Who knew a store could provide a mini vacation? I was returning an item to Lulus and realized I had never received the QR code I needed. The lady helping me was incredibly helpful and knew exactly what to do. She made the whole process quick and easy, allowing me to check one more thing off my never-ending to-do list! I told him I had a time sensitive documents that I needed to send the same day and I only needed to press scan three times. He complained that it would take more time as after scanning, the machine would take time to send the scanned docs to email etc.. and he asked me to take my documents and leave immediately and threatened to call security if I do not do so. I returned to the store and, based on a recommendation from a store associate, exchanged it for a different charger. Unfortunately, the replacement charger was also defective. When I returned to the store to request a refund, I was informed that I was beyond the 14-day return window and could only receive a store gift card. Given that this was already the second defective product, I found this policy unreasonable but agreed to proceed reluctantly. However, I was then told that I would only receive approximately half of the original purchase amount. I paid nearly $20 and was refunded only $9. This outcome is unacceptable. Retaining half the value of a product, especially when both the original and replacement items were defective, raises serious concerns about fairness and consumer protection. I have never encountered a return policy that penalizes customers in this manner when proof of purchase is clearly provided. Additionally, I was disappointed by the level of customer service I received from the manager on duty. Her demeanor was dismissive and lacked the professionalism and care expected in a customer-facing role, particularly on a day such as Mother's Day when many customers are already managing busy schedules. I strongly urge corporate leadership to review and revise this policy, as it undermines customer trust and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to quality and service. I also recommend additional training for management staff to ensure that customer concerns are handled with the appropriate level of respect and professionalism. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

Absolutely ZERO loyalty!!…read more I have been with AAA for Auto Insurance for over almost 40 years. I've had them for Home Insurance for 20+ years. I've paid every premium on time. I made one claim in 2007. And they dropped me like a rock for home insurance on August 1st because of my ZIP Code. There is absolutely no loyalty. You are only a means to a financial gain to them. They don't care one iota how loyal you've been to them. And then they had the audacity to contact me if I wanted Earthquake Insurance a week after dropping my Home Insurance. You might pay your premiums, you might RARELY make a claim (if ever), you might have a loyalty card that says 88 year member if you signed up under your parents, and they signed up under their parents - but it won't matter for a second if you don't fit into their financial equation of how to profit. You are 100% there to benefit them, not the other way around. So don't pay their steep prices, and don't fool yourself into thinking you have a "relationship" with them, because all you have is money they want.
