He was very friendly with all of the customers, but totally took extra time to help me with my issue, including letting the vendor email a new shipping label directly to him so that I didn't have to go home to reprint it. Usually these guys are OK. Every other time I've been here, I just needed to ship a package out that already had a label printed and paid for. One of the days I came here, I went to ship out an item that I would usually pay about $14 if I were to generate and pay for the label online. On this occasion, I was in a hurry, so I didn't have a prepaid label on the package I needed to ship out. The person who helped me rang me up and it came out to be $32. I told her that I usually pay about $14 bucks for packages that go to the address for similar packages. She just told me nope, this is what it is and I can't do anything for you. I was in a hurry so I just paid it and left. When I checked online later that day, if I were to print it on my own, it would have been $14 as I had suspected. I don't know what they are doing differently or whether they get over 100% commission or whatever it is, but they are a ripoff if you have one of the reps print out their label. So, if you have to use these guys or maybe any UPS for that matter, take the time and open up a UPS account and print your labels online. They don't make it easy, but it's worth going throught he hassle of figuring it out rather than getting screwed by their reps. read more

I've come here many times for various services. Usually the same guy is working the cash register and he's always friendly and helpful. The only issue I've had is sometimes a lot of customers come in at once so there can be a short wait, but the employees do what they can to get you in and out quickly. Not sure what's with the 1-star reviews of this place, I think sometimes people just like to find things to complain about. read more

I have visited this store more than 100 times. Each time the staff is very professional, extremely affable, and always helpful. 10-17-18 I went to store. I had a couple of boxes to bring into store. While I was getting the second box out of the car one of the great folks at the store came out of the store and CARRIED my first box into the store. Yes they go as far as coming out to your vehicle and carrying your boxes into the store. Not only do they come out to your vehicle but if ANY of your boxes LOOK like it needs a piece of tape they will tape up YOUR boxes for you without you even having to ask at NO CHARGE! She is very rude and has zero and ugly customer service skills. I came with my package open, as I've been doing, and she said I'll get charged 1$ next time if I come without my box being taped. I asked her if that thing is new, she didn't answer. I asked her again and she said no and people here should have been telling me that. So rude and unprofessional!!! She cares more about her effort to move and take the box over the customer service satisfaction. She could've delivered the information in a much way differently professional way; that is the company really cares about a piece of tape over customer service. I stopped in to see if they had stamps. I was offered to have my mail go through the machine that would stamp it. I thought GREAT! As one guy is counting my mail the other was getting ready to ring me up. The guy counting the mail said 73 cents multiplied by my mail. I was shocked! What?!? Postage is about 42 cents. That's almost double. I told them to forget it. It is insane to mark up that much. What the hell, was it a gold stamp or were they planning to walk all of my mail to its destination? read more

Wanted to send a CD and requested the least expensive shipping option. They quoted me $9 and said the post office wouldn't be able to do much better. I then drove a block up the street and shipped it for $2.30 at the post office. Other than dropping off a prepaid UPS package, I wouldn't step foot in one of these places. FedEx Kinkos is a far more reasonable (and less insulting) option. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! My girlfriend used it to deposit a check per instructions from our bank (it was over the amount we could deposit from home). The next day her checking account was hacked for over $600! Coincidence? I think not. Thank goodness our bank fraud alert caught the 13 transactions, shut down the account and will refund the money. Why this was missing from the map is a mystery as I have been using them for almost 5 years. They have shown to be extreamly proficient under pressure and very friendly when time allows. As in all mail, in all carriers things get tangled and they have always been able to find a solution to what ever came up. They send me emails when things arrive and respond to questions given the tracking number is always in the email. They even tell me if I can fit it in my daypack if I want to ride my bike. Could not ask for a better service, worth the price of admission X times. It never gets rejected as a PO Box. and keeps creepy web bots off my back. Steady employees and seem to be intergrated well. Best off peak hours though they are still strong and accurate under pressure. Parking is best next to PetSmart, just around the bldg if you have a large car. read more

I went to the UPS store to return a book I borrowed at Amazon.com. The service girl was really helpful! She knew exactly what the return entailed. She packed the book for me in a box and quickly charged me out. I was outta there in seconds. Great service. The only negative was that the other workers did not look like they wanted to be there. We got here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Found out ups told the owners either sell the store or be closed down... Today I went to the local ATM to get cash, and received 20's, but needed some smaller bills. I went to 5 different stores in the area, and each time was turned away. 2 were big box stores, and 3 were locally owned businesses. Got the same "no" each time. I realize I'm not a customer, but nobody was willing to help. Then, I walked into the UPS store and talked to Melvin. He was happy to help, and broke the $20 bill for me. If I could give a 0 I would have; my packages were completely torn apart during shipping, and nothing has been done to date about them (a month later). Dealing with claims services has been an absolute pain and to no end result. I will NEVER use this company again when allowed the choice. Very nice staff. Never had a problem these last few years. I am usually in and out. Longest I've had to wait was about 15 mins.

The people who worked there didnt' seem like the sharpest tools in the shed. I had to ship something overseasurgently for business and one of the people who worked there said something to the effect that they don't ship very much stuff overseas. That should have been a red flag right then. Sure enough the shipment got returned since they didn't bring to my attenion that shipment required an invoice. I won't be patronizing this UPS store in the future. In fact I think I'm going to go to an official UPS shipping point instead of 3rd party (franchised) UPS stores. read more

Since I tend to order the majority of my Christmas gifts (and everything else) online, it's not unusual that I need to return at least 1 package, and this year, it needed to go back to Amazon. I got everything all packed up to go, along with the return label, and off to the post office I went. Stood in a rather long line and was then told by a very grumpy postal worker that my package needed to go to UPS..."look, it says it right there on the label" (I'll be writing a review for that particular post office later!). Apparently, even though an item is delivered by the USPS, it doesn't necessarily get returned through them...oh, well, live and learn. Luckily for me, this UPS Store was right down the street. The gentleman working the counter offered a nice greeting, and explained how the return process with Amazon works (if you owe, they'll charge you - you don't pay to return stuff up front), offered a receipt, and out the door I went. The whole thing took less than 90 seconds and was very pleasant. AND, now I know where to go the next time I have a return. Thanks UPS Store!! read more

Today my boyfriend found a UPS delivery attempt slip by our front door again. This happens on a fairly regular basis. I have called the UPS 800 number to no avail. I have called this UPS store, to which the packages are being returned, and been told by the employees, this time his name was Melvin, there is nothing they could do. Melvin told me today that he gets multiple complaints about this kind of thing. I was so frustrated about this that I called another UPS store. I spoke with Stephanie at that store and she said that she would try to find out the name of the driver - even though this is not a delivery for her store. She was kind and understanding. She agreed that this was unexceptable!! I am so glad that someone at least cared and would try to do something. I will definitely be doing business with the store on Bradshaw and not the Olsen Dr store. Thank you Stephanie for your help and caring. I look forward to a resolution to this issue. If you want good service from a UPS store use the one on Bradshaw and not Olsen. read more

I had a very pleasant experience today when I went to notarize a document. Michael was friendly, polite, and quick. There were several customers in there when I arrived, and he handled all of them the same way as I was treated. There was no obnoxious music, and no loud or rude employees. I have been there before for notarizing, and I will continue to go there. I have mailed packages from there also, and have never had any problems. I rate this business highly. read more
