The person I dealt with was an elderly man who was very rude to me. Tried to tell me that it costs $20 to ship a package that I had just shipped out the day before for $10. He then looked at me and told me that if I can show him that I spent $10 he'll ship it for free, but when I showed him my receipt from the other day he told me that that was wrong and that I need to go ship it from another location if I want. the manger is very good, but the staff ( one of the young staff)has nothing of the UPS delivery products knowledge, i come on Monday 01/18/2021, he said he can't find the account, then we come back on Tuesday 01/19/2021, we called to the AT&T to carfiy the shipping processing, they replied and confirm take its to the local UPS store to return, whne my wife took the item to store, the same young staff said the account not found again, so we wait for the store manager, after few minutes, the store manager help us to ship the item, he immediately located our acct with AT & T company, so I suggested the store have to provide the full training to their staffs before they start to serve the custoner, otherwise, they just lose the customer in the near future! read more

I have used this particular UPS store for all my delivery needs for several years now. As a local business owner, I can say that my experience w/ the staff here have been nothing but stellar. There are times when the employee(s) get flooded with customers, but usually its the customers that drag out the process. This store has one of the worst UPS customer service. I had to call and left messages more than 5 times ask about reimbursement for a damaged package. Employees can't make decisions about reimbursement so when I called back many times to get a hold of the manager, Ron, I told him about the damaged package and wanted reimbursement for it. He wrote down the tracking number and said he'll call me back but NEVER did. I've had enough patience with these unprofessional individuals. This is the UPS store on rosemead in the plaza with a target/LA fitness located near the freeway entrance/exit. They have a huge parking lot and are in a convenient location with a plaza with many restaurants and coffee. I was a bit hesitant coming here at first because of the low star rating on yelp but unlike many others I had a good experience and had no problems with shipping a small package. The girl that helped me was cordial and polite. I came at around 6 pm in the evening and there wasn't anyone else in the store at the time. read more

I changed my mind during my recent visit to this store. I usually just go and drop off the stuff for amazon return at the store and the older gentlemen seem to be aloof and cold. But yesterday, I need to mail something urgent and need a receipt and the young lady who is the owner daughter is very nice and accommodation to give me a receipt even though it is 20 minutes before the store close and the store is swamped with merchandise. Now I think about it the older gentleman attitude is typical of immigrants or minorities who are like my own family where they are just busy doing their stuff and making money for the family. Went here for notary service jerk says it's not necessary to sign one of the forms. It's clearly states it needed it. Told me to just send it. Had a package delivered to this location. Received delivery confirmation from UPS that it was signed by Terry with the date and time. When I went to pick it up, they said they couldn't find it, that'll look for it, within a day, they said they couldn't find it. They are only liable for up to $100 in reimbursement, and I'll have to take the lost for the difference. read more

I didn't have a good experience at the Foothill Blvd UPS store in Pasadena so I drove here instead. I don't know about anyone else, but the person that is always so SWEET is MIKE, the hearing impaired person. He is always with a smile. You can't help but smile back. I helped tape the box for me, with NO CHARGE of using the tape (unlike the Foothill Blvd UPS store in Pasadena that charged me $1), packaged my items and gave me a receipt. I always walk out happy. I've come here to get my documents notarized by Mike and he's always so friendly. Mike is most likely this store's saving grace! He deserves 5 stars. I removed a star only because it can get hectic and the lines are long, they may be under-staffed. read more

the owner of this UPS store is a terrible, rude, and petty little man. i am an avid amazon-er (amazonian?) and admittedly purchase/return several items each month from amazon. most of amazon's return labels require me to use UPS to return the item. this is the only UPS store ive ever visited that refuses to print a receipt for my returns, without which i have no proof that i dropped off said items at the store. no explanation as to why that is and no apologies either. I usually just use this place for drop off packages. There's nothing that makes it great or bad. The con I have though is the employees always seem annoyed. They would pretty much ignore me when I come in or just answer my question really quickly. It gets the job done but customer service should be better since its a servicing store. read more
