I've only used this store to ship out via UPS and USPS. They offer great service and are super efficient. They will normally take my package with my preprinted label and take care of the rest, such as taping up the box and the postage label. I wish they also had USPS priority boxes so I could avoid the post office altogether. read more

This has become my preferred package store in the area due to their attention to customer service. For example, instead of other stores in the area that charge you for packing tape they do the taping for you. I went to a closer one last week that wanted to charge me $5 to buy their packing tape. I came here with my own packing tape and they said don't bother we will do it for you. read more

It's right next door to Carl's Jr. so it's easy to tell people where it is if they need to drop something off for me. Manager Paul and his team really got me out of a jam today! I had printed a sample pamphlet yesterday in color at the store--it was great, but the pricing through corporate UPS online printing was high. So I submitted the final project for printing in black and white. Paul called me today to double check my preferences as he recognized the project from the day before. He then took the time to optimize the combination of cardstock available, my budget and the images to finish the project while he was short-staffed and on a rush deadline. I am writing this due to the fact that I had a very good business relationship with the assistant manager whom I only know as Cory. In 2014 I had some booklets printed and the price was very reasonable. I had more printing done at the same price each time. I spent a total of $800.00 + in printing and other costs till last month, May 2017. When I put in a new order for my printing, I did not see the assistant Cory. I did place my order and left after the manager PROMISED me he would charge the same price as Cory had charged me for the job. While awaiting the call to pick up the booklets, I received a call that all was o k, but there was a CHANGE in the price. I went to the store and spoke with the manager who told me Cory had charged me too little and he charged me about $ 30.00 more for the job and of course the job was NOT done. The manager and I had a verbal argument in the store in front of his employees and the customers present. As a customer I certainly did NOT expect a MANAGER to go back on his WORD and defend his own action with the argument that Cory had NOT charged me enough. I do know for a fact that Cory had ALWAYS checked with the manager before she gave me a price on printing. I have patronized this store from 2014 and before till now. This so called manager certainly does NOT have the ability treat customers the RIGHT way. Due to his lack of management skills I will not patronize "his" store anymore! Kees Kunstt read more

This store gave me a ran around for a package. I've picked up several packages that were rerouted from my home to the "nearest pick up point". Unfortunately, location address was scratched off ( provably because the delivery guy didn't have a slip with the right location. ) He or she also failed to put my name on the slip. When I went in, I gave a female employee (who was working Saturday 1/28/18 during the Dayshift) she insisted that the package was not there. I went home and called UPS just to find out the package was there. I went back to the store and another female employee told me she knew it wasn't there because she didn't recognize my last name. While she flipped through the cards with last names and numbers on them to prove me wrong, I found the card with my first name on it. Not a single apology. Both employees gave me attitude. She practically threw package on the counter and told me to sign. She just said "thank you" without any eye contact while turning around with a "rude tone of voice. Simple "we are sorry for the inconvenience" would've calmed me down enough not to waste my time writing a review. read more

I went to the UPS store because I had problems with a scheduled UPS pickup. I live in the North Redondo Beach area (literally 1 block from the store) so I thought I'd go into the store and see if they can explain why the UPS pickup had not yet occurred. I went with my UPS slip and Info Invoice number hoping that they can perhaps look into for me. Before I could even finish my sentence to the employee, she told me that's not their store. I kept trying to explain that I just wanted to see if they could help figure out what's going on with the pickup and without even looking at my slip or looking up my info invoice number. She just kept telling me it's probably the other nearby UPS store (but how would she know that) and she reminded me that all the UPS stores are independently owned. All I wanted was for them to look into for me and perhaps shed some light on the matter. I just wish they were a little more willing to TRY and help. read more
