I went in to this UPS store, #0449, on Redlands Blvd by Albertson's, to drop off a prepaid return mailer and when my daughter and I walked in rather than a, "hello" we were met with glaring faces. I told the man by the cash register I needed to drop off my mailer and he took it without a word and dropped it into a white bin. I asked him if he was going to give me a receipt, he retrieved the mailer from the bin, scanned it, handed the receipt to me and dropped the mailer back into the bin, all without ONE word. This is not the first time going into this UPS store location and they are always rude. One star, only because it was close by. My advice, go to a different location!! read more

I got my passport pictures taken here - they turned out too dark to use and I have to go get them printed somewhere else, thus wasting $20. Came around 8:30am for ups drop off. The door was wide open and there was 2 people in front of me. The staff (older guy white hair) was looking at me (unpleasant) and said "can you close door behind you?" I felt like he thought i was the one who opened the door and did not close it. I closed it and he did not say thank you. The lady in front of me asked for double sided copy and the original papers were magazine paper and he said he couldn't do double sided on the feeder. I noticed the copy machine is capable to do double sided when you put the original on the glass, I guess he didn't know how (or didn't want to because it'd take longer process). After making lots of copies and mailing service (the line was getting longer) it finally came to my turn. He could have said "thanks for waiting or thanks for being patient" to me or other customers, or say "you're welcome" after I thanked him for helping me with the drop off receipt. He might have a bad morning or something so this is not to complain, but to let the office manager know that maybe you need to hire more people (skilled and friendly people) to work here. read more

I have been a box customer for this location for the past three years. It is a convenient location but I don't expect much customer service from Jordan or Mr. Luna. Jordan acts like he owns the place and treats me without any respect, and I feel like he is racist as he has made conversation with other races but not with Hispanics or blacks. He is rude and has no business working in an environment like this. Mr. Luna has a similar attitude for rudeness and maybe its because he is older as I have seen him being "friendly" with some clients. DO NOT GET A PO BOX HERE! I have had a PO Box here for 2 1/2 years that I used for my business mail. I got an email yesterday that a check sent to me was returned to a client. The employees of UPS told me over the phone to contact the post office. I went in today to UPS and the young woman at the counter said my box was registered with another person. I had missed a payment a few months ago. I pay for 6 months at a time. (they had only put one notice in my box that a payment was due in 30 days, then no other bill or notice was given to me. Instead of letting me know I missed a payment 4 months ago and they were closing my account, they rerented my box to someone else!!!! They never rekeyed the box so I have been using it and getting mail until last week! They have the worst customer service and I was never able to get to my box afterhours. Their keys don't work in the door to the lobby. Several of us had asked over and over for them to rekey the door. Well, I now will save money, time and frustration! Onward to seek a more professional option! read more

I suggest you try any other delivery place than this one. They took an extreme amount of money in order to send a package overnight never sent it out ended up having to call multiple times before they let us know it was still there with them. I really would love to give a better review, two stars just doesn't seem appropriate given how nice the employee was, however this is a business with a steady flow of customers that need to be taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. With that said, I walked in and was behind two people, one being helped and waited for some time while about five more people lined up behind me and I still wasn't able to drop off my box. I noticed only one employee at the register helping people while I saw two others at the back counters attending to other duties. When the line begins to back up due to lack of help, you'd think that they would stop what they're doing to come to the front to get boxes, etc. checked in and try to get the line reduced and help the other employee(s) up front. Not too good with covid implementations either, no distancing going on as the office is pretty small and can only accommodate a few people at a time. Everyone was pretty nice and helpful to the people who needed extra help, points for that! Tip~have your boxes taped and ready to go so you can just walk in and drop them off! Going to the UPS store today made my day. In front of me was a woman with a return to Amazon she thought it was at the UPS store but it turned out she had to go to Kohl's. So the clerk informed her that she would just need to cancel that and then redo the return so she could take it to the UPS store. She did ask if he could help her and he did. He walked her through all the steps on her phone and was able to retrieve the barcode and then she was able to do the return. The box is very large so it was some thing she didn't want to have to hassle with going back to Kohl's. Then clerk was named Jay and he just couldn't have been more helpful and patient. I thoughti would be the only one complaining about this place, but my goodness look at all the people. Totally honest advice - find another store someplace else. My USPS package was confirmed delivered and signed for on the 13th at this store. It's the 21st and the package is still not available for pick up from this store. This happens with every delivery. I once had a letter put into my box six months after it was delivered to this store. Don't ever expect an overnight letter or package to be put in your box on time. If you get medications by mail definitely look elsewhere. I have spoken to the store in Riverside and they tell me they don't go home until all that day's packages are put out for pickup. What an awful experience and a rip off. This is by far the worst UPS Center I have ever been to. I had to return a couple of packages that I purchased on Amazon, one of which provided UPS Shipping, one did not (that is a whole separate review - you should always supply postage for returns if you want to play in the e-commerce space.) Regardless, I needed to pay for postage on one of the items. After seeing no semblance of a line - just a group of people near the counter - I did get the attention of the pubescent serving customers...he took the package without posting - despite being told that it needs postage to be paid for - he put through the slot to be delivered. Then we had this awesome convo: Me - shocked: "Ahhh dude, I haven't paid for that or attached postage." Pubescent: "My bad. Let me get that." Me: "Thanks." Pubescent than weighs it and says: "That will be $13.89." Me: "Ahhh...no. The item doesn't cost 20 bucks. I do not need to overnight this and it weighs nothing. It's about the size of a regular envelope. I am thinking this should be no more than 4-5 bucks...tops." Pubescent: "$13.89." Me: "Thanks... I'll go to the post office tomorrow. AND HOW. $2.64 to send it. Shame on you UPS and weird Pubescent kid that doesn't know how to do his job. read more

I didn't, he then explained the complicated procedure of scanning, downloading and sending that I'd have to go through.
