I come here to drop off my packages often, and I've never had any issues with this part, but I recently setup my PO Box and I can't tell you how frustrating it's been. Ever since I put the forward on my mail to the PO, it took about a month to receive mail. There were a number of issues that came up (lost mail, incorrect entries in their systems, not adding the right people on the PO, etc,.), and at least 6 different people telling me different things on what to expect. I personally don't know who to believe anymore, but all I know is that there needs to be better communication, documentation, and updated systems so they can integrate better between online and when you're in a branch. The information I had online was not the same in the branch. I've spoken to 2 supervisors about the issues and even though they have been helpful, they can only do so much. Just doesn't seem to be any accountability. I have not had to buy anything, so I can't talk about prices other than the fact they are probably all the same around all post offices. Do your research just to make sure. Side thought: I get it's the post office... but why don't they ever invest in them? They are completely outdated and it seems like there's never any improvements made to them. Anyways, I hope this helps!

Doesn't answer the calles and they said they will send me email for evidence to send my vendor they never did and never answered the phone .

Unfortunately our local UPS Drop Box isn't big enough for packages so I headed out to the Sunrise…read moreUPS location. Very nice store. Clean place and friendly people. I was sent a QR code to return my item, Sealed up the box, printed a label & taped it to the box. When I walked through the door, a young man held out his hand, like "I'll take that" and he did. He scanned it in front of me to confirm that all was 'good' and I left. I'm glad I found this spot. It's in a good location with lots of easy parking and next to Raley's at the corner of Douglas & Sunrise and adjacent to the Walgreen's Rx drive-through; so you can coordinate a couple of quick trips together. With Christmas coming up; I'm glad I found this place. This location also has a Notary that may come in handy in the future. I've used their service before in San Jose and it came in handy. I'd recommend calling ahead for an appt for this service so they can carve out some time for you; to check ID etc.

I mentioned I had Amazon returns and he pointed to an Amazon kiosk and said, "scan there." No assistance, no smile, no greeting whatsoever. WOW! I managed to figure stuff out, but when I asked, "do I leave it with you?", he said, "you can", as if I knew where to put the boxes. There was no sign or info on where to put the boxes. Just a very smug, rude mannerism for both of them. I see that the owner responds to the reviews which is good, but nothing changes. I believe it is a franchise store and that is the problem. No professionalism. I used to work for UPS and this is not the way it's done. I'll be calling corporate and letting them know.
