    We went in at 6:36PM and asked the lady in the copy area if my wife & I could have our passport pictures taken. She asked the guy at the front register if he could take passport photos and he replied "no". Then she turned to us and made up an excuse and said they couldn't do it because the system is down. For taking photos? Huge waste of time, if your passport photos are down after a certain time, post that on your website.

    I came in for shipping boxes and they had a wide variety to choose from. Staff here was very friendly and helpful as well.

I tried to reset the phone back to its factory settings, but it was frustrating that I got phantom typing and many frustrating glitches. I decided to look on Yelp and see what the best-rated iPhone repair we is in Temecula. JI repair was on top of the list. It's located in Murrieta and I gave them a quick call. The person I was dealing with was professional and knowledgeable about the repairs. I feel like with investing a little I would have graduated from the eighth version instead of spending more money. Long story short, I stopped by the shop and they offered to replace the damaged screen with a high-quality screen protector and make a repair on my busted camera for only $140 instead of spending $700 or so for a new version. I didn't feel too confident at first about this phone working again. I was surprised that JI did an amazing job and it came out as if it were brand new again. Everything is operating as it should be with no issues at all. The work only took three hours and the price is quite affordable. The technician was thorough with their delivery. Provided the service as expected. I will certainly come back to JI again for all my mobile repairs.

The only thing that initially made me hesitate was that it was a home-based business. I decided to keep looking around and even visited another highly rated repair shop in the area. Before I could even ask if they could repair my controller, they immediately recommended QCQ Repair. That told me everything I needed to know. From the moment I spoke with Jose, I could tell he genuinely knew what he was doing. With over 10 years of experience, his knowledge and professionalism stood out immediately. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my controller, understood how much sentimental value it had to me, and even understood how excited I was to play the upcoming Halo Remastered. What impressed me the most was his honesty. From the very beginning, he told me there was a possibility the controller couldn't be repaired because of how Microsoft designed the Elite Series 2. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep or give me false hope. Instead, he was upfront and transparent, and I respected that more than anything. I dropped my controller off on July 3rd, right before the holiday weekend, and he was still willing to take it in. A few days later, he contacted me with great news--he had successfully repaired it. Not only does my controller work perfectly again, but he also replaced the joystick with an upgraded component to help prevent the issue from happening again. The price was more than fair considering the complexity of the repair and the cost of replacing one of these controllers. What really sets QCQ Repair apart is that Jose genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers. His business isn't about getting people in and out as quickly as possible--it's about doing the job right. That's exactly why his reviews are so outstanding, and now I completely understand why so many people recommend him. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, experienced, and takes pride in their work, I couldn't recommend QCQ Repair enough. When I finally got my phone back, it started flickering and shutting off within just a few days. I brought it back, thinking it was under warranty, only to be told that they wouldn't fix it and that the flicker "wasn't covered." The manager, Brennan, will say whatever you want to hear just to get you to leave your device. It's all talk until you've paid, and then suddenly the story changes. I feel completely taken advantage of. If you value your phone, your time, or your money--go somewhere else or use your insurance instead. This location is unreliable, misleading, and not worth the risk. Easily the worst repair experience I've ever had.
