They offer live scan service at 11 am, however the first time I came in they said the reason it doesn't start until 11 is because that is when a second person came in. I arrived today at 10:40. They had two people working and no customers. It is 10:52 and still no customers. Why can't he take me earlier than 11am? Poor customer service. read more

Going to the UPS Store is so convenient and quick. I came in to send back an Amazon return. It was so quick and easy. I boxed up my return and since I don't have a printer to print the label, all I had to do was show them the barcode and they printed out the label. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the parking lot is usually super busy and parking can be difficult. This is not the fault of the business. read more

Went in to return an Amazon on Saturday at 9:30am. There were two other people returning. Not an employee to be found the entire time we were there. Very unsettling as my return is going into a box where someone can come in and take every return package out of the box. They should have someone keeping an eye on them. read more

Very disappointed. UPS guy did delivery on time BUT he did not ring my doorbell yesterday when he drops the package at the front door, because I'm home is waiting my package. I can hear that package drop at the floor, so I open my door, I saw UPS guy take off. What about I'm not hear my package drop at the front door, someone will steal my package easy? That's cost a lot of problem for missing package. Now most the peoples love to steal packages. SHOULD BE ZERO START FOR SERVICES BUT PACKAGE CAME ON TIME SO I GAVE EXTRA STAR BUT STILL ............... DISAPPOINTED!! I edit my comment because I do not realize UPS have so many bad comments on yelp. UPS usually is very good services before, years ago. Hi All, This ups store had worst customer service ever. They don't the rules for returning items from Amazon. They charge $56 dollar for empty box. Also, they charge for printing unlike other UPS are free. To print one paper cost &4 dollar. They talk with attitude. Beside a races look too. I don't recommend this store at all because get treating as shit. You never require to have to different return label to return an item. Seriously the manager should check the other UPS stores and see the customer in other UPS. I talked to Amazon about what UPS request which is 2 labels for one return, Amazon said that not right and they don't know what they are doing. I hope people read and see. Thank you all, read more

Not just a UPS... ...they offer live scan too! But heed this warning! Call ahead to see when an employee who is alive Scan trained is working or scheduled to work. They take walk-ins, but make sure you are prepared. Also, if they try to charge you, advocate for yourself. Make them check with the main Live Scan office (Broadway) to verify you really do have to or do not have to pay. The staff was really nice and helpful. Even though the first employee wasn't there when they were supposed to be -- they might have been at a Managers function. I couldn't be too mad at that. The next employee was there when she was supposed to be and she was very professional and polite. I did not use the UPS services, but the employee was efficient and quick to help everyone who came it. I wouldn't have an issue with ever coming here if needed. Do your homework and you'll be good to go! read more

I have visited this UPS store many many times for Amazon returns and shipping out UPS packages. I live just 2 miles away which makes it very convenient. I have had several different staff help me and all have been great. Most recently I had Lori on my last several trips. She was incredibly sweet and efficient. I had several returns in one time since I try to do them in batches about once a month. She never made me feel bad about it. I actually get happy when I see her working when I come in. She's so nice. I know anytime I need to drop something there, it's going to go well. I have been meaning to review for a while since I've been about 3 years that I have been using this store and each time was great. Loris great service gave me the push to finally do it. read more

UPS sent my package here instead of my house. I work long hours and was not able to pick it up during their business hours. I called several times to ask if I could set up someone else to pick it up or to ask how long a package will be held before it's sent back. Each time I called I was put on hold and had to give up after waiting longer than 10-15 minutes each time. Never got my questions answered. My package was sent back. It was a wedding gift and extremely disheartening for the person who sent it to us. read more

4:58 isn't 5:00...unless you work at this UPS store. I arranged my afternoon errands knowing I had until 5:00 to make it here. I reached the door at 4:58 and it was locked. They already had the interior gate pulled shut as well, so clearly they locked up even a few minutes before I arrived. People count on a businesses posted hours, and it's lazy and inconsiderate to close early. read more
