They already had the interior gate pulled shut as well, so clearly they locked up even a few minutes before I arrived. People count on a businesses posted hours, and it's lazy and inconsiderate to close early. read more

UPS sent my package here instead of my house. I work long hours and was not able to pick it up during their business hours. I called several times to ask if I could set up someone else to pick it up or to ask how long a package will be held before it's sent back. Each time I called I was put on hold and had to give up after waiting longer than 10-15 minutes each time. Never got my questions answered. My package was sent back. It was a wedding gift and extremely disheartening for the person who sent it to us. read more

UPS offers great printing services, PMB, and overall, all the UPS associates within this branch are always very nice to us. We love the convenience of an email when we receive packages as well. Waited for over an hour along with a handful of other people and a UPS truck driver - all of us who were waiting to deliver packages and no one inside the stores. The store has sticker that says it is locally owned and operated the UPS driver said that this not the first time. Way to run a business? I wouldn't not be waiting if I needed to not have a live scan done at this specific location. read more

I used to love this store because it was close to home and convenient. Not so much anymore. I've dropped off a couple Amazon returns and two book returns and 3 out of 4 boxes were never sent back. I paid $80 for a book rental that Chegg says they never received. I literally packed all of these shipments perfectly, asked for a receipt when I dropped off the box and almost always, the tracking never updates past arrival scan. Horrible! Worse experience ever they want to charge me $4 for printing Amazon label and refuse to take my Amazon return cuz it two boxes. Races keep giving weird looks with another worker glaring at me. I had come in here before, but today I went in to get my passport photos taken. It was such a good experience, they had me done in no time. They also provided me with the correct passport form application to fill out. The passport agency has no issues with my photos. I know, due to Covid-19 there are restrictions in place for safety reasons. This store had a 4 person limit on their entrance door. I didn't see the sign as I entered, due to my packages I was carrying in, totally my fault. Here's where I encountered a problem: There was already 7 people inside prior to me. When I entered, the manager said, in a rude, loud voice with a condescending tone, that she could only have 4 inside at one time. "SIR! SIR! I CAN ONLY HAVE 4 PEOPLE IN HEAR AT ONE TIME!" Everyone hear her speak to me and it got super quiet. One of the employees then said, "He's just bringing in his packages." The manager drop the attack and went towards the back area. She never said anything else to anyone else about the 4 person limit. Nada to the extra 3 people already there, at least not in my presence. When she left the scene, if you will, I took notice of the sign. The sign was posted, but only on one, single, of the double doors to enter. Perhaps the door with the only sign was opened already as I came in, I'm not sure if it was or not. However, a sign was posted nevertheless. I then took notice of how many people were inside to include myself. 8 total. After I took count, I realized every single person there was white and I, as you know, am not. I tried to reason this out to benefit the manager. Maybe she didn't see the extra 3 white person and only saw the one that was not like the others. HA! Got that last part from Sesame Street. (It was a childhood show I watched as a child) Anyway, I thought, no I really don't believe that. I do believe she had counted the number of people already inside and chose to call me out, and not the others. Oh, I never said a word to her either. After the employee spoke and she went away, there was not a need to continue. That's the reason for the single star. After she went away, the rest of my experience there was absolutely Phenomenal!!! The staff was super nice and even made suggestions on how to send my packages in a way to save money. Yes, it's safe to say, I do love saving money. read more

I came to this UPS Store location to mail a return package back to where it came from and this was the only convenient location in the area. (There is also one located on Douglas Blvd) I know this is not their problem (and I didn't factor it into my review) but it must be said that their parking lot SUCKS. I swear each parking space is at least six inches narrower than your typical parking space because I have a hard time parking next to anyone. They are also lucky the parking lot isn't any busier because their are blind corners and tight turns abound. Not fun. They have a notary here, copiers, PO boxes and packing supplies. There were three ladies inside the store when I went to drop off my package. They were nice and asked if I wanted a drop off receipt which I did. My Husband had a very small knife to mail and needed a box or padded envelope for it, and they said they would package it up for $6 and some change PLUS shipping. No thanks. I found a padded envelope at home and mailed it for $2.50 at USPS. I would come back here again if I had another package I needed to return, but I go elsewhere for my outbound shipping needs. read more

