    I come here to drop off my packages often, and I've never had any issues with this part, but I recently setup my PO Box and I can't tell you how frustrating it's been. Ever since I put the forward on my mail to the PO, it took about a month to receive mail. There were a number of issues that came up (lost mail, incorrect entries in their systems, not adding the right people on the PO, etc,.), and at least 6 different people telling me different things on what to expect. I personally don't know who to believe anymore, but all I know is that there needs to be better communication, documentation, and updated systems so they can integrate better between online and when you're in a branch. The information I had online was not the same in the branch. I've spoken to 2 supervisors about the issues and even though they have been helpful, they can only do so much. Just doesn't seem to be any accountability. I have not had to buy anything, so I can't talk about prices other than the fact they are probably all the same around all post offices. Do your research just to make sure. Side thought: I get it's the post office... but why don't they ever invest in them? They are completely outdated and it seems like there's never any improvements made to them. Anyways, I hope this helps!

    Doesn't answer the calles and they said they will send me email for evidence to send my vendor they never did and never answered the phone .

    This is a super late review but I will never forget the above n beyond service Mia (night…read moresupervisor) provided for me. On the night of June 22nd I arrived at this UPS facility 5 minutes after the will call pick up closed. I was not told by the customer service agent over the phone that there was a window of 30 minutes to pick up your package. Needless to say I was highly upset. It was dark, gates were closed and no one was around to help. I saw someone from a car and I kindly yelled to get his attention. He walked over and told me me they were closed n there was nothing he could do to help. I explained the severity of the situation of which the package I desperately needed to pick up was indeed a check that was shipped and was definitely time sensitive. He was empathetic to my situation n left to grab a supervisor. There came my savior Mia. She checked my iD and asked for my tracking #. Ten minutes later she returned with my package n I tell Ya I was almost in tears with joy. Mia didn't have to do what she did but she knew that I was highly stressed out and believed I was not informed about the hours of will call. My experience n perception of UPS completely flipped from negative to positive just because of Mia. Mia if you see this, thank you so much. You saved me that night. God bless you.

    I am extremely disappointed with my local UPS facility. Within just one month, **four of my…read morepackages went missing**. These were business shipments, and every missing package caused financial losses and disappointed customers. What is even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. I called multiple times asking for help and requested that a local supervisor contact me, but nobody ever followed up. It feels like no one cares about resolving the problem. Because multiple packages disappeared from the same local facility in such a short period of time, I have serious concerns that the packages may have been stolen while in UPS's possession. Whether it is theft or poor handling, UPS needs to investigate what is happening at this location. To make matters worse, UPS only paid about $100 in compensation for each missing package, which doesn't come close to covering the actual value of my losses. I have been using UPS for years, but the service has become much worse than it used to be. Losing four packages in one month is simply unacceptable. I hope UPS management takes this issue seriously and improves security, accountability, and customer service at this facility.

I honestly thought I was going to have to do all the work and then just hand the finished product to one of the representatives. However, as soon as I walked up to the counter, I was greeted with a smile. I explained to Marcus what I needed, and he took it from there. He boxed up everything, taped it, and guided me along the way on how I should ship the package to ensure that it is received successfully. He was patient. He was kind. And last, but certainly not least, he was professional. It is my absolute pleasure to provide him the best review possible. I encourage the UPS store to recognize him and cultivate his talents. Lastly, we are currently experiencing difficult times. There are so many angry people who want to be unkind to others. I encourage anyone who reads this to consider that the world needs more positive feedback. Do your part. Luckily, a young woman who was working assisted me and my return was completed with ease. I overheard him telling her that this was the way the manager taught him. Ridiculous.
