhood store stat!!!! read more

I'm a long time customer/PO Box subscriber (several years). Customer service has been up and down. Though over the last year relatively good...until the last couple of weeks. The additional staff brought in over the holidays are at best dismissive when errors are brought to their attention. This afternoon a delivery notice was in my box for a pkg delivered 2 weeks ago (I've asked about the delivery multiple times, previously) ....then the customer service woman takes the slip and tosses it in the trash and brings one of my pkgs that has a different delivery#. I brought the difference to her attention and she pulled the delivery sliip from the trash and searches (less than one minute) and finds the correct pkg.. No oops, sorry, or anything else I can help you with.... just a you need to sign. Getting a speedy delivery from Amazon or others does no good if this location takes days to process receiving read more

Went in for notary, first in line behind served customer completely ignored, not acknowledged at all. Left out of lack of time after waiting ten minutes while the girl weighed one of twenty packages even though it was obvious I was there for a notary. Came back an hour later, was told that notary "decided to go home early" after I had called prior to arrival and told he was there until 5pm. Saw this guy in the back standing around. Thanks for nothing. Never again. Go to Bank of America for notaries instead of dealing with these rude millennial morons! read more

This location is open on Saturdays!! Huge plus when I could never get there during the week's open hours. I had three large suitcases that need to be shipped cross country, and I wasn't able to get them in my car - they offered above and beyond service coming by to pick them up. Efficient, courteous and in uniform, Ed picked up my packages with ease and handled them with care. Shout out to Bridget for excellent customer service over the phone who went through all the details with me. She followed up on calling me back with an accurate pick-up and delivery schedule. She patiently discussed pricing, dimensions, tracking, and payment. I was under a time crunch with this shipment, but Bridget took my situation and made it work within their shipping schedule. I can hear her smile over the phone. She genuinely cared and valued me as a customer. Thank you Bridget and Ed! Consistently poor customer service. After 3 bad visits in the last year (Nate) I will no longer use this location. 32nd & Camelback UPS Store will be my go to now. It is hard to get good workers and have others represent the brand so I get it. However this Nate guy is still around, rude, short answers, mumbles, and acts annoyed. Won't answer questions, what is the weight when he weighs, won't discuss options, I asked to check address after he printed label. He was annoyed and tossed it at me. Having the customer confirm label address was an old school task UPS used to ask customers to do. However my packages do arrive, despite Mr Grumpy nate. I guess that is how corp businesses stay in business, we need them more than they need us. read more

I went in yesterday with my grandpa to get some documents notarized. The notary Nate was extremely courteous and even tried cracking jokes with my grandpa (who is 90 and hard of hearing). I was very pleased with Nate and thankful for his professionalism. Just call ahead to make sure he will be there. I just left your store and, as an African-American male, I am deeply disturbed about the unprofessional behavior of your employee Nate. I had just walked into the store and was waiting in line when the following transpired between Nate and two African-American women. "Are you okay?", one of the women asked Nate. "Why?", Nate replied. "Because you just threw my receipt at me", the woman stated adding that she would let management know about his behavior as they walked out. Nate replied to the next customer (a white man), "What, you gonna get upset if I throw the receipt at you?" Nate then said to all of us, "They can complain all the want they'll end of talking to me anyway." Wow, as the owner of this business, is THIS how you want your employees to act? By the looks on the 4-5 other customers waiting along with me they were equally as disturbed by Nate's behavior. As the owner, you have a problem. Been here the last 3 weeks as my printer is down for shipping and it's close by. I understand that they charge an extra fee to ship out using usps service but the price is $5-7 more than the post office rates. Every week I have shipped out the same thing, and every time I get a new price & new attitude. The woman that helped me today completely ignored my request and stormed off for manager throwing a form back in a drawer because she once again, messed up on my order and didn't understand what I wanted. Before service I told her , I want to ship first class usps , cheapest with tracking. I am only shipping 1 8x10 photo. She then tells me it's $14. Which was way off and I said how, she said UPS ground. I told her again, I said I wanted usps, first class please, should be $6-7. She then had to back out and start again then she told me " well now you are going to have to fill out a form, because it will not print out a label. I then told her, how come as the last 2 times I came, a label printed out fine. She then told me it was because it was going as certified! And then AGAIN, I had to tell her i wanted it USPS FIRST CLASS. She then demanded to ask who helped me last time, I pointed at the new guy that helped me last week and then also said the manager, she then threw the form down and rushed back to manager with an attitude. I grabbed my envelope and went elsewhere. Everytime I have gone there the last 3 weeks, different prices, and mediocre customer service. I'll pass with this location. I can't believe the customer service at this location. One girl, I believe her name was Tiffany, was very rude and sarcastic to me from the moment I walked in, complete with eye rolls and everything. It started because she asked me a question and it took me a sec to realize she was talking to me because I was in the middle of saying something to my daughter. I was picking up some take out from next door and realized I had a package in my car that needed some delivering and decided to multi task! I got there a bit after six, the lady who was working was obviously closing up but let me drop it off anyways- super nice! Come the next day I realized I was supposed to drop it off at fed ex and not UPS. I went to the fed ex website to try to track it & thankfully it was off for delivery. This UPS store was kind and thoughtful enough to make sure my package was sent with the right people. They totally did not have to do that and it was so sweet of them. I will definitely be going to them for future package/shipping needs. A million plus for customer service. read more