I didn't know the zip code for one of my packages and she made such a big deal about looking it up on the computer to tell me the zip code. There are lots of other ups stores - avoid this one. Consistently the worst UPS store I have ever been to. I avoid it whenever I can but am sometimes forced to go here. The same lady always seems to be working there. Horrible customer service. Today she was on a personal phone call the entire time of my transaction. I had to ask for a tracking number at which point she went back and actually processed my shipment. Who knows if it would have ever made it otherwise. Whoever manages this place clearly is not good. Your doors close at 5 people should be considerate enough to not walk in the store at 4:58 expecting to keep the employees working long after they should have gone home. I walked in to the UPS store and there were 2 people already in there. The one man working was cheerful and nice, and he helped everyone in front of me in a timely manner. I needed a box for the handbag I was sending out. The guy found a perfect box for it and helped me assemble it. When I was ready to check out, he was typing away while carrying on nice chit chat with me. (there was no one else in the store, so he wasn't keeping anyone waiting) By the time he was almost finished printing my receipt, another customer came in, and he acknowledged her and told her he would be right with her. It was a nice experience and I wish I had more positive experiences like this one, in Roseville. P.S. - I tracked my package and it is already on it's way to Illinois, after being sent out the day before. It's expected to get there on the 9th of June, but I have a feeling it will get there a bit sooner. read more

These store are a mixed blessing. 5-Stars: Has all the basic services in one location. But 2-Stars: you pay outrageously for convenience and slow service, and sometimes you get a really nice person behind the counter and sometimes not. Here is what you can expect. You walk in...and tell them you need to send a fax and get a notary. So they bring you to the side counter "notary area" while they are pulling out the notary book....two more customers walk in and they make YOU wait to take care of the other customers...so this place is not first come first served. read more

This is the worst UPS I have ever been too. I had to come here because the Rocklin UPS closed early and I regret it so much. The people working there were moody and rude. I was delivering a package for a friend and I don't know the price of the present she received. When I told Rebecca (or whatever her name is) that I didn't know the price she stared at me. I told her that it was maybe $100 and I wasn't sure, and she just glared at me again before we settled on $150. The whole time she treated me as if I was an idiot. read more

It was so bad, in fact, I felt like I was acting in an improv Monty Python sketch, or that I was secretly being filmed for a Japanese prank show. I would imagine it could be fun spending hours drinking wine and watching these employees try to figure out how to get out of a revolving door. I got my fingerprints done and they came back rejected, when I went into the store on a Monday at 5:15, Robert advises they normally stop fingerprinting at 5. However, he did not hesitate to help me and made it very quick and easy. Great customer service on a Monday afternoon/evening was greatly appreciated. read more

I called in needing some printing in a rush had to be done by tomorrow morning. She ask a few questions about what I needed and instructed me to head over asap and she would get it figured out. She immediately helped me when I walked through the door, printed my designs two side and had me out the same day. I was fully expecting to have to come back in the morning to get the prints. Seriously over-the-top customer service. Other UPS locations (or FedEx or USPS) simply do not compare. All staff bend over backwards to take care of you. I went in at 6:20 pm 10 minutes before they closed 4 days before xmas to have a passport photo taken. It kept them there until 6:30, meaning Cecilia (the kind woman helping me) stayed 20 minutes late! She didn't complain, wasn't rude, or anything. I just want everyone to know, DO NOT PACKAGE ITEMS to ship from the UPS store. They delivered items that had been run over and everything was broken and then put in another box and because I brought the items in already packaged, they refused to cover or refund the delivery charges. I spoke with the manager, and she said she was the one that waited on me and she tells everyone that but she did not. I told her that they should put up large signs that indicate such. I paid $47 to ship a bunch of garbage (which is not what it started out as) to my grandchildren. Shipping customers be very wary. I thought UPS would be better than the postal service, but I won't ever do this again. And I shipped it in an Amazon box. Should have just ordered/shipped through Amazon in the first place. This was a horrible expensive experience and I want everyone to know for their future shipments. Think twice before shipping UPS. read more
