I keep meaning to leave a review because I feel like it stands out as a place that i really shouldn't look forward to visiting but kinda do. with all the Amazon returns I do I'm here practically every week. I've literally never had a bad experience. Every time I go the employees are super helpful and very courteous. There's one manager (I forget his name (sorry!) - smaller guy with a man bun) who's especially good about going above and beyond to make things pleasant for the customer. He and the other manager in particular are amazing and I'm always happy when I walk in and see them there. I dont even mind when there's a long line (and I'm a busy mom, always on the run) because i know ill get great customer service when its my turn. I had a really bad customer service someplace else recently and it was the kick in the pants i needed to finally make the time to leave this well-deserved review that i kept neglecting to share! read more

I went to this independent/franchise UPS to mail original copies of photos to my dad in Mexico. I was told by an older female clerk that their service was cheaper than the post office price (they also handle US postal service mail). I mailed my photos for roughly $10. They never arrived in Mexico. I contacted the owner to see if there was a delivery confirmation # or tracking # with my transaction and was told that there was, "No possible way I can send mail pictures to Mexico for under $30-50 in shipping fees." I provided my transaction date and dollar amount and after 5 minutes of the owner arguing with me that I was mistaken in stating that I had sent something via UPS to MEX for $10, he found my transaction. He then proceeded to tell me that for ONLY spending $10, there's no tracking #. I asked what the recourse was for losing my original photos & some additional prints that cost me $50 to print. He said, "Well, your photos are only worth $50 and you only paid $10 to ship them. If you would have sent them at the higher rate of $30-50, I would have a tracking # for you.". We argued back and forth and he stated, "What do you want me to do?!" Nice. Great problem solving & customer service buddy. I paid for my children's photos to be printed and sent originals that I do NOT have negatives or copies of are long gone, I reported him to the BBB and found that he didn't respond to the BBB either. Guess he doesn't care about his customer rating. read more

Hope you're not in a hurry. The employees are nice, but speedy service is obviously not a priority here. There is always a line, and if you call you're likely to be placed on hold for several minutes before they get to you. If you need something more complicated than basic shipping or print services prepare for whoever is helping you to be very confused. read more

Like any business, they have issues from time to time; but if you ever dealt with failure, you'd know this place is considered a success story. Top-notch compared to USPS so if you have issues that seem to stem from here...maybe you should do a little more examination to what the problem is you're experiencing. This is a business and they need to make money so if you're looking for free shit...go to the local homeless shelter for handouts. If your mail came in at 0930 and you didn't get notice that it was in until 1500: I'd look for more patience and if you don't like it, I know USPS has cheaper boxes for you to lease. If you think the customer service isnt good here, I'd suggest going to the nearest USPS location or maybe a generic postal service location if you don't like it. Otherwise, Ross does the best he can with what he has available as options at helping customers as much as he can and I've had minor issues time from time but to blame them for it isn't necessarily the right course of action when customers are usually to blame. this is my FAVORITE UPS store in this area. The people who work there are super friendly, efficient, competent and I always leave being glad I went there and not the post office. However, they need to ask customers to wear masks- they have a sign at the door, but today a young woman had her mask hanging down and her whole nose hanging out. It was taking over 10 minutes- there was some problem with her situation and I felt uncomfortable standing there while her nose was not covered (6 feet away, yes, but still) so I eventually left. That's not the first time I've seen a customer like that there. The asymptomatic part of this virus needs to be remembered- they could be spreading it. The staff at this UPS store are so polite and kind, they probably didn't want to tell her to pull her mask up, but they need to, or they may lose customers. read more

Everyone is here is typically very friendly and helpful, however I've had a terrible experience so I'm going to give two stars. I sent a package to Fiji to a winner in a competition I ran and it's been three months. I've gotten mixed stories: package was lost, no it's been found, nope lost again, the recipient's phone number doesn't work (not true), emailed but she didn't reply (not true) and so on. Last week I was told by the store manager that I would get my money back and the package should be delivered but it would be better if he recipient picketed it up. Recipient has told me she has made multiple inquiries and been asked for a TIN number and she still hasn't been able to eat the package. Store manager said they would call me last Monday but no one called and it's been a week, I called several times and no one answered nor did I get a voicemail option. I walked in today and a staff member had no update and then made a call saying "she's right here I had to tell her something" then told me a completely different story...I have been patient and understanding and I know the UPS in Fiji is likely at fault, but there is no excuse for not getting back to me or for not processing my refund. Disappointing at best :-( read more

Do not rent a PO Box they take forever to get the mail sorted & terrible Customer Service. We pay to get our Business mail, Checks etc and when asked how long til the mail will be sorted the Employee says I am waiting for the other employee gets back he is quicker. No care that we run a business & need our mail. Then my husband asked what time does the mail get her she states " WHAT IS YOUR QUESTION" So rude! The owner needs to get control & have someone sort right when the mail arrives! read more

I had to drop off my AT&T equipment at this store. When we first got there the line was to the door. We went to run another errand first & then came back. Thankfully there was no more line. The store was clean & well organized. The guy working was extremely friendly & explained the return procedure. He took care of our return seamlessly & suggested we save our receipt in case AT&T ever requested it. Would drive a little out of my way to return to this store. read more

I had a frustrating experience concerning a package that I shipped with the help of a UPS Store employee. A gift card was somehow lost/separated from the package. The owner, Ross promised to make it right if I wasn't able to get it resolved with the issuer, but the issuer reimbursed me and all is good. This place is a little hidden in the bel air plaza. They only have one notarizer, but the customer service is really good. They're really friendly and very into communicating with you and making sure things go right. Every customer that has come in so far has been helped quickly and politely. Like I said, I wish there was more than one person doing notary, but other than that it's a run of the milk ups store. read more

I do not know how they have such a low rating. This UPS store is the only one I go to and they are always willing to help in any way they can. I recently shipped a box that was returned. Tina did a whole lot to make sure that the UPS claims department took care of this for me as the address was not actually incorrect as they had stated. I have a box there (schills for my not existent office)......and always look forward to stopping in. Best to get in before the 5pm crowd if you can.........the staff are very nice, and patiently help those that are frankly to lazy to even lick a stamp. I went there this afternoon after phoning them to making sure they could mail a package to FPO/customs package. The clerk first thought I had already paid for the postage because I had a flat rate box from the post office. I was honest and told her that it wasn't prepaid - just that the cost was pre-set (they actually have a poster advertising flat rate boxes). She kept on asking me questions (like what country it was going to) that the PO never asked. I tried to explain to her that the package actually goes to a base in the US and then the military take over handling it. She clearly was having trouble and I was running out of time. I asked to speak to a supervisor when she tried to charge me ten dollars more than the flat rate. She told me that she knew what she was doing and wouldn't get the manager. I told her that clearly she didn't know and walked out. I understand a convenience fee but tell dollars is a bit much! read more

I was not knowledgeable of the notarizing process and accidentally had too many documents notarized, after explaining my situation they helped me to arrive at the best solution possible.