I have always experienced great customer service here and short or no lines. The staff have been very helpful with recommendations for the best shipping options. They have some cool cards and miscellaneous office supplies. Also, they have a good selection of stamps (not just the generic ones, but seasonal and other designs). The guys that work there are always so pleasant....greet the regulars by name, and do a good job keeping up with the crazy surges of customers that seem to periodically pop in. The staff is super friendly. I am there almost every day to pick up my mail or a package, and I have never had a bad experience. They are especially good at logging packages into their system right away so you can receive an e-mail delivery notice asap. The only tough thing about the location is the parking. I use this location for all my shipping. Its location is very convenient and service is faster than the post office. That said, the service quality is very inconsistent. When the two young men are working, they are a bit cocky and paternalistic. They are pleasant, but in a rather sarcastic way. They do seal my return packages, however, and generally there is not a line. But the best service I ever received was when two young women were working the store. They were efficient, polite, friendly, smart and know how to give good customer service. Often the male team spends time training each other it seems and if there is a line, everything slows way down. Still a good UPS store and one I will continue to use. read more

Do not like writing bad reviews but this is necessary. Worst customer service and a manager. Yes, Nate is willing to be pleasant but not really... He shipped my package internationally for over $200, including a $20.00 packaging fee - 2 weeks later the package was returned to me. Nate was fully aware he enclosed the perfume only to proceed to ship via USPS which clearly states in all of the USPS guidelines that perfume may not be shipped internationally. Nate was not interested in correcting the mistake pointing to the UPS guidelines, which clearly did not apply since his shop used the USPS in the first place. I should have gone to the post office in the first place - I would pay less and correctly shipped my package, warned by the professionals. Worse yet he directed me to seek relief from the UPS store, the franchisor and I spent over 30 min waiting for a customer representative after being transferred several times and ultimately had to hang up. Do not use this store to ship internationally - they overcharge and mislead. They use the US postal service, and they do not know what they are doing, i.e., not following their guidelines (also - my package sat a week at this store too before shipped). The owner Krishna Dallakoti is apparently also not interested in trying to resolve this, per Nate, the manager. I hope this review teaches them about customer service - do not use them! read more

The employees are fairly nice, but they have no sense of urgency and zero follow-through. We were promised several calls back about the status of our package (which included time-sensitive visa applications), and did not receive a single one. We called the store almost every day, and nobody followed through on anything they promised (contacting UPS corporate, rerouting the package, letting us know when it was returned to the store, etc). When the package was finally returned to the store, our passports were missing from inside. They had fallen out while the UPS store employee packaged it two weeks prior, and nobody even bothered trying to contact us to tell us they had our passports. They just put them in a mailbox behind the counter and forgot about them. This almost ruined our wedding, because our marriage visa applications would have been denied without passports. I have never had a more frustrating experience with any business. I will not be using UPS ever again. read more

I don't often write reviews, But this UPS Store is by far one of the best stores we have Ever been to, and will continue to do business with. My aunt had to move her entire house out of state, and we needed about 40 boxes worth of personal belongings to ship. Not only were the price of shipping boxes reasonable and convenient, after my family and I packed the boxes at our house, the owner personally picked them up from our place and took them to their UPS Store on 44th street and Indian School Road. Terrible experience here, I usually go to the one on Hayden it's smooth and easy I got asked a ton of questions like I work at UPS and understand all the ins and outs just want to ship something. I let him know whatever was easiest and now I'm writing out all this info which is fine but I don't have to do this at the other location so I don't say anything and fill everything out which I've shipped to these locations before so even I know they keep them in the system and he says to me "don't be so lazy" I just laughed but that is ridiculous to say to someone. ...I don't normally write a review but my experience today far far exceeded my expectations that I needed to pass on Compliments to the staff !!! I needed some legal papers copied (around 200 pages ) quickly and needed it on a memory stick. Of all the stores I called this was the only one that said they would be happy to help and could meet my time restrictions. If that wasn't enough the gentleman on the phone told me that he would be happy to ask the manager if they could work out a special price for me....WOW I didn't even expect that. Bridget, was my contact person when I got to the store, she not only handled my printing needs professionally and expediently but with such a pleasing interaction and awesome personality. Wow business owners please take note.... this store is worth the extra drive for me I live 30 miles from this location and have a UPS much closer to me but it doesn't even compare to the service I get from Bridget...Thank You !
